ChatGPTなどのAI活用が広がる一方で、機密情報や個人情報を入力してしまうことへの不安も大きくなっています。

だからといって、すべて禁止してしまえばAIの可能性を活かせません。反対に、すべて現場任せにすることにもリスクがあります。

必要なのは、「禁止」か「野放し」かという二択ではなく、安心して使うためのルールをつくること。

本講座では、専門的なセキュリティ技術ではなく、経営者や管理者、一般のビジネスパーソンが知っておきたいAI利用の基本を、実務の視点から考えます。

講座内容

生成AIを業務で使うとき、一番重要なのは「何をAIに渡してよいのか」を判断できることです。

機密情報、個人情報、社内資料。AIに入力してよい情報と、そうではない情報をどう考えればよいのでしょうか。

今回の講座では、AIに渡してよい情報／渡してはいけない情報の考え方を基本に、生成AI利用に伴う情報漏洩やなりすましなどのリスク、法人向けAIサービスの活用、社内でのAI利用状況の把握などを扱います。

そして、個人の注意だけに頼るのではなく、会社の仕組みとしてAIを安全に使うためにはどうすればよいのかを考えます。

「AI禁止のままでいいのか」と感じている方、社内でどのようにAIが使われているのか分からない方、これから利用ルールを考えたい方におすすめの内容です。

Introduction

This online workshop is organized by the Nagano Employers Association with the cooperation of Creative Guild. Yuta Sato will address the basic decisions and rules that help business teams use generative AI with confidence.

“Is it safe for our company to let employees use generative AI?”

As tools such as ChatGPT become more common, concerns about entering confidential or personal information are also growing.

The practical question is how to create workable rules for safe use, rather than leaving every decision to each individual. The workshop is intended for executives, managers and other business professionals.

The key judgment is what information may be provided to an AI service. We will consider confidential information, personal information and internal documents.

Topics include information leakage, impersonation risks, enterprise AI services, and ways to understand AI use within an organization.

We will explore how to make responsible use a part of the company’s processes.
