【8/19(水)12:15～】ゆっくりAI勉強会（第24回）：複数のAIエージェント、仕事ではどう使い分ける？

前々回にClaude Codeの入口を見て、前回はビジネスの現場での使い方を実践寄りに紹介してきました。今回はそこからさらに一歩進み、複数のAIエージェントを、さまざまな実務の中でどのように動かし、使い分けているのかを実演しながら見ていきます。
一つのAIにすべてを任せるのではなく、仕事の内容や場面に応じて役割を分けると、AI活用の可能性は大きく広がります。どの作業をどのAIに任せるのか、どこで人が確認し判断するのか。実際の画面を見ながら、複数のAIと仕事を進めるイメージを分かりやすく整理します。

登壇するのは、Creative Guildのデジタル＆ラーニング・ナビゲーターである佐藤雄大さん。実際に使って分かったポイントを、専門用語に偏らず、ゆるゆると解説します。進行は、Creative Guild理事の長田淳さんです。
「チャットで使うところから先に進みたい」「AIエージェントは実際にどう動くの？」「仕事の中でどう使い分けるのか気になる」という方におすすめです。プログラミングの知識は必要ありません。前回参加していない方や、まずは聞いて理解したい方も歓迎です。お昼の30分、気軽にAI活用の“次の一歩”をのぞきに来てください。

参加にあたっての前提条件：Zoomとインターネット環境が利用可能であること、基本的なITスキルがあること。SNSでAI関連トピックを軽く閲覧しておくとスムーズです。

ゆっくりAI勉強会とは？

「ゆっくりAI勉強会」は、AIを無理なく、気軽に、実際の活用を意識しながら学ぶCreative Guildのオンライン勉強会です。AIに詳しい方から、これから触れてみたい方まで、それぞれのペースで参加できます。前回の第23回では、AIにひとまとまりの仕事を任せるために、目的、参照資料、ルール、完成条件を整理し、どの段階で人が確認するのかを設計する重要性を扱いました。今回はその考え方を広げ、複数のAIを実務の中でどう配置するかを見ていきます。

How Can We Use Multiple AI Agents at Work?

In the session before last, we explored the basics of Claude Code. The previous session then focused on practical ways of using it in business. This time, we will take another step forward and use demonstrations to see how multiple AI agents can be operated and assigned to different kinds of day-to-day work.

Instead of asking one AI to handle everything, assigning different roles according to the task can significantly expand the possibilities of AI use. Which AI should handle each task? Where should people review the output and make decisions? By looking at actual screens, we will develop a clear picture of how people can work with multiple AI agents.

The speaker will be Yuta Sato, Digital & Learning Navigator at Creative Guild. Drawing on his practical experience, he will explain what he has learned in a relaxed and accessible way without relying heavily on technical terminology. The session will be facilitated by Jun Osada, Director of Creative Guild.

This session is recommended for anyone who wants to move beyond using AI only through chat, see how AI agents actually work, or understand how different AI tools can be used for different tasks. No programming knowledge is required. People who did not attend the previous session and those who would first like to listen and understand are also welcome. Join us for 30 minutes during your lunch break and explore the next step in practical AI use.

Event Details

Participation requirements: Participants must have access to Zoom and an internet connection, as well as basic IT skills. Briefly reviewing AI-related topics on social media beforehand may make the session easier to follow.

The Yukkuri AI Study Session is an online learning program offered by Creative Guild for people who want to explore AI comfortably, casually, and with practical use in mind. Whether you are already familiar with AI or are just beginning, you can participate at your own pace.

Session 23 examined the importance of clarifying the purpose, reference materials, rules, completion criteria, and human review points before delegating a meaningful unit of work to AI. This session expands that perspective by exploring how several AI agents can be positioned within practical workflows.
