知識を学ぶだけでなく、実際に動き出すための講座
この講座が大切にしているのは、講師の話を一方的に聞いて知識を増やすことだけではありません。
参加者がそれぞれの仕事や組織で向き合っている課題を持ち寄り、異なる立場や分野の参加者と対話しながら、新しい視点を得る。そして、AIも自然に活用しながら、考えたことを具体的なアクションへと落とし込んでいきます。
全13回のプログラムはオンラインを中心に進み、キックオフや中間セッション、ラップアップなどの節目ではリアルに集まります。毎週の学びと実践を積み重ねながら、参加者同士の関係性も少しずつ深まっていく設計です。

次回の実践型リーダー育成講座は、からまで開催されます。
中小・ベンチャー企業の経営者や中間管理職、プロジェクトマネージャーなどを主な対象に、大企業に所属する方も参加できます。生成AIを活用したコーチング、対話型セッション、実務成果物の作成、継続的なコミュニティ形成を組み合わせた、3か月間の実践プログラムです。申込締切はです。
講座終了後には、Creative Guildが運営に関わる「ヨリミチ部」でのライトニングトークも予定されています。講座で得た学びや実践を発信し、次の人や機会とのつながりへ広げていきます。

More Than Learning Knowledge: A Program Designed to Help Participants Take Action
This program is about more than listening to an instructor and acquiring knowledge.
Participants bring real challenges from their work and organizations, engage in dialogue with people from different fields and positions, and gain new perspectives. They also use AI as a natural part of the process to turn their ideas into concrete action.
The 13-session program is conducted primarily online, with participants meeting in person at key points such as the kickoff, midpoint session, and wrap-up. As they continue learning and practicing each week, relationships among participants gradually deepen.
Tamachi Journal described this style as being “more like a seminar for adults than a course.”
The program does not end with learning alone. Through encounters and dialogue with others, participants can expand the possibilities for their own work, organizations, and futures. The article captures the atmosphere and value of the program in an open and natural way.

The main audience is owners and managers of small and medium-sized businesses and startups, as well as middle managers and project managers. Participants from large companies are also welcome. This three-month practical program combines generative-AI-supported coaching, dialogue-based sessions, the creation of practical work products, and ongoing community building. The application deadline is .
After the program, participants will also have an opportunity to give lightning talks at Yorimichi Club, a community activity supported by Creative Guild. They can share what they have learned and practiced, creating new connections with people and opportunities.
