今回は9月・10月に続いて、港区立産業振興センターのご近所、東京都済生会中央病院とのコラボレーション企画。
テーマは「みんな“違う”から“楽しい”は始まる！　ユニークな価値の伝え方・つなぎ方」。
自分自身のユニークな価値はどうやって見つけたらいいのか。
相手のユニークな価値をどうやって生かしていけばいいのか。
つながりあってもっと“楽しい”価値を創るにはどうしたらいいのか。

多様性の時代だからこそ、一人ひとりの本当の“個性”の在り方を、シンプルに、でも奥深く、そして“楽しく”、会場の皆様とも一緒に掘り下げていきます。

当日のゲストはまず、東京都済生会中央病院で、分野や領域を超えた新しいチャレンジに取り組んでいる本多さん。ポーランド出身で、日本で活躍するコミュニティ・マネージャーのモニカさん。そして中小企業をPR・広報の視点からサポートしている瀬川さん。分野や立場を超えて人をつなぐ・伝えることに、異なる角度から取り組むお三方の話、必聴です。もちろん来場者の方も交えた対話の時間も。雑談のようなカジュアルさの中に、AIも活用しながら深く掘り下げていく、そんな時間をぜひ一緒に楽しんでください。

ヨリミチ部とは？
いつもとはちょっと違う人たちと、ちょっと違う会話を楽しむ井戸端会議「ヨリミチ部」。港区立産業振興センターのコミュニティ形成プログラムとして毎月開催し、ゲストだけでなく来場者同士もつながり、新しい発見が生まれる場を提供しています。リアル会場ではドリンク＆スナックを囲んで交流。オンライン（Zoom）でも配信し、会場に来られない方もラジオ感覚で参加できます。
初めての方も、お一人の方も大歓迎。年齢も立場も言葉も関係ありません。途中入退室ももちろんOKです。外国人参加者も多く、国を超えたつながりが生まれるチャンスも。海外の方は日本語を、日本の方は英語で話してみる、そんなチャレンジも楽しめます。
また「ヨリミチ部」でつながった方たちの活動は、Creative Guildが継続的にサポート。ヨリミチ部以外の場にもつながる可能性をご提供しています。

東京都済生会中央病院 企画課長／広報室長。異分野との連携を模索し、身体的・精神的に加え“社会的な健康”のあり方を地域と共に探求。組織の壁を越えてそれぞれの想いと知恵をつなぎながら、現実的な視点で経済性と社会性のバランスをとり、守るべきものを守りながら新たな挑戦を後押ししている。

○コミュニティ・マネージャー モニカ・サドキェヴィチさん
ポーランド出身で16歳の時に来日。日本の高校を卒業後、教育分野で幅広い経験を積み重ねてきました。フィットネスインストラクターや幼稚園・小中高での実践を通じて、多様な世代の成長を支援。その後、大学や社会人教育にも関わり、学びの本質や人をつなぐ力の重要性を実感し、現在は教育で培った視点をビジネスやリーダーシップの分野へと広げ、コミュニティ・マネージャーとして活動。LinkedInなどを活用し、一人ひとりと丁寧に繋がりながら、社会に持続的な価値を生み出す“意味あるつながり”へとナビゲートに取り組んでいる。

〇株式会社レスポワール 瀬川 亜希子さん
財閥系企業での役員秘書、中小企業の社長室や経営企画室での経験を経て、中小企業診断士・事業承継士の資格を取得。2024年に中⼩企業のPRや広報を支援する株式会社レスポワールを設⽴。経営者へのヒアリングから強みを言語化し、伝わるメッセージへと変換して発信。組織内外のファンを創っていくことで、持続可能な経営基盤づくりに貢献している。

This session is a continuation of our September and October programs, now in collaboration with Saiseikai Central Hospital Tokyo, right around the corner from the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center.

Our theme: “Fun Begins Because We’re All Different! – How to Share and Connect Unique Value.”

　・How can we co-create even more Fun value together?

In this age of diversity, we’ll explore the true meaning of individuality—simply, deeply, and of course with Fun—together with everyone in the room.

Our guests include:
　Mr. Honda, leading cross-disciplinary innovation at Saiseikai Central Hospital Tokyo
　Monika, a community manager from Poland who is now thriving in Japan
Ms. Segawa, supporting SMEs through PR and communications strategy

Each of them approaches “connecting and communicating across boundaries” from a different perspective. Their stories are not to be missed. And of course, there will be open dialogue with participants.

About YORIMICHI Club
YORIMICHI Club is like a neighborhood conversation circle, where you enjoy slightly different people and slightly different conversations.
Hosted monthly as part of the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center’s community-building program, it’s a space where not only guests but also attendees connect and discover new perspectives.

At the in-person venue, enjoy casual networking over drinks and snacks. The event is also streamed online via Zoom, so you can join even if you can’t come in person—like listening to a radio show. First-timers and solo attendees are welcome. Age, background, and language don’t matter. You can also join or leave at any time.

We often welcome international participants, creating chances for cross-cultural exchange. Non-Japanese participants can try speaking Japanese, and Japanese participants can try communicating in English—it’s a friendly opportunity to step out of your comfort zone.

Connections made through YORIMICHI Club often continue beyond the event itself, with Creative Guild providing ongoing support for participants’ initiatives.

Takuya Honda – Saiseikai Central Hospital Tokyo
Head of Planning and PR at Saiseikai Central Hospital Tokyo.
Honda explores ways to collaborate across disciplines, working with the local community to redefine health—encompassing not only physical and mental well-being, but also social well-being. By bridging organizational silos and connecting diverse ideas and intentions, he strikes a practical balance between economic viability and social value. His focus is on protecting what must be protected, while empowering new challenges to take shape.

Monika Sadkiewicz – Community Manager
Originally from Poland, Monika came to Japan at age 16 and graduated from a Japanese high school. She has built wide-ranging experience in education—supporting growth across generations as a fitness instructor and through hands-on work in kindergartens, elementary, junior high, and high schools. Later, she expanded into higher education and adult learning, where she recognized the importance of both the essence of learning and the power of connecting people.
Today, she brings that perspective into business and leadership as a community manager. Through platforms like LinkedIn, she carefully cultivates one-to-one connections, guiding them into “meaningful ties” that generate sustainable value for society.

Akiko Segawa – L’Espoir Inc.
After working as an executive secretary in a major corporate group, and later in the president’s office and corporate planning of SMEs, Segawa became certified as an SME Management Consultant and Business Succession Advisor. In 2024, she founded L’Espoir Inc., a company that supports small businesses through PR and communications. Starting with in-depth interviews with business leaders, she translates their strengths into clear, compelling messages. By building fans both inside and outside organizations, she helps establish a sustainable foundation for management.
