持続可能な社会を長野から！
一般社団法人 長野県経営者協会とのパートナーシップで推進するSX

港区立産業振興センターのコミュニティ形成プログラムから派生し、“楽しい”から始まる未来づくりを目指すCreative Guild。今回、長野県を代表する経済団体である一般社団法人 長野県経営者協会とのパートナーシップを結ぶことになりました。長野地域を起点に、持続可能な社会を築くための経営＝SX（サスティナブル・トランスフォーメーション）の実現に貢献してまいります。

長野県経営者協会は1947年に「経営者よ、正しく強かれ」というスローガンのもと設立された長野県唯一の経団連構成団体です。産業振興・人財育成・労使安定を活動理念とし、設立以来80年近くにわたり県内企業を支援してきました。現在、長野県内600社以上の企業が加盟しています。

Creative Guildとはこれまで、長野県経営者協会が実施してきた2021年のDX実態調査や、2022年から行っている持続可能な経営の実態調査で連携。これらを踏まえたSX実践人財を育成するためのプログラムも協働で展開しています。また地域での共創活動のための施策でも連携しており、そこで培った知見はCreative Guildの取り組み全般の基盤となっています。

社会全体の不透明性が増す中で、地域社会単位での自律した経済循環はよりその重要性が高まっています。同時にその担い手となる人財の確保・育成、そして組織や分野、立場、年代を超えた相互信頼関係の構築は大きな課題となっています。また地域という基盤をもとに、他地域や世界につながる戦略性も求められています。つまり地域の深堀りと、世界への拡大の両輪が必要なのです。

長野県経営者協会とCreative Guildのパートナーシップはまさにこの両輪を見据えるものになります。長野県の地域で先進的な地方創生等の施策に挑戦し、その知見を他地域や世界に発信するとともに、新しい可能性を長野県の地域に持ち込むことで、相互に発展することが期待できます。

なによりも長野県は、日本アルプスに代表される希少な自然と、善光寺や松本城などの歴史・文化、そして新幹線や高速道路などの充実したインフラが揃う、世界的にも非常にレアな環境があります。そうとなれば、この環境を活かして、“楽しい”から始まる未来づくりをやるしかありません。

今後、共働でのイベントやプログラム提供などを継続して行っていきます。また長野県地域と他地域の方々の交流や事業マッチングの機会創出にもチャレンジして参ります。ぜひこの機会を、皆さんにとっても“楽しい”が始まるきっかけにしてください！そしてSXのうねりを“友達最強”に、“超地道”に、一緒に長野で、日本で、世界で築いていきましょう。

Driving Sustainable Transformation from Nagano!
Partnering with the Nagano Employers’ Association to Drive SX

Spun off from a community-building program at the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center, Creative Guild is on a mission to create a future that begins with “fun.” We are thrilled to announce a new partnership with the Nagano Employers’ Association (NEA), one of Nagano’s leading economic organizations. Together, we aim to advance SX (Sustainable Transformation), starting in the Nagano region and shaping a more sustainable society.

Founded in 1947 under the motto “Be upright and strong, entrepreneurs,” NEA is the only Keidanren (Japan Business Federation) affiliate in Nagano Prefecture. With a focus on promoting industry, developing human resources, and stabilizing labor-management relations, NEA has supported local businesses for nearly 80 years. Today, more than 600 companies in Nagano Prefecture are NEA members.

Creative Guild has worked with NEA on various initiatives, including a DX (Digital Transformation) survey in 2021 and an ongoing Sustainable Management survey since 2022. Building on these findings, we have jointly launched programs to cultivate talent capable of putting SX into practice. We also collaborate on community-based projects to foster co-creation, and the knowledge gained serves as a cornerstone for Creative Guild’s broader activities.

In an era of increasing global uncertainties, local economies are playing a larger role in sustaining economic health. At the same time, securing and developing the human resources to carry this forward—and fostering trust across organizations, industries, roles, and generations—are major challenges. Moreover, local initiatives must be linked strategically with other regions and the world at large. In other words, deepening roots in the community while expanding globally is essential.

The partnership between NEA and Creative Guild embodies this dual focus. Through pioneering local revitalization efforts in Nagano, we will share insights with other regions and the world while also introducing new possibilities back into the local community. Our goal is to create a dynamic cycle of mutual development.

Nagano boasts an exceptionally rare combination of natural wonders—such as the Japanese Alps—rich cultural heritage like Zenkoji Temple and Matsumoto Castle, and robust infrastructure including bullet trains and highways. With such a unique setting, there’s no better place to spark a future founded on the power of “fun.”

Moving forward, we will continue co-hosting events and offering programs with NEA. We’ll also explore new ways to promote exchange and business matching, inviting participants from Nagano, other regions, and abroad. We hope this initiative inspires you to find your own spark of excitement. Let’s join forces to build the wave of SX “with the strongest friendships” and “steadfast dedication,” right here in Nagano, throughout Japan, and across the globe.
