いろんな“場”もあります。
それがつながったら、色とりどりの“未来”につながります。
そのための小さな、でも“楽しい”一歩をヨリミチ部で始めてみませんか？

今回は9月に続いて、港区立産業振興センターのご近所、東京都済生会中央病院とのコラボレーション企画です。
テーマは「ひと×場×未来のつなぎ方・つなげ方」。

どうしてつながりたいのか？
どうやってつながったらいいのか？
素朴だけれども奥深い疑問をいろんな角度から、会場の皆様とも一緒に掘り下げていきます。

当日のゲストはまず、東京都済生会中央病院で、コミュニティづくりの分野の取り組みを始めている関口さん。そして実際に地域コミュニティのつながりからイノベーションを起こしてきている、ソーシャルフィクサーの志田さん。また企業の立場で社内外のつながり創りに、デジタルも活用しながら取り組んできている薗田さんをお迎えします。なお、皆さん、三田・田町を拠点に活躍されています！

雑談のようなカジュアルさの中に、AIも活用しながら深く掘り下げていく、そんな時間をぜひ一緒に楽しんでください。
そんな思いを少しでも持ったことがある方なら、どなたでも大歓迎です。
年齢・業界・国籍は問いません。みんなで“楽しい”から始まる未来づくり、この機会から動かしていきましょう。

ヨリミチ部とは？
いつもとはちょっと違う人たちと、ちょっと違う会話を楽しむ井戸端会議「ヨリミチ部」。港区立産業振興センターのコミュニティ形成プログラムとして毎月開催し、ゲストだけでなく来場者同士もつながり、新しい発見が生まれる場を提供しています。リアル会場ではドリンク＆スナックを囲んで交流。オンライン（Zoom）でも配信し、会場に来られない方もラジオ感覚で参加できます。
初めての方も、お一人の方も大歓迎。年齢も立場も言葉も関係ありません。途中入退室ももちろんOKです。外国人参加者も多く、国を超えたつながりが生まれるチャンスも。海外の方は日本語を、日本の方は英語で話してみる、そんなチャレンジも楽しめます。
また「ヨリミチ部」でつながった方たちの活動は、Creative Guildが継続的にサポート。ヨリミチ部以外の場にもつながる可能性をご提供しています。

※登壇者プロフィール※

○東京都済生会中央病院　關口 安孝さん
東京都済生会中央病院でこれまで医療ソーシャルワーカーとして活躍。がん相談や無料低額診療の活用支援などを通じて患者やその家族に寄り添い、医療のセーフティネットを担う。現在は、患者支援センターの課長として、地域コミュニティづくりにも注力。医療を取り巻く周辺領域、つまりライフスタイルや働き方なども含めたトータルケアの実現に取り組んでいる。

○ソーシャルフィクサー 志田 健一さん
社会活動に関わり、これまでにNPO法人まちづくりエージェントSIDE BEACH CITY.を創立し副理事長を務めるほか、Code for Hodogayaの代表なども務める。オープンデータやAIなどにも精通。現在、港区芝地区総合支所、慶應義塾大学グローバルリサーチインスティテュートが主催する、「ご近所イノベータ養成講座」の事務局。NASA主催の世界同時開催ハッカソン「NASA Space Apps Challenge」の東京会場のリードも担当。既成概念に囚われることなく、社会を遊んで、いろいろな実験を通じ、新しい価値観をカタチにする取り組みを続けている。

〇薗田 玲子さん
外資系Sierのシステムエンジニアとしてキャリアをスタートし、業務部門とITの橋渡し役として活躍。現在は、食品関連企業にて、情報システム部門を経て総務を担当。会社全体を横断的に見て、業務を整理し、とくに内部のコミュニケーションの改善に注。また、バーチャル株主総会の運営をするなどのユニークな施策も手掛ける。

Following our September session, this time we’re collaborating with our neighbor—the Saiseikai Central Hospital in Minato City.
The theme is: “How to Connect People, Places, and the Future.”

Why do we want to connect?
How can we connect in meaningful ways?
These simple yet profound questions will be explored from many angles, together with everyone in the room.

Our guests include Mr. Sekiguchi, who is pioneering community-building initiatives at Saiseikai Central Hospital;
Mr. Shida, a “social fixer” who has sparked real innovation through local community ties;
and Ms. Sonoda, who has been creating connections inside and outside her company while also making use of digital tools.
All three are actively working right here in the Mita–Tamachi area!

It will be a relaxed, talk-style gathering—casual like friendly conversation, yet digging deep with the help of AI.
Anyone who has ever felt the importance of “connection” is welcome.
No matter your age, industry, or nationality, join us to start building a future that begins with fun—together.

About YORIMICHI Club
YORIMICHI Club is like a neighborhood conversation circle, where you enjoy slightly different people and slightly different conversations.
Hosted monthly as part of the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center’s community-building program, it’s a space where not only guests but also attendees connect and discover new perspectives.

At the in-person venue, enjoy casual networking over drinks and snacks. The event is also streamed online via Zoom, so you can join even if you can’t come in person—like listening to a radio show. First-timers and solo attendees are welcome. Age, background, and language don’t matter. You can also join or leave at any time.

We often welcome international participants, creating chances for cross-cultural exchange. Non-Japanese participants can try speaking Japanese, and Japanese participants can try communicating in English—it’s a friendly opportunity to step out of your comfort zone.

Connections made through YORIMICHI Club often continue beyond the event itself, with Creative Guild providing ongoing support for participants’ initiatives.

Guest Profile

Yasutaka Sekiguchi – Saiseikai Central Hospital, Tokyo
Mr. Sekiguchi has long served as a medical social worker at Saiseikai Central Hospital, supporting patients and their families through cancer counseling and assistance with low-cost or free medical services, helping to uphold the medical safety net. He now serves as Head of the Patient Support Center, where he is also focusing on building stronger community connections. His current work emphasizes realizing total care that extends beyond healthcare itself—embracing lifestyle, work styles, and other aspects of daily life.

Kenichi Shida – Social Fixer
Mr. Shida has been deeply engaged in social initiatives, co-founding the NPO Machizukuri Agent SIDE BEACH CITY. and serving as its Vice Director, as well as leading Code for Hodogaya. With expertise in open data and AI, he currently manages the “Neighborhood Innovator Training Program” organized by the Shiba District Office of Minato City and Keio University’s Global Research Institute. He also serves as lead organizer for the Tokyo venue of NASA’s global hackathon, the NASA Space Apps Challenge. Through playful experimentation unconstrained by conventional thinking, he continues to shape new values and drive social innovation.

Reiko Sonoda
Ms. Sonoda began her career as a systems engineer at a global IT services firm, building her expertise as a bridge between operations and IT. She now works in the general affairs division of a food-related company, after serving in its information systems department. In her current role, she takes a cross-organizational view to streamline operations and especially improve internal communications. She has also led unique initiatives such as organizing virtual shareholder meetings, demonstrating a creative approach to corporate management and engagement.
