グローバル化やAIの進展により、キャリアの選択や働き方は、これまで以上に複雑になっています。
一方で、会社の中では日々の業務に追われ、多文化やグローバルな視点について、じっくり考え、対話する時間は決して多くありません。
そこで本イベントでは、「多文化時代のキャリア」をテーマに、対話とAIを活用しながら、自分自身と、会社組織、そしてグローバルに広がる世界の関係をあらためて捉え直します。
一方向の講演ではなく、参加者同士の対話を中心に、それぞれが抱えている違和感や問題意識を言葉にし、次の一歩につながるヒントを探っていきます。

当日は日立グループの中でイノベーションをテーマにした3000人規模のコミュニティを運営する佐藤雅彦さんや、Uvance Innovation Studioからイノベーション創出に取り組む桑岡 翔吾さん。日本と海外のネットワークをつなぐ活動を展開するMusubi / Gen（源）のダニエル・シンガーさん。そしてこうしたグローバルなつながりを支えるプラットフォーム LinkedInよりデミーザ美香さんをゲストスピーカーとしてお招きします。

○日立 / Team Sunrise 佐藤 雅彦さん
株式会社日立製作所 研究開発グループ 技術戦略室 イノベーションプロジェクト統括センタ オープンイノベーション推進室 チーフストラテジスト
日立製作所にて、情報通信事業のシステムエンジニアリングや新会社設立、M&Aなど新事業企画に従事しながらMBAを取得。本社IT戦略本部、研究開発グループ主任研究員などを経て、2023年より現職。研究開発戦略の立案やオープンイノベーションの推進を担っている。2006年より継続する社内ネットワーク活動「Team Sunrise」代表。
○UIS 桑岡 翔吾さん
大手メーカーの海外部門でキャリアをスタートし、シンガポールやミャンマーなどでの経験おうぇて、2017年より富士通へ。FinTechソリューションの新たなビジネス立ち上げに関わりながら、DX/SX施策に取り組む。2025年よりUvance Innovation Studio（UIS）に着任し、組織や分野を超えたイノベーション創出に取り組んでいる
○LinkedIn Japan デミーザ 美香さん
NTT、マイクロソフトでのキャリアを経て、MBAと国家資格キャリアコンサルタントも取得。「縁をつむぎ、温もりを伝播する」という自身のパーパスに行き着き、縁＝Linkageの精神を体現するLinkedInへ。現在はLinkedIn Japanでエンタープライズセールスをリード。“ひと”を起点に、企業の変革と成長を多様な仲間たちと共に支えている。
○Musubi / 源GEN ダニエル・シンガーさん
アメリカ出身。青山学院大学に留学し、日本とアメリカ、両方の文化の中で学びを深める。2023年から「源 GEN」を設立し、海外企業の日本市場参入を支援するほか、日本と世界をつなぐ多様な取り組みを展開。現在は、コミュニティ「Musubi」を立ち上げ。“ホンモノ”の日本文化や価値観を世界に伝える活動にも力を入れている。

アクセンチュアや国内ベンチャーや大手企業の戦略部門を経て、フィールド・フロー株式会社を2014年に設立。オープンイノベーションや地方創生に関わる多岐にわたるプロジェクトをリード。地域活性化や新しいビジネスモデルの創出を通じて（ビジネスモデル特許取得）、企業や自治体との共創にファシリテーションとデジタルを武器に尽力。2023年に港区産業振興センターにて一般社団法人 Creative Guildを設立し、活動展開中。

and the Global World through Dialogue and AI

As globalization and advances in AI accelerate, career choices and ways of working are becoming more complex than ever. At the same time, within organizations, people are often absorbed in day-to-day operations, leaving little room to pause, reflect, and engage in meaningful dialogue about multicultural and global perspectives.
In response, this event explores the theme of “Careers in a Multicultural Era.” Through dialogue and the use of AI, participants will re-examine the relationships between themselves, their organizations, and the increasingly interconnected global world.
Rather than a one-way lecture, the event centers on dialogue among participants. By putting words to personal questions, discomforts, and emerging challenges, we will collectively explore insights that can lead to the next meaningful step forward.

Guest speakers include Masahiko Sato, who leads a 3,000-member innovation-focused community within the Hitachi Group; Shogo Kuwaoka from Uvance Innovation Studio, who is actively engaged in innovation creation; Daniel Singer from Musubi / Gen, who works to connect networks across Japan and overseas; and Mika Demiza from LinkedIn, a platform that supports and enables these global connections.
Through a combination of guest insights and participant dialogue, we invite everyone to share moments of discovery, connection, and action—and to experience together the joy of building what comes next.

Masahiko Sato / Chief Strategist, Open Innovation Promotion Office

Masahiko Sato has built his career at Hitachi, engaging in system engineering for information and communications businesses, new company formation, and M&A-driven new business development, while also earning an MBA.
After serving in the Corporate IT Strategy Division and as a Senior Researcher in the R&D Group, he assumed his current role in 2023. He is responsible for formulating R&D strategies and promoting open innovation across the organization.
Since 2006, he has also led the long-running internal network initiative “Team Sunrise” as its representative.
Shogo Kuwaoka / Uvance Innovation Studio (UIS)
Shogo Kuwaoka began his career in the overseas division of a major manufacturing company, gaining international experience in Singapore and Myanmar. He joined Fujitsu in 2017, where he contributed to the launch of new FinTech solutions and worked on DX and SX initiatives.
In 2025, he joined Uvance Innovation Studio (UIS), where he is currently engaged in creating innovation that transcends organizational and industry boundaries.
Mika Demiza / Enterprise Sales Lead, LinkedIn Japan
After building her career at NTT and Microsoft, Mika Demiza earned an MBA and obtained a national certification as a career consultant. Guided by her personal purpose—“to weave meaningful connections and spread warmth”—she joined LinkedIn, a platform that embodies the spirit of connection (Linkage).
At LinkedIn Japan, she leads enterprise sales, supporting corporate transformation and growth by placing people at the center and working together with diverse partners and communities.
Daniel Singer / Founder, GEN, Musubi
Originally from the United States, Daniel Singer studied at Aoyama Gakuin University, deepening his understanding of both Japanese and American cultures.
In 2023, he founded GEN, supporting overseas companies entering the Japanese market while developing initiatives that connect Japan with the rest of the world. He has also launched the community “Musubi,” focusing on sharing authentic Japanese culture and values globally.
Facilitator
Takeshi Shibuya / Founder & CEO, Field Flow Inc. / Founder, Creative Guild
After working at Accenture and in the strategy divisions of domestic ventures and large corporations, Takeshi Shibuya founded Field Flow Inc. in 2014. He has led a wide range of projects in open innovation and regional revitalization.
Through co-creation with corporations and local governments—supported by facilitation and digital expertise—he has contributed to regional activation and the creation of new business models (including patented business models).
In 2023, he founded the Creative Guild at the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center, where he continues to expand community-based initiatives.
