The Quality of Work Begins Within. | Tokyo Wellbeing Conference 2026
Center yourself and bring it into your work — practices from leaders

Back to the Japanese version.

Tokyo Wellbeing Conference 2026 will take place on Wednesday, November 25, 2026, at SHIBAURA HOUSE in Shibaura, Tokyo. Organized by ROCKLIT合同会社, the event is supported by Creative Guild. Its representative, Takeshi Shibuya, will speak in the Part 1 talk session.

For HR professionals, managers, team leaders, and others working with people and organizations, this participatory conference brings together talks, a sound bath, a panel discussion, and small-group workshops to help you reflect on your current state and connect those insights with everyday work.

From Knowing to Everyday Practice

Our inner state shapes how we make decisions, engage in dialogue, and lead others at work. Step back from a busy routine to reflect on how you are doing and what matters to you, then connect those insights with actions you can take the following day.

Through shared experiences and conversations, we will explore making space to pause, noticing the values and people that sustain us, and finding small practices to bring into our decisions and conversations.
