日々の忙しさの中で、少しだけ立ち止まり、食と酒をきっかけに、人と人が自然につながるための体験型コミュニティ・プログラム「たまにはココロにエイヨウを。」――たまココ。
第2回は、大分県日田市の酒蔵・クンチョウ酒造さんをフィーチャー。江戸・明治・大正の三時代に建てられた蔵を活用し、水郷日田の良質な地下水とお米でつくられるお酒をご提供いただきます。そしてなんと当日は、クンチョウ酒造の冨安大二郎さんも会場に！さらに今回は、大分の食材などもお取り寄せ。みんなで食べて、飲んで、話して、ちょっと元気になる。そんな、ココロにエイヨウをあげる“余白”あるゆるい時間を、一緒に楽しみましょう。
会場は、たまココのホーム、白金高輪・三田エリアの「栄養モンスター.」。手づくりのあたたかい食を大切にしているこの場所で、大分の酒と食、そしてそこから広がる地域の話を、ゆるやかに楽しむ時間にしていきます。
ちなみに当日は、お酒の解説や飲み方のちょっとしたレクチャーもやるかもしれません。集まった方たち同士で、「こんな人につながりたい！」ということを声に出してもらう時間などもあるかもしれません。ほかにも思いつきで何かやっちゃうかもしれません。当日の場の流れ次第で、いろいろあります。もちろん、それにのっても、のらなくてもOKです。いずれにしても形は決めないでゆるく、楽しく、元気になれる場をご一緒しましょう。
そして「おいしいね」から始まる会話の中に、地域との新しい関わり方や、これからのビジネス、暮らし、旅、コミュニティのヒントを見つけてもらえたら嬉しいです。もちろん純粋に楽しんでいただけるだけでも！
というわけで、みんなと一緒に前向きに楽しむ気持ちがあって、節度を持ってお酒の場を楽しめる方なら大歓迎です。

TAMACOCO Vol. 2!
A Heart-Nourishing Evening with Sake, Food,
and “White Space” from Oita and Kuncho Shuzo

In the middle of our busy everyday lives, we sometimes need a moment to pause.
“TAMACOCO,” short for Tamani wa Kokoro ni Eiyō wo — “Take a moment to nourish your mind” — is an experiential community program where people naturally connect through food, sake, and relaxed conversation.
For our second gathering, we will feature Kuncho Shuzo, a sake brewery based in Hita City, Oita Prefecture. Kuncho Shuzo makes sake using high-quality underground water from Hita, known as a water-rich town, along with carefully selected rice, while making use of brewery buildings constructed across the Edo, Meiji, and Taisho eras.
And on the day of the event, Daijiro Tomiyasu from Kuncho Shuzo will also join us at the venue!
We will also bring in ingredients and food connected to Oita. Together, we will eat, drink, talk, and feel a little more energized. Let’s enjoy a relaxed evening with plenty of “white space” — a moment to nourish the mind and heart.
The venue is Eiyou Monster., the home of TAMACOCO, located in the Shirokane-Takanawa / Mita area. In this warm and welcoming place that values handmade, heartfelt food, we will enjoy sake and food from Oita while gently opening up conversations about the region and the possibilities that may grow from it.
On the day, there may be a short introduction to the sake and perhaps a casual mini-lesson on how to enjoy it. We may also have a moment where participants can share things like, “I’d love to connect with someone like this!” And who knows — we may try something else on the spot, depending on the flow of the evening.
Nothing will be too fixed. You are welcome to join in, or simply relax and enjoy. Either way, we hope to create a loose, fun, and energizing space together.
Through conversations that begin with a simple “This is delicious,” we hope you may discover small hints for new ways to connect with local regions, business, everyday life, travel, and community. And of course, simply enjoying the evening is more than enough!
So, anyone who is ready to enjoy the evening positively with others, while drinking responsibly and respectfully, is very welcome.
