Claude Code、仕事ではどう使う？ 実際のビジネス活用を学ぶ実践編
前回の第22回では、Claude Codeの基本的な特徴や、従来のチャット型AIとの違いを紹介しました。
今回は、そこから一歩進んだ実践編です。実際のビジネス現場でClaude Codeをどのように使っているのか、どのような業務に向いているのか、AIに仕事を任せる際に何を考える必要があるのかを、具体的な活用例を交えながら紹介します。
登壇するのは、Creative Guildのデジタル＆ラーニング・ナビゲーターである佐藤雄大さん。実際に使って分かったポイントを、専門用語に偏らず、ゆるゆると分かりやすく解説します。進行は、Creative Guild理事の長田淳さんです。
「仕事で使うイメージを知りたい」「実務での活用例を見てみたい」「自社や自分の業務に使えるか考えたい」という方におすすめです。プログラミングの知識は必要ありません。前回参加していない方や、まずは聞いて理解したい方も歓迎します。お昼休みの30分、気軽にご参加ください。

今回学ぶこと
第23回では、Claude Codeの基礎を簡単に振り返ったうえで、実際のビジネスにおける活用方法を紹介します。前回参加していない方にも分かりやすい内容です。
単なる機能説明ではなく、どのような業務を任せているのか、どのように指示を出しているのか、どの段階で人が確認しているのかといった実務上のポイントを扱います。また、Claude Codeが力を発揮しやすい業務と、人による判断や確認が欠かせない業務を整理し、AIを業務に組み込む際の役割分担や注意点を考えます。
「自分の業務にも使えるか」「何から試すとよいか」「導入時に何を準備すべきか」など、参加者からの質問も歓迎します。AIを使うこと自体を目的にせず、自社やチームの仕事をより良くするために、どう活かせるのかを一緒に探っていきます。

ゆっくりAI勉強会とは？
「ゆっくりAI勉強会」は、AIを無理なく、気軽に、実際の活用を意識しながら学ぶCreative Guildのオンライン勉強会です。
AIに関心はあるものの、何から始めればよいか分からない方や、仕事での使い方を具体的に知りたい方が、お昼休みの短い時間で参加できる学びの場として開催しています。詳しい人から一方的に説明を聞くだけではなく、「自分の仕事ではどう使えるか」を参加者同士で考え、AIを少しずつ身近なものにしていくことを大切にしています。

第22回では、「“答えるAI”から“働き続けるAI”へ」をテーマに、Claude Codeの特徴やチャット型AIとの違い、実務で使う際の料金、セキュリティ、仕事の任せ方について紹介しました。今回が初参加の方は、事前にレポートをご覧いただくと、より内容をイメージしやすくなります。

In the 22nd session, we introduced the basic features of Claude Code and explained how it differs from conventional chat-based AI.
This time, we will take the next step and focus on practical business use. Through real examples, we will explore how Claude Code is being used in day-to-day work, which types of tasks it is suited for, and what people need to consider when delegating work to AI.
The main speaker will be Yuta Sato, Creative Guild’s Digital & Learning Navigator. Drawing on his own experience, he will explain the key points in a relaxed and accessible way without relying too heavily on technical terminology. The session will be facilitated by Jun Osada, Director of Creative Guild.
This 30-minute session is recommended for anyone who wants to understand how Claude Code can be used at work, see practical examples, or consider whether it could support their own team or business. No programming knowledge is required, and first-time participants are welcome.

What We Will Explore
We will begin with a brief recap of Claude Code and then move into its practical use in business. The session is designed to be accessible even to those who did not attend the previous event.
Rather than offering a simple feature overview, we will examine what kinds of tasks can be delegated to Claude Code, how instructions are structured, and where human review is needed. We will also consider which types of work are well suited to AI and which still require human judgment, helping participants think about an effective division of roles between people and AI.
Questions from participants are welcome. Topics may include whether Claude Code could be useful in a particular role, what to try first, and what an organization should prepare before introducing it. The purpose is not to use AI for its own sake, but to explore how it can improve the way individuals, teams, and businesses work.

Rather than providing one-way instruction, the program encourages participants to consider how AI could support their own work and gradually make the technology feel more familiar.
