Creative Guildの知見を、伊豆大島の未来づくりへ
島の声と関係性を起点に、「Oshima Living Sandbox」の構想整理へ

Creative Guildのギルドマスターであり、フィールド・フロー株式会社代表の渋谷 健が支援した伊豆大島での取り組みが、地域メディア「東京都離島区」で紹介されました。
から4日にかけて行われた伊豆大島の視察では、行政、商工、観光、交通、金融など、島の暮らしや産業を支える皆さまからお話を伺いました。渋谷もオンラインで参加し、島にある知恵や情報、関係性をつなぎ、未来の暮らし・観光・仕事を地域と外部の人たちが共につくる「Oshima Living Sandbox」の構想整理に伴走しました。
これは、大島を外部のための実験場にするのではなく、島の人たちの声、知恵、関係性を起点に未来を共につくる場として捉える構想です。地域の中にすでにある可能性を丁寧に見つめ、それぞれの活動や情報をつなぎ直すことで、次の実践へ結びつけていきます。
Creative Guildでは、対話を起点に、人や組織、地域の可能性をつなぐ共創の場づくりを重ねてきました。今回の取り組みは、そこで培ってきた知見を、フィールド・フロー株式会社として地域の実践に生かしたものです。

Bringing Creative Guild’s Knowledge to the Future of Izu Oshima
Developing the Oshima Living Sandbox concept from the island’s voices and relationships
An initiative in Izu Oshima supported by Takeshi Shibuya—Guild Master of Creative Guild and CEO of Field Flow Inc.—has been featured by the regional media platform Tokyo-to Ritoku.
During a visit to Izu Oshima from to June 4, 2026, the team listened to people supporting the island’s daily life and industries across government, commerce, tourism, transportation, and finance. Shibuya joined the discussions online and helped organize the concept of Oshima Living Sandbox, connecting the island’s knowledge, information, and relationships so that local residents and outside partners can shape the future of life, tourism, and work together.
The concept does not treat Oshima as an experimental site for outsiders. Instead, it begins with the voices, knowledge, and relationships of the people on the island. By carefully recognizing existing local potential and reconnecting activities and information, the initiative aims to create practical next steps.
Creative Guild has continued to develop co-creative spaces that connect the possibilities of people, organizations, and communities through dialogue. This initiative applies that experience to regional practice through Field Flow Inc.
