会社の外の人と話してみる。
いつもと違うまちを歩いてみる。
初めての集まりを、ちょっとのぞいてみる。

「越境」と聞くと大きな挑戦を想像するけれど、案外、身近なところにも境目はあるのかもしれません。

そもそも、どこからどこへ行くと「越境」になるのでしょう。
会社、地域、専門分野、肩書き。それとも、自分の中にある「ここまで」という線でしょうか。

コミュ・ラボ「ヨハクさんいるけど、来る？」は、月曜のお昼にひと息つきながら、気になることを持ち寄る対話の時間です。

9月は「コミュニティ」、10月は「人とのつながり」を入口に話してきました。そこで見えてきたのは、違う考えや調子のまま、一緒にいられることの大切さでした。

11月・霜月編は、その続きを少し。
「越境って、なんだろう？」を、身近な経験から眺めてみます。

外に出てみたら、思いがけず話が合ったこと。
近くにいるのに、遠く感じたこと。
越えてみたい境目も、大切にしておきたい境目も。

無理に一歩を踏み出さなくても、答えを出さなくても大丈夫。話したい方も、聴いていたい方も、初めての方も歓迎です。

お茶やお昼ごはんを片手に、ふらりとどうぞ。

Drop into a gathering for the first time.

Crossing boundaries may sound like a big challenge. Yet there may be boundaries much closer to home than we think.

What exactly are we moving from and toward when we cross a boundary?
A company, a community, a field of expertise, a job title—or a line we have drawn within ourselves?

Commu-Lab’s “Yohaku-san Is Here, Want to Join?” is a space to take a breather over Monday lunch and share whatever has caught our attention.

In September, we began with communities; in October, with connections between people. Those conversations brought into focus the value of being together even when our views and how we feel are different.

This November, the Shimotsuki edition picks up that thread.
We will explore “What does crossing boundaries mean?” through everyday experiences.

Perhaps you stepped outside your usual circle and unexpectedly found common ground.
Perhaps someone felt distant despite being close by.
There may be boundaries you want to cross, and others you want to keep.

There is no need to push yourself to take a step or arrive at an answer. You are welcome to speak, simply listen, or join us for the first time.
