「クリエイティブ・パブリッシング」は、Creative Guildが提供する、一人ひとりの“楽しい”や専門知識、経験、事業への想いを自分の言葉で一冊の本にする出版支援プログラムです。「本を書いてみたいけれど、どこから始めたらよいかわからない」「自分の経験や方法論を体系化したい」――そんな個人、経営者、専門家、企業・団体の皆さまとともに、出版企画、構成、原稿作成、編集、装丁デザイン、電子書籍・ペーパーバックの出版までを、ワンストップで伴走します。

出版づくりは、参加者一人ひとりの「なぜ本を出したいのか」「何を伝えたいのか」「誰に届けたいのか」という想いを言葉にすることから始まります。個別メンタリングやグループワークショップを通じて、対話とAIを活用しながら、出版テーマ、読者像、目次、ストーリー、原稿を整理し、自分らしい言葉で紡いでいくプロセスを大切にしています。文章を書くことが初めての方でも心配はいりません。大切なのは、自分の経験や知識を誰かへ届けたいという想いと、“楽しい”と感じながら取り組むことです。

想いと構成が整理できたら、次はそれを読者へ届く一冊の本として形にする段階へ進みます。必要な調査、原稿整理、編集、校正、表紙・装丁デザインなど、専門的な工程はCreative Guildが幅広く支援します。完成した書籍は、Creative Guild Booksの出版レーベルから、Amazon KDP（Kindle ダイレクト・パブリッシング）を通じて、Kindle電子書籍およびペーパーバックとして出版できます。また、企業・団体のナレッジ発信や独自の出版活動を継続したい場合には、オリジナル出版レーベルの企画・立ち上げも支援します。

出版後は、トークイベント、読書会、展示、セミナー、WebサイトやSNSでの情報発信などを通じて、著者と読者、顧客、パートナーとの新しいつながりを広げることも可能です。書籍出版をゴールにするのではなく、著者ブランディング、事業や活動の認知向上、コミュニティ形成、新たな共創につながる“楽しい”から始まる未来づくりの起点として活用します。

これまでにも、ワークショップや対話の記録をまとめた書籍、調査・リサーチ成果のアーカイブ、経営や事業開発の方法論を整理した専門書、個人や組織の活動を伝える出版物など、幅広いテーマに活用されています。自らの経験、事業、専門知識、実践知を体系化したい方にとって、出版は有効な自己表現・情報発信・ナレッジ化の機会になります。さらに、完成した原稿を本人の許諾と利用目的に応じてAIへ組み込み、著者の考え方や知識を共有できる“AIパートナー”やナレッジベースとして活用する設計もご相談いただけます。

プログラムのご利用は、出版目的、書籍の内容、原稿の準備状況、制作範囲、納期等を確認したうえで、個別相談・お見積りによりご案内します。企画から出版までの基本的な支援は、概ね10万円〜150万円程度が目安ですが、原稿作成、調査、編集、デザイン、出版形式、広報支援などの内容によって費用と期間が変動します。まずは、まだ言葉になっていない段階からでもお気軽にご相談ください。

Creative Publishing: Book Writing and Publishing Support

Creative Publishing is a book writing and publishing support program offered by Creative Guild. It helps individuals, business leaders, professionals, companies, and organizations turn their knowledge, experience, methods, and personal sense of “fun” into books written in their own authentic voice. For those who have thought, “I want to write a book, but I do not know where to begin,” the program provides one-stop support from publishing concept, structure, and manuscript development to editing, book design, e-book production, paperback publication, and post-publication communication.

The journey begins by clarifying your personal “why,” “what,” and “for whom.” Through individual mentoring and group workshops, we use dialogue and AI-assisted reflection to identify the book’s purpose, intended readers, core message, chapter structure, story, and manuscript direction. Even if you have never written a book before, there is no need to worry. What matters most is the desire to share your experience or knowledge—and to keep the creative process enjoyable.

Once the concept and structure are clear, we begin shaping the material into a book that can reach its intended readers. Creative Guild can support research, manuscript organization, editing, proofreading, cover design, and book layout. The finished work may be published under the Creative Guild Books label through Amazon KDP (Kindle Direct Publishing) as both a Kindle e-book and a paperback. For companies or organizations seeking an ongoing publishing platform, we can also support the planning and launch of an original publishing label.

Publication does not have to be the endpoint. After release, the book can become the starting point for author branding, business communication, community development, and new collaboration. We can also help create dialogue events, reading sessions, exhibitions, seminars, website content, and social media communication that connect authors with readers, customers, partners, and collaborators. Publishing is positioned as a new beginning for creating a future driven by knowledge, connection, and fun.

The program can be used for a wide range of projects, including workshop records, research archives, professional books, business methodologies, organizational stories, and publications that communicate an individual’s or organization’s work. For entrepreneurs and professionals, it offers an opportunity to systematize, preserve, and communicate practical knowledge. With the author’s permission and an appropriate usage design, a completed manuscript may also be integrated into an AI environment as an AI discussion partner or knowledge base that reflects the author’s thinking, experience, and values.

Program participation is available following an individual consultation and quotation. As a general guideline, support from planning through publication ranges from approximately JPY 100,000 to JPY 1,500,000. The actual cost and schedule vary depending on manuscript readiness, research requirements, editing, design, publication format, promotional support, and delivery schedule.
