FCフェニックスと築く“心”もボーダレスにつながる未来

港区立産業振興センターのコミュニティ形成プログラムから派生した、“楽しい”から始まる未来づくりを目指すCreative Guild。このたび、同じく港区立産業振興センターを拠点に活動する社会人サッカークラブ「FCフェニックス」とパートナーシップを結ぶことになりました。Jリーグ入りを目指す同チームのコンセプト“平和サッカー”の理念を礎に、だれもが“楽しい”を実感できる心もボーダレスにつながる未来づくりに向け、共創を進めてまいります。

FCフェニックスは港区からのＪリーグ入りを目指して2018年に設立されました。その最大の特徴は“平和サッカー”という理念。勝利至上主義ではなく、対戦相手やスタッフ、地域コミュニティへの感謝とリスペクトを大切にしながら、人間性の育成や社会貢献に力を注いでいます。また平和へのメッセージを、スポーツを通じて発信しながら異なる世代や分野、地域を巻き込んだ活動も展開。子どもたちのための学びの場創りや、“ひと”をつなぐ場にもなっているサンドイッチショップ MOCMO sandwiches も展開しています。

Creative GuildとFCフェニックスの関係性を築いてくれたのは、もちろん港区立産業振興センターの存在。その中で単純な目の前の競争ではなく、互いの理解と尊重の上に新しい価値を築いていくことの重要性に共感し合い、コミュニティ活動の協働を重ねています。とくにサッカーを始めとするスポーツは、肩書や経歴になく、一緒に楽しむことか重要になります。つまりFCフェニックスとの連携は、Creative Guildの”楽しい“から始まる未来づくりのコンセプトを象徴なのです。

近年、不安定な社会情勢に加え、環境問題も重なり、先行きの不透明感は高まっています。だからこそ改めて“平和”というものが何かを考え、私たち一人一人にできることを小さくてもいいから始めること、動かし続けることが重要です。“平和”は当たり前ではなく、そうした小さな積み重ねが創り上げる、成熟した社会の信頼関係・協調関係の上に成り立つものなのです。

幸いなことにスポーツ、とくにサッカーは2025年時点で、世界の競技人口は2億5000万人、楽しんでいるファンも40億人と推計されています。こうした垣根のないつながりは“平和”について考え、一人ひとりが動き出す土台になり得ます。そのときに重要なのは、具体的な社会の仕組みにまで昇華していくこと。FCフェニックスとCreative Guildはそんな未来を築いていくための象徴的な関係性となり得ます。ぜひFCフェニックスを応援して、みんなで“楽しい”から始まる未来づくりを進めていきましょう！

Co-Creating a Borderless Connection of Hearts with FC Phoenix

Spun off from a community-building program at the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center, Creative Guild has been striving to create a future where Everything begins with “fun.” We’re pleased to announce a new partnership with FC Phoenix a Tokyo-based amateur soccer club also based at the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center and aiming for entry into the J.League. Grounded in the team’s “Peace Soccer” philosophy, our collaboration will foster a future where anyone can experience “fun” and build heartfelt, borderless connections.

Founded in 2018 with the goal of joining the J.League from Minato Ward, FC Phoenix stands out for its “Peace Soccer” concept. Rather than focusing solely on winning, the club emphasizes gratitude and respect for opponents, staff, and the local community, placing a strong emphasis on personal growth and social contribution. At the same time, they use sports as a medium to spread their message of peace, engaging different generations, industries, and regions. They also run MOCMO sandwiches, a sandwich shop that serves as a community hub and educational space for children.

It was the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center that brought Creative Guild and FC Phoenix together. We discovered that, beyond simple competition, it’s crucial to build new value rooted in mutual understanding and respect—leading us to collaborate on various community initiatives. In particular, sports like soccer transcend résumés or titles; it’s the act of playing and enjoying together that truly matters. In this sense, partnering with FC Phoenix symbolizes Creative Guild’s belief in creating a future where Everything begins with “fun.”

In recent years, global instability and environmental challenges have intensified uncertainty. That’s precisely why it’s so essential to rethink what “peace” means and begin taking whatever small steps we can—then keep the momentum going. Peace isn’t guaranteed; it’s something achieved through countless small acts that gradually build trust and cooperation in a mature society.

Fortunately, soccer has an estimated 250 million players worldwide and around 4 billion fans as of 2025, making it a universally accessible platform. Such a broad, barrier-free community can serve as a foundation for people to reconsider “peace” and spur each individual to take action. The crucial next step is integrating these ideas into tangible social frameworks. FC Phoenix and Creative Guild stand as symbolic partners in forging that future.
