人的資本経営が重視されるなか、組織における「エンゲージメント」への関心もますます高まっています。
一方で、「エンゲージメントが大切なのは分かるけれど、何から始めればいいのだろう」「部下やメンバーと、どう関わればいいのだろう」「社員がなかなか定着しない」。そんな悩みを持っている経営者や管理職、人事担当者の方も少なくありません。
今回の実践講座では、人的資本経営とエンゲージメントの基本的な考え方を理解するとともに、参加者同士で実際にワークを体験します。
大がかりな制度や仕組みを導入する前に、日々の職場の中でできることがあります。人との関わり方を少し変える。相手との対話を少し増やす。お互いが安心して関われる関係をつくる。
そんな、明日から職場で始められるエンゲージメント向上の第一歩を、一緒に探っていきます。

当日は、講義だけでなく参加者同士のワークを交えながら、次のテーマを扱います。

4. もっともハードルが低いエンゲージメントを高めるワークを体験しよう！

エンゲージメントは、特別な制度や施策だけから生まれるものではありません。上司と部下、同僚同士、チームのメンバーなど、日々の小さな関係性の積み重ねが、組織文化をつくっていきます。
今回はその中でも、すぐに実践できる関わり方を実際に体験しながら学びます。

As human capital management continues to gain attention, employee engagement has become an increasingly important topic for organizations.

Yet many business owners, managers, and HR professionals still face questions such as: “Engagement is important, but where should we start?” “How should I communicate and work with my team members?” and “How can we create a workplace where people want to stay?”

This practical workshop explores the basic ideas behind human capital management and employee engagement, while also giving participants an opportunity to experience an engagement-building exercise together.

Improving engagement does not always require a large-scale system or organizational initiative. Small changes in everyday interactions—how we communicate, how we listen, and how we build relationships—can make a meaningful difference.

Through both learning and hands-on activities, participants will explore practical approaches that can be applied in the workplace from the very next day.
