医療、企業、地域。
みんなが健康であるために、それぞれの現場で本気の挑戦が続いています。
けれど実際には、医療の現場は多くの人にとって「近くて遠い」場所でもあります。
そこで今回は、東京都済生会中央病院を舞台に、医療現場との距離を縮め、共創や社会実装の可能性をひらくためのキックオフイベントを開催します。

テーマは、“病院という場からの共創”。
今回はそのための“はじまりのはじまり”の場として、医療・企業・地域それぞれの視点から、本音を共有することとなりました。
そして何より、肩書きを外し、ひとりの“ひと”としてつながる、参加型の機会を提供いたします。

とくにこの場から、以下のようなアクションにつながることを期待しています。
　・病院の現場での実証機会の模索
　・医師・看護師等医療関係者からの直接ヒアリング機会の相談
　・ヘルスケア関連の大企業・スタートアップ等との連携機会創出
　・医療現場等への実践におけるルール・倫理対応等の必要施策の整理
　・データ＆ナレッジの共有・蓄積のアプローチ検討

また、参加後にはセッション中の対話内容をもとに、全体の論点や今後の可能性を整理したインサイトレポートを発信予定です。

Each is making serious efforts in its own field to support people’s well-being.

Yet in reality, hospitals often remain places that feel close, yet distant to many.

This event is designed to bridge that gap.
Set at Tokyo Saiseikai Central Hospital, this kickoff session aims to bring people closer to the frontline of healthcare while opening up new possibilities for co-creation and real-world implementation.

The theme is: “Co-creation emerging from the hospital as a place.”

This gathering marks the very beginning of that beginning—
a space where perspectives from healthcare, business, and community come together to share honest thoughts.

Above all, this is a participatory experience where titles are set aside,
and connections are made simply as individuals.

What we hope this session will spark

• Exploring opportunities for real-world pilot projects within hospital settings
• Creating opportunities to directly engage with doctors, nurses, and healthcare professionals
• Building collaboration opportunities with major healthcare companies and startups
• Clarifying necessary frameworks, including rules and ethical considerations for real-world implementation
• Exploring approaches to share and accumulate data and knowledge

Following the event, an insight report will be published, summarizing key discussions and future possibilities that emerge from the session.

About Saiseikai Central Hospital

Founded in 1915, Saiseikai Central Hospital is a long-established general hospital located in Minato, Tokyo.
With approximately 500 beds and a wide range of medical departments, it provides highly specialized care in areas such as cancer treatment, cardiovascular medicine, and emergency care.

The hospital operates a 24-hour emergency system with advanced medical centers and collaborates with local healthcare providers and welfare facilities. It is also actively promoting new initiatives such as social inclusion, serving as a core medical institution within the community.

Guest Speakers

Eriko Yokoyama
CEO, Healthcare Implementation Support Organization, Inc.
With a background as a nurse, she promotes initiatives that support healthcare “from the outside,” including talent services, home healthcare, clinic startup support, and new business development. She also serves as a community manager at Saiseikai Central Hospital, leading initiatives that engage the local community.

Nanae Takakura
New Business Planning Department, Sumitomo Life Insurance Company
After joining Sumitomo Life, she built her career in sales before transitioning into new business development through an internal business contest. She is currently exploring new forms of healthcare services by building networks both inside and outside the company.

Atsushi Nishioka
Deputy Director, Minato City Industrial Promotion Center
He leads initiatives in SME support, startup incubation, and regional collaboration, actively working beyond traditional frameworks to foster cross-sector communities.

Guild Master, Creative Guild
With the motto “Start with fun,” he designs and facilitates community-driven initiatives that connect people across regions, generations, and cultures. He works with corporations and municipalities to promote open innovation and regional revitalization programs.
