正解のない時代、AIの進化が進む今だからこそ、一人ひとりの「余白」や「つながり」、そして「創造性」が重要になっています。
そしてそこに生まれる“楽しい”という感覚が、リーダーシップのカギ。
でもそれはどうやったら実践できるのでしょうか？
今回、港区立産業振興センター主催の実践型リーダー育成講座を修了した方たちをゲストに、
“楽しい”から始まるリーダーシップのもたらす可能性を皆さんと共有していきます。
2026年をより楽しいものにするために、年末のひととき、ちょっとヨリミチしていきませんか？

港区立産業振興センターでは2025年より人的資本経営を一つのテーマに掲げてきました。その一環で約3か月に及ぶ実践型リーダー育成講座を上期・下期の２回にわたって開催。今回はこの講座を通じて学び、実践し続けているビジネス・コーチの有賀 悦江さんと税理士の高橋 理江さん、医療福祉関連事業に関わる中山 久実さんをゲストに迎えて、来場した皆様も交えたカジュアルな交流の機会をご提供。2025年の一年間を振り返りながら、2026年に向けて、これからの時代に必要なリーダーシップの在り方をAIも用いて紐解いていきます。肩ひじ張らない“楽しい”時間がもたらす心の「余白」と、ひとの「つながり」と。場の「創造性」、ぜひ体感しんきてください。

ヨリミチ部とは？
いつもとはちょっと違う人たちと、ちょっと違う会話を楽しむ井戸端会議「ヨリミチ部」。港区立産業振興センターのコミュニティ形成プログラムとして毎月開催し、ゲストだけでなく来場者同士もつながり、新しい発見が生まれる場を提供しています。リアル会場ではドリンク＆スナックを囲んで交流。オンライン（Zoom）でも配信し、会場に来られない方もラジオ感覚で参加できます。
初めての方も、お一人の方も大歓迎。年齢も立場も言葉も関係ありません。途中入退室ももちろんOKです。外国人参加者も多く、国を超えたつながりが生まれるチャンスも。海外の方は日本語を、日本の方は英語で話してみる、そんなチャレンジも楽しめます。
また「ヨリミチ部」でつながった方たちの活動は、Creative Guildが継続的にサポート。ヨリミチ部以外の場にもつながる可能性をご提供しています。

○ビジネス・コーチ 有賀 悦江さん
長年にわたり福祉・教育・人材支援など「人」に関わる領域で経験を重ねビジネス・コーチとして独立。現在は「幸せなリーダーとその仲間を育む」ことをテーマに活動を展開。港区立産業振興センター上期「実践型リーダー育成講座」修了。
○ほっとサポート税理士事務所 代表税理士 高橋 理江さん
税理士法人3社で約15年間経験を積んだ後、2024年1月に独立開業。『顔を見るだけでほっとする』をコンセプトに税理士業務を提供。ビジネス面だけでなく、プライベート面の相続税、所得税への影響も含めた対策の検討、インボイス制度を考慮した上での消費税のアドバイスなど、幅広く対応している。港区立産業振興センター上期「実践型リーダー育成講座」修了。
○医療福祉関連事業勤務 中山 久実さん
看護師としてのキャリアを積み、現在、福祉関連の会社で職員の研修をコーディネート。社内研修としては新人から中堅、マネージャーまで幅広くカバーしているほか、看護師や介護職員を対象とした研修プログラムの提供にも携わっている。港区立産業振興センター上期「実践型リーダー育成講座」修了。

In an age without clear answers—and as AI continues to evolve—our individual sense of white space, connection, and creativity has never been more essential.
And at the heart of all of this lies a simple feeling: fun. That sense of joy is the true key to leadership.
But how can we actually put it into practice?
In this session, we’ll be joined by graduates of the Practical Leadership Development Program, hosted by the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center, to explore the possibilities of leadership that begins with fun.
As we look back on 2025 and ahead to 2026, let’s take a small yorimichi—a pleasant detour—and spend a relaxed moment together to rediscover what leadership means in this new era.

Since 2025, the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center has made human capital management a central theme, offering a three-month hands-on leadership course twice a year.
For this special year-end gathering, we’re delighted to welcome several program graduates — including business coach Yoshie Ariga, certified tax accountant Rie Takahashi, and Kumi Nakayama, who is engaged in medical & welfare and social service initiatives — for a casual, interactive dialogue open to all attendees.
Together, we’ll reflect on the past year, explore how leadership is evolving in the age of AI, and experience the power of fun—the white space for the heart, the connections between people, and the creativity that emerges from the moment.

About YORIMICHI Club
YORIMICHI Club is like a neighborhood conversation circle, where you enjoy slightly different people and slightly different conversations.
Hosted monthly as part of the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center’s community-building program, it’s a space where not only guests but also attendees connect and discover new perspectives.
At the in-person venue, enjoy casual networking over drinks and snacks. The event is also streamed online via Zoom, so you can join even if you can’t come in person—like listening to a radio show. First-timers and solo attendees are welcome. Age, background, and language don’t matter. You can also join or leave at any time.
We often welcome international participants, creating chances for cross-cultural exchange. Non-Japanese participants can try speaking Japanese, and Japanese participants can try communicating in English—it’s a friendly opportunity to step out of your comfort zone.
Connections made through YORIMICHI Club often continue beyond the event itself, with Creative Guild providing ongoing support for participants’ initiatives.
Guest Profile
Business Coach – Yoshie Ariga
With extensive experience in fields related to people—such as welfare, education, and human resource development—Etsue Ariga now works independently as a business coach. Her mission centers on “nurturing happy leaders and their teams.” A graduate of the Practical Leadership Development Program (Spring Term) hosted by the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center.
Hot Support Tax Accountant Office – Director Rie Takahashi
After gaining about 15 years of experience at three tax accounting corporations, Rie Takahashi established her own practice in January 2024. Under the concept of “providing relief the moment you see my face,” she offers warm, comprehensive tax services. Her expertise spans not only business taxation but also inheritance and income tax strategies affecting clients’ private lives, as well as consumption tax advice aligned with Japan’s new invoice system. A graduate of the Practical Leadership Development Program (Spring Term) hosted by the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center.
Medical & Welfare Services Professional – Kumi Nakayama
After building her career as a nurse, Kumi Nakayama now works at a welfare-related organization, coordinating staff training programs. She oversees a wide range of in-house training sessions—from those for new employees to programs for mid-level staff and managers—and is also involved in designing and delivering training programs for nurses and care workers. A graduate of the Practical Leadership Development Program (Spring Term) hosted by the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center.
