港区立産業振興センターのコミュニティ形成プログラムから派生して2023年に誕生した、
港区を起点にいろんなところで働く・暮らす、楽しい時間を創りたい人たちがつながるコミュニティ、
それがCreative Guildです。
誰もが人生を心から楽しみ、つながりあえる、持続可能な社会を目指し、
新たな可能性を楽しむ、オーケストレーションの起点として、
「”楽しい”から始めよう。」を合言葉に、
“友達最強”で“超地道”に、どんな時でも楽しむ力を大切にしています。
Creative Guild is a community where people who work and live in various places
—starting from Minato— come together to create moments of fun.
Guided by the phrase “Let’s begin with fun,”
we cherish the spirit of “strong friendship” and “steady actions”

コミュニティ・ルール
Comunity Rules
1.一足飛びには成果はでない、目の前のことに丁寧に向き合おう。
2.年齢や肩書、立場にとらわれず、一人一人を“ひと”として尊重しよう。
3.相手にとって気持ちがいい、明るく前向きな言葉を選ぼう。
4.黙っていたらもったいない、感じたことは率直に素直に伝えよう。
5.相手を否定・批判することなく、異なる意見や考え方を歓迎しよう。
6.安心してつながれるように、お互いのプライバシーや権利を守ろう。
7.一人で抱え込まないように、困ったら遠慮なく声を上げよう。
8.困ったり悩んだりしている人がいたら、優しく声をかけてあげよう。
9.自分の考えを押し付けず、一緒によりよくする方法を考えよう。
10.思わぬ発見につながるから、お互いのことをオープンに共有しあおう。
11.やったことがない・できないことは成長の可能性、思い切ってチャレンジしよう。

（安心できるコミュニティであるためのお願い）
Harassment Prevention Policy
(Requests for Ensuring a Safe and Supportive Community)
1.強引に誘わない、相手との同意があってから行動するのが基本(相手が嫌なことはしないでね)
2.考えを押し付けない、個人的な意見の1つとして伝えよう(謎な壺とか売っちゃダメ)
3.土足で入らない、プライベートな時間や空間はそっとしておこう(グイグイくるとビビります)
4.物理的に触らない、基本は1.5メートルぐらいの距離感で(ソーシャルディスタンス！)
5.立場を利用しない、実るほど首を垂れる稲穂かな(むやみにマウントしない！)
6.無理してあわせない、自分らしさを大切に(自分を偽るとツライよ！)
7.やるも断るも自由、自分の意思をはっきり伝えよう(都合のいい人にならないで)
8.人格と意見は別、みんな違うんだから自然体で(喧嘩したら仲直りするのが友達！)
9.丁寧に確認、デリケートな話は慎重に(親しき中にも礼儀あり)
10.ほどよくゆるく、悪気がない失敗には寛容に（次に活かせればOK）
11.困ったら相談、みんなで楽しく問題を解決していこう(とりあえずギルドマスターに)
1. Don’t pressure anyone—always act with clear mutual consent.
(If the other person doesn’t want it, don’t do it.)
2. Don’t impose your opinions—share them as just one personal view.
(And definitely don’t try to sell mysterious miracle pots.)
3. Respect personal time and space—don’t barge in uninvited.
(Coming on too strong can be scary.)
4. Avoid physical contact—keep a comfortable distance of about 1.5 meters.
(Yes, social distancing still helps.)
5. Don’t use your position or authority to influence others.
(Stay humble—no unnecessary power moves.)
6. Don’t force yourself to fit in—stay true to who you are.
(Pretending to be someone else is exhausting.)
7. It’s always okay to say yes or no—express your intentions clearly.
(Don’t let yourself become the “convenient” person.)
8. Separate opinions from the person—everyone is different.
(Friends can disagree and still make up.)
9. Be thoughtful and confirm carefully, especially with sensitive topics.
(Even close friends need basic courtesy.)
10. Keep things relaxed—be forgiving of harmless mistakes.
(It’s fine as long as we learn and grow.)
11. Speak up when you need help—let’s solve problems together with fun in mind.
(When in doubt, talk to the Guild Master.)

Message from the Guild Master
Creative Guildの活動にご関心を持っていただき、ありがとうございます。私自身、これまで多岐にわたる活動に取り組んでまいりましたが、一貫して「楽しさ」を大事にしてまいりました。なぜならこれは人や組織、社会を動かしていく最高の原動力になるからです。そしてそれはビジネスとしての成長にも確実につながります。
このCreative Guildはこれまでの私の活動で培ってきた知見とつながりを集約し、みんなでより大きな「楽しさ」を創り出していくために設立しました。この場からともに成長し、次の時代を担う“楽しさ”を一緒に築き、そして持続可能にしていけましたら幸いです。
Thank you for your interest in the activities of Creative Guild. Throughout my career, I have engaged in a wide range of initiatives, and one value has remained constant: the importance of fun. Fun is one of the most powerful forces that moves people, organizations, and society forward—and it is also a reliable driver of business growth.
Creative Guild was founded to bring together the knowledge, experience, and networks I have cultivated over the years, and to create even greater “fun” together with everyone involved. I sincerely hope that this community becomes a place where we can grow together, shape the next era through the power of fun, and make that joy sustainable.
【略歴： 渋谷 健（しぶや たけし）】
アクセンチュアや国内ベンチャーや大手企業の戦略部門を経て、フィールド・フロー株式会社を2014年に設立。オープンイノベーションや地方創生に関わる多岐にわたるプロジェクトをリード。地域活性化や新しいビジネスモデルの創出を通じて（ビジネスモデル特許取得）、企業や自治体との共創にファシリテーションとデジタルを武器に尽力。2023年に港区産業振興センターにて一般社団法人 Creative Guildを設立し、活動展開中。
Profile: TAKESHI SHIBUYA
After working at Accenture and in strategy roles at both startups and major companies in Japan, I founded Field Flow Inc. in 2014. I have led numerous projects in open innovation and regional revitalization, using facilitation and digital technologies as key strengths. Through efforts such as revitalizing local areas and creating new business models—including obtaining a business-model patent—I have collaborated extensively with companies and local governments. In 2023, I established the Creative Guild as a general incorporated association at the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center, where I continue to develop its activities.

アーティスト i21さんと、デザインを担当してくださったウタリトリの皆さん、そして対話を通じてこのロゴの制作に協力いただいたすべての皆様に感謝を込め、このロゴとともに”楽しい”から始まる未来づくりをこれからも進めて参ります。
As a community dedicated to creating a future that begins with fun, the Creative Guild logo was brought to life with the support of many people. It connects the ideas of diversity, brightness, and a touch of constructive dissonance—sparks of new awareness—through the power of art, dialogue, and design. The ○△□ symbols represent universal forms found at the origins of the cosmos, while the space between them expresses the infinite possibilities of the future.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the artist i21, the design team Utaritori, and all those who contributed through dialogue to the creation of this logo. With this symbol by our side, we will continue shaping a future that begins with fun.
