余白を生み出す生産性向上プログラム　「クリエイティブ・ツールズ」

「クリエイティブ・ツールズ」は、Creative Guildが提供する実践型ツール・ボックスです。忙しい日々の中で、“楽しい”から始まる未来づくりに取り組み、その活動をよりアクティブに推進できるよう、生産性向上プログラムとして提供しています。主にAIを活用した各種ツールを無償で公開しており、誰でもすぐに使える状態にしてありますので、まずはぜひお試しください。なお、ご利用の際はChatGPT等のアカウントが必要になる場合があります。

このプログラムの背景には、“余白が少ない”現代社会の問題があります。めまぐるしい変化の中でやるべきことが多い一方、日本の経済環境は“失われた30年”と呼ばれるほど停滞し、時間的・経済的・心理的・体力的な余裕が生まれにくい現状が続いています。いわば、“忙しい”状態＝余白が少ない状態が恒常化しているのです。

しかし、Creative Guildのコンセプトである「“楽しい”から始まる未来づくり」を動かすには、余白が不可欠。その余白は、生産性向上によって生み出すことができます。たとえば、従来の半分のコストや時間で同じ仕事がこなせたり、同じコスト・時間で倍の成果が上がったりすれば、新たに生じた余白を未来への投資に回せるからです。

幸い、デジタルツールの進化や生成AIの登場により、劇的に生産性を高める環境が整いつつあります。一方で、AIを使うためのハードルがあるのも事実。そこで「クリエイティブ・ツールズ」では、“すぐに使える”状態まで整えたうえで、広く活用できる環境を提供しています。

A Productivity Program that Creates Breathing Room：“Creative Tools”

Creative Tools is a hands-on toolbox provided by Creative Guild. Amid our busy daily lives, it serves as a productivity program to help you actively pursue a future that “begins with fun.” We mainly offer various AI-driven tools free of charge, ready for you to use right away—simply give them a try! Please note that using some tools may require an account (e.g., ChatGPT).

The core motivation behind this program stems from today’s society, which often suffers from a lack of “breathing room.” While we face rapid changes and numerous tasks, Japan’s economic climate has been sluggish for what some call the “lost 30 years,” leaving little time, money, energy, or peace of mind. In other words, we live in a constant state of being “too busy,” with hardly any space to spare.

However, in order to realize Creative Guild’s concept—“Everything begin with FUN”—we need room to breathe. And one way to create that room is by boosting productivity. For instance, if you can handle the same tasks at half the cost or in half the time, or if you can double your output with the same resources, you can invest that newly freed space into building your future.

Fortunately, the advancement of digital tools and the emergence of generative AI have paved the way for dramatic increases in productivity. Yet it’s also true that AI tools can pose certain adoption hurdles. That’s why Creative Tools aims to simplify the process—making these solutions readily available and easy to implement.

All the resources we share here are based on the expertise and experience of the professionals involved in Creative Guild, and we continually expand and update them. We encourage you to “just try out anything that looks interesting” as a starting point. We also accept requests for customizing these tools for your specific organization or for providing instruction on how best to utilize them. (Please note that some special requests may involve paid options. We will provide an estimate and formal agreement in those cases.)
