Creative Guildの仲間たちが生み出した商品やサービスと、その背景にある想いを届けていくギルド・マーケット。今回は、Creative Guildが協力する港区立産業振興センター主催・実践型リーダー育成講座の修了生 佐藤 和行さん（Guild名鑑 No.201）が手がける、白金高輪の定食・惣菜・お弁当のお店「栄養モンスター」をご紹介します。

「栄養モンスター」は、白金高輪駅から徒歩数分、港区三田にある小さなごはんの拠点です。掲げているのは、「小さな幸せを一膳に」「白金高輪のあったか定食」。自家製の塩麹、醤油麹、コンソメ麹などの発酵調味料を使い、国産食材や特Aランク米にこだわりながら、手づくりの定食やお惣菜、お弁当を届けています。

メニューには、大山どりの米粉唐揚げ定食、トロトロ牛すじ煮込み定食、日替わり小鉢、鶏出汁スープなど、どこかほっとする料理が並びます。外食でありながら、ちゃんと家のごはんのようにあたたかい。忙しい仕事の合間にも、帰り道にも、「今日は身体を労わりたい」と思った日に寄りたくなるお店です。

このお店の背景には、佐藤さんが大切にしてきた“人を支える”という想いがあります。これまでITやWeb、学び直し、地域活動など、多様な領域で人の挑戦を支えてきた佐藤さん。栄養モンスターでは、その支える力が「食」という形になっています。難しいことを言わなくても、まずはあたたかいごはんを食べる。そこから人が少し元気になり、もう一度前を向ける。そんな日常の回復を支える場所なのかもしれません。

本来、食べることは、ただ空腹を満たすためだけのものではありません。からだを整え、気持ちを落ち着け、明日へ向かう力を取り戻す時間でもあります。でも現実には、忙しさの中で食事は後回しになり、栄養や安心感よりも、手軽さだけで選んでしまうことも少なくありません。

だからこそ、栄養モンスターが届けている価値は、単なる定食やお弁当ではありません。発酵調味料のやさしさ、手づくりの温度、栄養のバランス、そして「ちゃんと食べてほしい」という想い。それらが一膳のごはんに込められています。

Nourishing the Body Through Everyday Meals
Eiyou Monster’s Warm Set Meals in Shirokane-Takanawa

The busier the day, the more a proper meal can support us.

Guild Market is a Creative Guild initiative that introduces products and services created by members of our community, along with the stories and passions behind them. This time, we’d like to introduce Eiyou Monster, a small set-meal, deli, and bento shop in Shirokane-Takanawa created by Kazuyuki Sato (Guild Directory No.201), a graduate of the Practical Leadership Development Program hosted by the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center, with support from Creative Guild.

Eiyou Monster is a small food spot located in Mita, Minato City, just a few minutes’ walk from Shirokane-Takanawa Station. Its concept is simple and warm: “a small happiness in every bowl” and “heartwarming set meals from Shirokane-Takanawa.” Using homemade fermented seasonings such as shio koji, soy sauce koji, and consommé koji, the shop serves handmade set meals, side dishes, and bentos made with carefully selected domestic ingredients and Special A-rank rice.

The menu includes comforting dishes such as rice-flour fried Oyamadori chicken set meals, tender beef tendon stew, daily side dishes, and chicken broth soup. Although it is a place to eat out, the food feels warm and familiar — almost like a carefully prepared meal at home. It is the kind of place you want to stop by during a busy workday, on your way home, or on a day when you simply want to take better care of your body.

Behind this shop is Sato-san’s long-held desire to support people. Through IT, web-related work, reskilling, and community activities, he has supported people’s learning and challenges across many fields. At Eiyou Monster, that same spirit of support has taken the form of food.

Sometimes, before we talk about anything complicated, what people need most is simply a warm meal. From there, they regain a little energy, feel a little more grounded, and begin to face forward again. In that sense, Eiyou Monster may be a place that gently supports everyday recovery.

Eating is not only about satisfying hunger. It is also a time to care for the body, calm the mind, and regain the strength to move into tomorrow. Yet in reality, when life gets busy, meals are often pushed aside. We may end up choosing convenience over nutrition, comfort, or peace of mind.

That is why the value Eiyou Monster offers goes beyond set meals and bentos. The gentle power of fermented seasonings, the warmth of handmade cooking, balanced nutrition, and the simple wish that people “eat properly and take care of themselves” are all carried in each meal.
