偶然の出会いが、社会を動かすことがあります。しかし、その出会いは本当に偶然なのでしょうか。地域、企業、そして世界をつなぐ実践者たちとともに、“つながり”が生むソーシャル・インパクトの可能性を探ります。

いま、私たちはインターネットの力によって、かつてないほど多くの人とつながれる時代に生きています。さらにAIの登場により、人だけでなく、世界最高峰の知恵そのものにも直接アクセスできるようになりました。しかし、その豊かな“つながり”を、社会にとって意味ある価値＝インパクトへと結びつけられているでしょうか。

今回はLinkedIn Japanとのコラボレーション企画第3弾として、“つながり”をこれからの時代にどのように扱っていくことが求められるのかを掘り下げます。国籍や地域、文化、組織、立場、年代、性別、障がいの有無といったあらゆる壁を越えてつながることで何が生まれるのか。そのために本当に必要な視点や姿勢とは何かを、具体的な実践事例をもとに解きほぐしていきます。

ゲストには、北九州で一般社団法人まちはチームだの代表として新しい地域経営の形を創り出している岡秀樹さん、外国人の立場から日本の社会課題に向き合い、大企業を巻き込んだアクションを展開するKiFor代表フランシス・フォンさん、そしてLinkedIn Japanで“つながり”を築くことをミッションにチームの成長を支えている鈴木基規さん。

3人の実践者と、来場される皆さまとの対話を通じて、社会課題解決を志すすべてのビジネスリーダーの方々、そしてそこに関心を寄せる皆さまにとって、新しいつながりと可能性を拓く場をお届けします。実践の現場でいま何が起きているのか、そして何が可能なのかを、ぜひご自身の目と耳で確かめにいらしてください。

ヨリミチ部とは？
いつもとはちょっと違う人たちと、ちょっと違う会話を楽しむ井戸端会議「ヨリミチ部」。港区立産業振興センターのコミュニティ形成プログラムとして毎月開催し、ゲストだけでなく来場者同士もつながり、新しい発見が生まれる場を提供しています。リアル会場ではドリンク＆スナックを囲んで交流。オンライン（Zoom）でも配信し、会場に来られない方もラジオ感覚で参加できます。
初めての方も、お一人の方も大歓迎。年齢も立場も言葉も関係ありません。途中入退室ももちろんOKです。外国人参加者も多く、国を超えたつながりが生まれるチャンスも。海外の方は日本語を、日本の方は英語で話してみる、そんなチャレンジも楽しめます。
また「ヨリミチ部」でつながった方たちの活動は、Creative Guildが継続的にサポート。ヨリミチ部以外の場にもつながる可能性をご提供しています。

○LinkedIn Japan　鈴木 基規さん
大手メーカー系でのエンタープライズ営業、人材紹介業界、SaaS企業での営業経験を経て、現在はLinkedIn Japanにてハイブリッドセールスマネージャーとして活躍。「チームの成長」を主眼に、LinkedInのプラットフォームを通じてパートナー企業の採用支援やダイバーシティ＆インクルージョン推進を支援している。

○一般社団法人 まちはチームだ　岡 秀樹さん
北九州を拠点に活動する一般社団法人まちはチームだ 代表。小倉城を起点とした地域連携による観光ブランディングを推進し、まち全体を一つのチームとして捉える取り組みを展開している。株式会社HOAの代表として建築設計分野でも活躍。コワーキングスペース秘密基地やDiscovery Coworkingを運営し、イノベーション拠点として多くの実践者を輩出している。

This event marks the third collaboration with LinkedIn Japan. We will dive deeper into how TSUNAGARI should be understood and cultivated in the years ahead. What becomes possible when we connect beyond barriers of nationality, region, culture, organization, position, generation, gender, or disability? What perspectives and mindsets are truly required? Through concrete, real-world examples, we will unpack these questions together.

Our guests include Hideki Oka, representative of Machi wa Team da in Kitakyushu, who is creating new models of regional management; Francis Fung, Founder of KiFor, who engages with Japan’s social challenges from an international perspective while mobilizing major corporations; and Motonori Suzuki of LinkedIn Japan, who supports team growth with a mission to build meaningful connections.

Through dialogue among these three practitioners and all participants, we aim to create a space that opens new connections and possibilities—for business leaders committed to solving social issues, and for everyone who shares that interest. About YORIMICHI Club
YORIMICHI Club is like a neighborhood conversation circle, where you enjoy slightly different people and slightly different conversations.
Hosted monthly as part of the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center’s community-building program, it’s a space where not only guests but also attendees connect and discover new perspectives.

At the in-person venue, enjoy casual networking over drinks and snacks. The event is also streamed online via Zoom, so you can join even if you can’t come in person—like listening to a radio show. First-timers and solo attendees are welcome. Age, background, and language don’t matter. You can also join or leave at any time.

We often welcome international participants, creating chances for cross-cultural exchange. Non-Japanese participants can try speaking Japanese, and Japanese participants can try communicating in English—it’s a friendly opportunity to step out of your comfort zone.

Connections made through YORIMICHI Club often continue beyond the event itself, with Creative Guild providing ongoing support for participants’ initiatives.

After beginning his career in enterprise sales at a major manufacturing company, and gaining experience in the recruitment industry and SaaS sales, he currently serves as a Hybrid Sales Manager at LinkedIn Japan. With a strong focus on “team growth,” he supports partner companies in talent acquisition and the promotion of Diversity & Inclusion through the LinkedIn platform.

Hideki Oka|Representative, Machi wa Team da
Based in Kitakyushu, he leads Machi wa Team da, promoting tourism branding through regional collaboration centered around Kokura Castle. Viewing the entire city as one team, he advances new models of regional management. As CEO of HOA Co., Ltd., he is also active in architectural design. Francis Fung| Founder, KiFor
Born in London, he built his career in multinational corporations and the digital sector before founding KiFor in Japan to connect social issues with corporate initiatives. Working across corporations, local communities, and NPOs, he strives to realize a management model where profit and goodwill circulate together to create sustainable social value.
