港区を起点にいろんなところで働く・暮らす、楽しい時間を創りたい人たちによるコミュニティCreative Guild。このギルド名鑑ではそんなCreative Guildでつながったユニークな方々をご紹介しています。今回ご紹介するのは、異文化の橋渡しをするコミュニティ・マネージャーとして、多方面に活躍するモニカ・サドキェヴィチさん。文化の違いを超えて“人と人”の信頼を育み、分断のない“意味あるつながり”を創り出しています。

ポーランド出身で16歳の時に来日したモニカ・サドキェヴィチさんは、日本の高校を卒業後、教育分野で幅広い経験を積み重ねてきました。フィットネスインストラクターや幼稚園・小中高での実践を通じて、多様な世代の成長を支援。その後、大学や社会人教育にも関わり、学びの本質や人をつなぐ力の重要性を実感しました。現在は教育で培った視点をビジネスやリーダーシップの分野へと広げ、コミュニティ・マネージャーとして活動。LinkedInなどを活用し、一人ひとりと丁寧に繋がりながら、社会に持続的な価値を生み出す“意味あるつながり”へとナビゲートしています。

そんなモニカさんの根底にあるのは「違いを尊重し、そこから学ぶ」という姿勢。文化や立場の隔たりを壁ではなく可能性として捉え、相手を肩書や属性で判断せず、一人の人間として向き合うことを大切にしています。そのために必要なのは、互いに耳を傾け合うこと、そして率直に問いを交わすこと。そこから安心できる信頼関係が生まれ、“意味あるつながり”が自然と広がっていきます。そしてそれはさらなる、学びと成長の循環にもつながります。

グローバル化とデジタル化が著しく進む現代では、多様な価値観に触れることが非常に多くなりました。そこに違いと変化があることは当然です。だからこそその違いを受け止め、変化を前向きに捉え、より本質的・人間的な信頼関係を築くことが重要になります。しかしながら過去の経験則や、目に見える表面的、とくに金銭的価値に囚われ、対立や分断による複雑化は進んでいます。私たちには今、価値観のアップデートが必要です。それこそがモニカさんが育んでいる“意味あるつながり”の意義です。

She nurtures trust across differences and creates meaningful connections without barriers

Originally from Poland, Monika moved to Japan at the age of 16 and graduated from a Japanese high school. Since then, she has built a wide range of experience in education supporting the growth of diverse generations as a fitness instructor and through her work in preschools, elementary, junior high, and high schools. Later, she became involved in university and adult education, which deepened her understanding of the essence of learning and the importance of connecting people. Today, she has expanded this educational perspective into the fields of business and leadership, working as a community manager. Using platforms like LinkedIn, she connects carefully and personally with individuals, guiding them into meaningful relationships that generate lasting social value.

At the core of Monika’s philosophy is the belief in “respecting differences and learning from them.” She views cultural and positional divides not as walls but as possibilities, choosing to meet people as human beings rather than by their titles or attributes. For her, meaningful connection grows from listening deeply to one another and asking honest questions. From this process, trust emerges naturally, spreading outward and creating a wider network of authentic relationships. These connections then spark further cycles of learning and growth.

In today’s world of rapid globalization and digitalization, we encounter diverse values constantly. Differences and change are natural, even inevitable. That is why it is more important than ever to embrace these differences, approach change with openness, and build deeper, human-centered trust.
