食でつながるコミュニティ・プログラム　– たまココ – 始動

食と酒でひらく“余白”から、“楽しい”がはじまる。

たまには、少し立ち止まってみませんか。

日々走り続けるなかで失われがちな“余白”こそが、新しいつながりやアイデアを生み出します。そんな時間を、食と酒をきっかけにひらいていく体験型コミュニティ・プログラムが、「たまにはココロにエイヨウを。（たまココ）」です。実践型リーダー育成講座の修了生である佐藤さんのお店「栄養モンスター.」（白金高輪駅近く）などをお借りし、地域のネットワークを活かしながら、その土地のお酒や食、文化を楽しみ、自然な対話とつながりを生み出していきます。

この取り組みの背景には、港区立産業振興センターでの活動や、実践型リーダー育成講座を通じて得られた気づきがあります。それは、「変化を生み出すためには、意図的に余白をつくることが重要である」ということ。さらに、ギルド名鑑などを通じて広がってきた多様なネットワークが、こうした場を成立させる土壌となっています。「場は仕組みからではなく、人と関係性から生まれる。」その実践として、修了生の場を起点にした今回の取り組みが生まれました。

プログラムでは、毎回どこかの地域をフィーチャーし、食・酒・文化・人をテーマに体験を設計します。参加者は経営者やフリーランス、行政関係者、海外メンバーなど多様で、年齢や国籍、言語の壁を越えて、“ひと”としてつながることを大切にしています。

また、たまココではAIツールも活用し、テイスティング体験を言語化し、参加者同士で共有する仕組みを取り入れています。感覚的な体験をデータや言葉として蓄積することで価値を可視化し、海外に向けた発信にもつなげていきます。加えてLinkedInなどを通じて、日本の地域の魅力や人のつながりをグローバルに届けていくことも視野に入れています。

運営は紹介制とし、安心して対話できる場の空気感を大切にしています。LINEグループでのゆるやかなコミュニケーションをベースに、無理のない関係性の中から自然な広がりを生んでいきます。もちろん、Creative Guildの他のプログラムとも連携しながら、パートナーや参加者のアクションとも接続し、“楽しい”から始まる未来づくりを加速していきます。その先には、個人の成長やビジネスの成果、そして社会として大切にしたい“価値”が待っています。ぜひこの時間、皆さまもご一緒ください。ご参加希望の方は、Creative Guildの各種プログラムなどを“辿って”みてください。

“Take a moment to nourish your mind.” – TAMACOCO – LaunchWhere “fun” begins—through the space created by food and sake.

What if you allowed yourself to pause, just for a moment?

In the middle of our busy, fast-moving lives, we often lose the “space” we need to reflect, connect, and discover new ideas. Yet it is precisely within that space that meaningful connections and fresh perspectives emerge. TAMACOCO is an experiential community program designed to create that kind of space—through food, sake, and conversation. The program is based in Tokyo, primarily hosted atEiyou Monster, a restaurant near Shirokane-Takanawa run by Sato-san, a graduate of our Practical Leadership Development Program. By leveraging spaces and networks developed through our community, TAMACOCO brings together local food, sake, culture, and people—naturally fostering meaningful dialogue and connection.

The name “TAMACOCO” comes from the Japanese phrase “Tamani wa kokoro ni eiyō wo,” which means “Take a moment to nourish your mind.” It reflects our intention to create a space where people can slow down, recharge, and reconnect—with themselves and with others.

This initiative emerged from our work with the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center and the insights gained through our leadership programs. One key realization was this:
creating intentional “space” is essential for driving meaningful change.

Over time, through initiatives such as the Guild Directory and other community activities, we have built a diverse network of people. TAMACOCO is a natural extension of that ecosystem—because we believe that spaces are not built by systems, but by people and relationships.

Each session features a different region, highlighting its food, sake, culture, and stories. Participants come from a wide range of backgrounds—entrepreneurs, freelancers, public sector leaders, investors, and international members. Regardless of age, nationality, or language, what matters most is connecting as human beings.

We also incorporate AI tools into the experience. Participants reflect on their tasting experiences and express them in their own words, which are then shared and accumulated as insights. By turning sensory experiences into language and data, we make these moments visible—and extend them beyond the event itself.

Through platforms like LinkedIn, we aim to share these stories globally, connecting local cultures and communities with the world.

To maintain a safe and open atmosphere, TAMACOCO operates on a referral-only basis. We also use a LINE group for ongoing, casual communication, allowing relationships to grow organically over time. TAMACOCO is designed to connect with other Creative Guild programs, as well as the independent initiatives of participants and partners. Through these interactions, we aim to accelerate a future that begins with “fun.” Beyond each gathering, we see opportunities for personal growth, new business ideas, and the creation of meaningful social value.
