【9/28（月）12:15〜】ヨハクさんいるけど、来る？ 於：長月｜コミュ・ラボ初回OPEN DAY

コミュニティって、どうつくるんだろう？

今回は、そんな身近で、ちょっと奥深い問いから始まります。

Creative Guildの「コミュ・ラボ」は、コミュニティを育てている人たちが、現場の悩みや工夫を持ち寄りながら、コミュニティのつくり方をゆるく探究していくプログラムです。

2026年9月28日（月）12:15〜12:45、その日常の対話を初めての方にも開く、月に1回のOPEN DAYを始めます。最初の回は、季節にちなんで「於：長月」と名づけました。

コミュ・ラボと『ヨハクさん、いる？』。二つの流れが、ここで交わる

コミュ・ラボは、コミュニティを育てる人たちが、実践の悩みや工夫を持ち寄り、「コミュニティって、どうつくるんだろう？」を探究する場です。

一方、Creative Guild Booksから刊行した書籍『ヨハクさん、いる？』は、コミュ・ラボとは別に続けてきた対話の積み重ねから生まれました。答えを急がず、まだまとまっていないことも、そのまま話してみる。そんな時間や関係性が、本の世界には流れています。

今回のOPEN DAYでは、その二つの流れを重ねます。特別なセミナーや、完成された方法論を教える勉強会ではありません。「最近どう？」から始めて、誰かの話が気になったら、もう少し聞いてみる。話したいことがなければ、聴いているだけでも大丈夫です。

「於：長月」で話してみたいこと

最初のOPEN DAYのテーマは、「コミュニティって、どうつくるんだろう？」です。例えば、こんな問いを入口にします。

• コミュニティマネージャーは、実際には何をマネージしているんだろう。
• 人を集めることと、関係を育てることは、どう違うんだろう。
• 一回のイベントの成功・失敗と、中長期の関係性をどう捉えればよいんだろう。
• 運営する人が、一人で全部を背負わないために何ができるだろう。
• 参加する人も一緒にコミュニティをつくるとは、どういうことだろう。

全部を話す必要はありません。その日に集まった人のチェックインから、気になった話を拾っていきます。30分で答えを出すことも、全員の課題を解決することも目指しません。

• コミュニティを運営している、またはこれから始めてみたい方
• 会社や地域、組織の境界を越えて、人や場をつなぐ活動をしている方
• コミュニティの集客や継続を、一人で抱えすぎたくない方
• 一回のイベントだけでは測れない、関係性の育ち方に関心がある方
• 書籍『ヨハクさん、いる？』の世界観が少し気になっている方

コミュ・ラボが初めての方も、書籍をまだ読んでいない方も歓迎します。会社や組織の代表としてではなく、一人の人として遊びに来てください。

当日の流れ

毎回、特にまとめません。発言も、学びの発表も、アクション宣言も必須ではありません。続きがあれば、また次の月曜日に話しましょう。

安心して話すために

• 話しても、聴くだけでも大丈夫です。
• ここで聞いた個人的な話は、本人の同意なく外へ持ち出しません。
• 営業や勧誘を主な目的とした参加はご遠慮ください。
• 無断での録画、録音、画面キャプチャはご遠慮ください。
• OPEN DAYの様子を紹介する場合も、個人が特定されない形で、場の雰囲気や生まれた問いだけを簡潔に共有します。

一度来たら、その後は来たいときに

今回だけの参加でも大丈夫です。場が合いそうだと感じた方には、終了後にコミュ・ラボの継続参加方法をご案内します。

コミュ・ラボの週次ダイアログは、毎週月曜日の12:15〜12:45にオンラインで開催し、祝日はお休みです。会員制でも、毎週参加が必要な場でもありません。参加できる日に、ふらっと来てください。

How do we actually build and grow a community?

Commu-Lab is a Creative Guild program where people who build and nurture communities bring real questions, struggles, and practical ideas from their work and explore community-building together in a relaxed but thoughtful way.

On Monday, September 28, 2026, from 12:15 to 12:45 p.m. JST, we will hold our first monthly Open Day, making our regular Monday dialogue accessible to first-time participants.

Where two different streams meet

Commu-Lab is a space for community practitioners to explore how relationships and communities grow. The book Yohaku-san, Iru?, published by Creative Guild Books, emerged from a separate series of conversations. Its atmosphere values unhurried dialogue and allows people to speak even before their thoughts are fully formed.

This Open Day brings those two streams together. It is not a seminar offering a correct method or a polished success story. We begin with a simple check-in—“How have you been lately?”—and follow the questions that naturally emerge. Speaking is optional, and listening quietly is equally welcome.

Questions we may explore

• What does a community manager actually manage?
• What is the difference between gathering people and nurturing relationships?
• How should we view a single event’s success or failure within a longer relationship-building process?
• How can community organizers avoid carrying everything alone?
• What does it mean for participants to help create the community together?

We do not need to cover every question, reach a conclusion, or solve everyone’s challenges in 30 minutes. We will follow what matters to the people who gather that day.

• People connecting others across companies, organizations, or local communities
• People who do not want to carry recruitment and continuity alone
• People interested in how relationships grow over time

No previous participation in Commu-Lab is required, and you do not need to have read the book. Please join as yourself, rather than only as a representative of your organization.

Schedule

There is no required summary, presentation of learning, or action commitment. If the conversation continues, we can return to it on another Monday.

Creating a safe space

• You may speak, or simply listen.
• Personal stories will not be shared outside the space without consent.
• Please do not join primarily for sales or solicitation.
• Unauthorized recording, audio capture, or screenshots are not permitted.
• If we share a brief Open Day report, it will only describe the atmosphere and questions in a non-identifying form.
