今回のさいちゅう・ファンラボでは、この済生会フェアを、病院だけで準備するイベントではなく、地域・企業・団体・生活者のみんなでつくる“健康とつながりのフェス”として考えていきます！

「さいちゅう・ファンラボ」は、東京都済生会中央病院を舞台に、医療・企業・地域がゆるやかにつながり、これからの健康と地域のあり方を一緒に考える場として始まりました。トライアルとなった前回は、「病院で共創」をテーマに、医療・企業・地域の関係者が集まり、病院という場からどのような新しいつながりやアクションが生まれるのかを探究。そして今回から、いよいよ本格的に動き出していきます。

記念すべきVol.1のテーマは、2027年の「済生会フェア」に向けた大作戦会議。済生会フェアは、病院を地域にひらき、医療・福祉・健康をより身近に感じてもらうためのイベントです。健康チェック、医療体験、子ども向け企画、食、福祉、地域交流、企業連携など、さまざまな可能性があります。だからこそ、この「済生会フェア」の場を最大限に活かすための土台として、いかにコミュニティを築き、具体的なビジネスなどのアクションにつなげるかを探究していきます。

当日は、済生会フェアの概要やこれまでの取り組みを共有したうえで、参加者同士の対話や、企業・団体による「やりたいことピッチ」も実施予定。
「なぜ参加したのか」
「自分たちは何をやってみたいのか」
「来年度に向けて、誰とどんなアクションをつくれるのか」
そんな問いを、みんなで持ち寄りながら考えていきます。

正解を出す場ではなく、まずは話してみる。少しつながってみる。そして、2027年に向けて一緒に動き出す。

【やりたいことピッチについて】
当日は、2027年の済生会フェアに向けて、企業・団体・個人の皆さまから「こんなことをやってみたい」というアイデアを共有いただく時間を設けます。
たとえば、
・健康チェックや測定体験
・子ども向け医療・看護体験
・食と健康に関する企画
・高齢者・介護・在宅医療に関する取り組み
・産後ケア・女性の健康
・福祉・就労支援
・地域交流・ステージ企画
・企業の健康経営・ウェルビーイング施策
など、テーマは幅広く歓迎します。
完成された企画でなくても大丈夫です。
「まずは相談したい」「一緒に考える仲間を探したい」という段階でも歓迎です。
なお、ピッチは事前エントリー制です。応募者多数の場合は、内容を踏まえて登壇者や発表方法を調整いたします。

At this edition of Saichu Fun Lab, we will explore how the Saiseikai Fair can become more than a hospital-led event. Together, we will reimagine it as a festival of health, community, and connection, created by local residents, businesses, organizations, and healthcare professionals.

Saichu Fun Lab was launched at Tokyo Saiseikai Central Hospital as a platform where healthcare, business, and local communities can come together to explore the future of health and community well-being. During our pilot session, participants gathered under the theme of “Co-Creation in a Hospital Setting” to discuss how new connections and collaborative actions might emerge from the hospital as a community hub.

Now, we are ready to take the next step.

The theme of Vol.1 is a collaborative planning session for the 2027 Saiseikai Fair.
The Saiseikai Fair is designed to open the hospital to the community and make healthcare, welfare, and well-being more accessible and engaging. It can include health screenings, medical experiences, children’s programs, food and nutrition activities, welfare initiatives, community engagement, and corporate partnerships.

This raises an exciting question:

How can we build the community, partnerships, and collaborative projects needed to make the 2027 Saiseikai Fair truly impactful?

During the session, we will share the vision and history of the Saiseikai Fair, engage in open dialogue, and invite participants to present their own ideas through short pitches.

Together, we will explore questions such as:
– Why did we decide to join this initiative?
– What would we like to contribute or create?
– Who should we collaborate with?
– What actions can we begin taking toward 2027?
This is not a place to find the “right answer.”

It is a place to start conversations, make new connections, and begin taking action together.

We hope you will join us in this collaborative workshop as we explore how healthcare, business, and local communities can create the future together.

Participants are invited to share ideas they would like to explore for the 2027 Saiseikai Fair.
Examples include:

Pitch presentations will be accepted through advance registration. If applications exceed available slots, the organizers may adjust presentation formats or speaker selections.

Yoji Machida
Deputy Director of Administration, Director of International Relations Office, and Deputy Director of the Patient Support Center at Tokyo Saiseikai Central Hospital.
He promotes collaboration with local clinics, support for international patients, and postpartum care services. Through initiatives such as accessibility improvements using navigation applications for visually impaired individuals, he explores the role of hospitals as community hubs where people can stay connected.

Takuya Honda
Planning Manager and Director of Public Relations at Tokyo Saiseikai Central Hospital.
He works to build partnerships across sectors and explores the concept of “social health” alongside physical and mental well-being. By connecting people, ideas, and organizations, he supports new initiatives while balancing social impact and organizational sustainability.
