AIと人のつながりで支える「地域なんでも経営相談室」

「地域なんでも経営相談室」は、Creative Guildと長野県経営者協会をはじめとする地域の経済団体等が連携して提供する、地域企業・中小企業・事業者・団体向けの地域共創型の経営相談・事業相談プログラムです。AI活用・業務改善、人的資本経営・人財育成、組織づくり、新規事業開発、地域連携、DX・デジタル化など、日々の経営や活動の中で生まれる“ちょっと困った”や“誰に相談したらいいかわからない”を、気軽に相談できる場として立ち上がりました。

経営課題や事業課題というと、どうしても「きちんと整理してから相談しなければならない」と思ってしまいがちです。しかし実際には、「なんとなくモヤモヤしている」「まだ言葉になっていない」「方向性が定まりきっていない」といった段階で立ち止まってしまうケースも少なくありません。だからこそ、この経営相談プログラムでは、“まず話してみる”ことを大切にしています。

相談テーマが明確でなくても大丈夫です。AIを経営や業務改善にどう活用すればよいのか、人的資本経営や人財育成をどう進めればよいのか、組織や事業をどう整理すればよいのか。あるいは、地域で新しい取り組みを始めたい、連携相手や専門家とつながりたい、といった相談でも構いません。

このプログラムの特徴は、AIと地域の人のネットワークを組み合わせていることです。相談内容は、必要に応じてAIを活用しながら整理・分析し、相談者の状況に合ったアクションプランやフィードバックを提供します。また、Creative Guildのコミュニティで開発しているコミュニティ連携支援ツール「TsunagaLink」を活用することで、相談内容やテーマに応じて、必要な人、地域の専門家、実践者、支援機関とのマッチングも進めていきます。

例えば、「AIを使って業務改善や生産性向上を進めたい」という相談に対しては、単にツールを紹介するだけではなく、その会社やチームの業務、体制、課題に合った進め方を一緒に整理し、必要に応じて実践者や支援者とつないでいきます。また、「組織づくりに悩んでいる」「人が育たない」「新規事業の方向性を壁打ちしたい」といったテーマに対しても、対話とAIを通じて課題を少しずつ可視化し、実行可能な次の一歩を一緒に考えていきます。

さらに、このプログラムでは、地域ごとに活動できるコーディネーターの存在も大切にしています。AIだけですべてを完結させるのではなく、その地域の実情や文化、産業、人との関係性を理解している人たちが間に入ることで、より現実的で実践しやすい経営支援を可能にしています。長野県経営者協会との連携も、そうした“地域で支え合う経営相談の仕組み”を育てていくためのチャレンジの一つです。

また、このプログラムは、“コンサルティングを売る”ことだけを目的としているわけではありません。むしろ、地域の中に気軽に相談できる関係性や、経営者・実践者が学び合えるネットワークを増やしていくことを重視しています。気軽な経営相談から始まり、必要に応じて学習プログラム、専門家支援、事業共創、コミュニティ活動などにもつながっていく。そんな“ゆるやかな伴走型”の地域経営支援モデルを目指しています。

AIが進化する時代だからこそ、本当に大切なのは、「一人で抱え込まなくていい」と感じられることなのかもしれません。

A Community-Based Business Support Program That Starts with “I’d Like Some Advice.”
Regional Business Consultation Desk — Powered by AI and Human Connections

The Regional Business Consultation Desk is a community-based management and business consultation program developed through collaboration between Creative Guild, the Nagano Employers’ Association, and other regional business and economic organizations. It supports local companies, small and medium-sized enterprises, entrepreneurs, and organizations facing everyday management or business challenges, including AI adoption and operational improvement, human capital management and talent development, organizational development, new business creation, regional collaboration, and digital transformation (DX).

When people think about management issues, they often feel they need to organize everything properly before asking for help. In reality, however, many challenges begin as something vague—an unclear feeling, an unspoken concern, or a direction that has not yet fully taken shape. That is why this business consultation program values one thing above all else: simply starting the conversation.

You do not need to have a perfectly defined consultation topic. Questions such as:
“How should we use AI in our business or operations?”
“How can we advance human capital management and talent development?”
“How should we organize our business, team, or management priorities?”
are all welcome.

You are also welcome to reach out if you want to launch a new initiative in your region, find a collaboration partner, or connect with the right local expert or practitioner.

One of the key features of this program is the combination of AI and regional human networks. Consultation topics are organized and analyzed with AI support when appropriate, enabling us to provide action plans and feedback tailored to each participant’s situation. We also use the community connection support tool TsunagaLink, developed within the Creative Guild community, to connect participants with relevant local experts, practitioners, coordinators, and support organizations.

For example, when someone says, “We want to use AI to improve operations and productivity,” the program does not simply introduce tools. Instead, we help organize a practical approach suited to that organization’s workflows, structure, and challenges, while connecting the team with experienced practitioners or supporters when needed.

Similarly, for themes such as:
“We’re struggling with organizational development.”
“Our people are not developing as expected.”
“We want to discuss and refine the direction of a new business.”

The program combines dialogue and AI to gradually clarify the situation, visualize the underlying challenges, and explore realistic next steps together.

Another important aspect of this initiative is the presence of regional coordinators who understand local culture, industries, relationships, and real-world conditions. Rather than relying entirely on AI, the program combines technology with trusted local human support, making the consultation process more practical and actionable. The collaboration with the Nagano Employers’ Association is part of a broader effort to build sustainable, community-based business support ecosystems.

This program is not simply about selling consulting services. More importantly, it aims to increase the number of trusted relationships and peer-learning networks available to business owners and practitioners within each region. A casual consultation may lead to learning opportunities, expert support, business co-creation, or community-based projects. In that sense, this initiative is designed as a gentle, relationship-based regional business support model that walks alongside participants over time.

In an age where AI continues to evolve, perhaps what matters most is the feeling that you do not have to carry everything alone.
