「地域なんでも経営相談室」は、Creative Guildと長野県経営者協会をはじめとする地域の経済団体等の連携によって提供する、地域共創型の経営・事業相談プログラムです。AI活用、人財育成、組織づくり、新規事業、地域連携、デジタル化など、日々の経営や活動の中で生まれる“ちょっと困った”や“誰に相談したらいいかわからない”を、気軽に相談できる場として立ち上がりました。

経営の課題というと、どうしても「ちゃんと整理してから相談しないといけない」と思ってしまいがちです。でも実際には、「なんとなくモヤモヤしている」「まだ言葉になっていない」「方向性が定まりきっていない」といった段階で立ち止まってしまうケースも少なくありません。だからこそ、このプログラムでは、“まず話してみる”ことを大切にしています。

テーマが明確でなくても大丈夫です。AIをどう使えばいいのか、人的資本経営をどう進めればいいのか、組織や事業をどう整理すればいいのか。あるいは、地域で何か新しいことを始めたい、誰かとつながりたい、という相談でも構いません。

このプログラムの特徴は、AIと地域の人のネットワークを組み合わせていることです。相談内容は、必要に応じてAIを活用しながら整理・分析を行い、その人に合ったアクションプランやフィードバックを提供していきます。また、Creative Guildのコミュニティで開発している「TsunagaLink」を裏側で活用することで、相談内容やテーマに応じて、必要な人や地域の専門家、実践者とのマッチングも進めていきます。

例えば、「AIを使った業務改善をしたい」という相談に対しては、単にツールを紹介するだけではなく、その会社やチームに合った進め方を一緒に整理し、必要に応じて実践者や支援者とつないでいきます。また、「組織づくりに悩んでいる」「人が育たない」「新規事業の方向性を壁打ちしたい」といったテーマに対しても、対話とAIを通じて、少しずつ課題を可視化しながら次の一歩を考えていきます。

さらに、このプログラムでは、地域ごとに動けるコーディネーターの存在も大切にしています。AIだけですべてを完結させるのではなく、その地域の実情や文化、人との関係性を理解している人たちが間に入ることで、より現実的で実践しやすいサポートを可能にしています。長野県経営者協会との連携も、そうした“地域で支え合う仕組み”を育てていくためのチャレンジの一つです。

また、このプログラムは、“コンサルティングを売る”ことだけを目的としているわけではありません。むしろ、地域の中に相談できる関係性や、学び合えるネットワークを増やしていくことを重視しています。気軽な相談から始まり、必要に応じて学習プログラムや専門家支援、コミュニティ活動などにもつながっていく。そんな“ゆるやかな伴走型”の支援モデルを目指しています。

AIが進化する時代だからこそ、本当に大切なのは、「一人で抱え込まなくていい」と感じられることなのかもしれません。
ちょっと相談したい。少し整理したい。誰かと話したい。

A Community-Based Business Support Program That Starts with “I Just Need Someone to Talk To.”
“General Business Support Program for Local” Powered by AI and Human Connections

The “General Business Support Program for Local” is a community-based management and business consultation initiative developed through collaboration between Creative Guild, the Nagano Employers’ Association, and other regional business organizations and economic communities. The program was created as a place where people can casually discuss the “small challenges” and “I’m not even sure who to ask” moments that naturally arise in everyday business and organizational activities — including AI utilization, human capital development, organizational design, new business creation, regional collaboration, and digital transformation.

When people think about management issues, they often feel they need to “organize everything properly before asking for help.” In reality, however, many challenges begin as something vague — an unclear feeling, an unspoken concern, or a direction that still hasn’t fully taken shape. That is why this program values one thing above all else: simply starting the conversation.

You do not need to have a perfectly defined topic. Questions such as:
“How should we use AI?”
“How can we approach human capital management?”
“How should we organize our business or team?”
are all welcome.

Even “I want to start something new in my region,” or “I’d like to connect with the right people,” are perfectly valid reasons to join the conversation.

One of the key features of this program is the combination of AI and regional human networks. Consultation topics are organized and analyzed with the support of AI when appropriate, allowing us to provide personalized action plans and feedback tailored to each participant’s situation. In addition, we utilize “TsunagaLink,” a community support platform developed within the Creative Guild network, behind the scenes. This allows us to connect participants with the right people, local experts, practitioners, or coordinators depending on the themes and needs involved.

For example, when someone says, “We want to improve operations using AI,” the program does not simply introduce tools. Instead, we help organize practical approaches suited to that specific organization or team, while connecting them with practitioners or supporters when needed.

Similarly, for themes such as:
“We’re struggling with organizational development.”
“People aren’t growing.”
“We want to brainstorm the direction of a new business.”

the program uses both dialogue and AI to gradually clarify the situation and explore realistic next steps together.

Another important aspect of this initiative is the presence of regional coordinators who understand local culture, relationships, and real-world conditions. Rather than relying entirely on AI, the program combines technology with trusted local human support, making the process far more practical and actionable. The collaboration with the Nagano Employers’ Association is itself part of a broader challenge: building sustainable support ecosystems rooted in local communities.

This program is not simply about “selling consulting services.” More importantly, it aims to increase the number of trusted relationships and learning networks within each region. Casual conversations can gradually lead to learning opportunities, expert support, collaborative activities, or community-based projects. In that sense, this initiative is designed as a gentle, relationship-based support model that walks alongside participants over time.

In an age where AI continues to evolve, perhaps what matters most is the feeling that you do not have to carry everything alone.
