齋藤さんは、これまでにマルチ決済ソリューションや生体認証サービスなどを通じてANAグループのDX推進に貢献。また地方創生・地域DXなどにも取り組み、地域の魅力ある資源と事業をつなぐことで新しい可能性の扉を開いていっています。さらにシニア世代のリカレント教育（学び直し）にも注力し、世代を超えた“ひと”を起点に次なる価値創出の可能性を広げ続けています。

そんな齋藤さんが大切にしているのは“共感”。それは表面的な情報に囚われず、人間的なつながりを築いていくこと。同時につながりあった価値観を同じくする人たちが、新たな挑戦に踏み出していく起点でもあります。そして、そこで見えてきた芽を、さまざまな人たちを前向きに巻き込みながら実際にカタチにし、持続可能なものとして“その先”の未来へと受け渡していく。そんなペイフォワードな姿勢も齋藤さんが多くの人を引き付ける魅力となっています。
