採用で「一緒に働きたい人」と出会いたい。新しい事業や社内外のプロジェクトに協力してくれる人を増やしたい。コミュニティの参加者を広げ、今いる仲間との関係も深めたい。そんな思いがあっても、日々の仕事に追われていると、人と向き合い、関係を育てる余白はなかなか生まれません。

本ワークショップでいう「仲間づくり」は、単に人数や人脈を増やすことではありません。採用、共創プロジェクト、コミュニティ運営など、それぞれの場面で、目的や価値観を共有できる人と出会い、信頼を育て、ともに動ける関係をつくることです。

当日は、AIを活用したワークショップ・ツールを使い、次の8ステップを進めます。

1. 状況を観察する
2. 人やAIに相談する
3. 内省する
4. 考え方や選択肢を広げる
5. 仕事や活動を整理する
6. 余力と次の行動を定める
7. 仲間と探究する
8. 成果を振り返り共有する

AIは、記録整理、問い返し、異なる視点の提示、情報収集、構造化、行動設計など、すべての段階で活用します。個人で考える時間と参加者同士の対話を重ね、その場で「余白と仲間づくりのアクションプラン」を完成させます。生まれた余白を、新しい出会いを増やす「横の広がり」と、今ある関係を育てる「縦の深まり」にどう活かすかを具体化します。

Do you want to meet people you would like to work with, find collaborators for new business or cross-organizational projects, or welcome new participants into your community while deepening existing relationships? Even with these goals, daily work can leave little time or mental space to engage with people and nurture relationships.

In this workshop, “building connections” does not simply mean increasing the number of contacts in your network. In recruitment, collaborative projects, and community management, it means meeting people who share your purpose and values, building trust, and developing relationships that enable you to take action together.

Using an AI-supported workshop tool, participants will work through the following eight steps:

1. Observe the current situation
2. Consult people and AI
3. Reflect
4. Broaden perspectives and options
5. Organize work and activities
6. Identify available capacity and the next action
7. Explore with others
8. Review and share outcomes

AI will support every stage, including organizing records, asking reflective questions, offering different perspectives, gathering information, structuring activities, and designing next steps. Through individual reflection and dialogue with other participants, you will complete a “Space and Connection-Building Action Plan”. You will then identify how to use the space you create both to expand outward through new encounters and to deepen the relationships you already have.

Takeshi Shibuya

Guild Master, Creative Guild / Representative Director, Field Flow Inc.

After working at Accenture, a venture company, and the corporate strategy division of a major company, Shibuya founded Field Flow Inc. in 2014 and Creative Guild in 2023. Working across business and organizational development, human resources, digital transformation, AI, and community development, he supports dialogue, co-creation, and implementation among companies, local governments, communities, and local stakeholders.
