これからの“未来”に必要な学びのかたちを創ろう。
高校生みらいラボとのパートナーシップで探究する“探究”の価値

港区立産業振興センターのコミュニティ形成プログラムから派生し、“楽しい”から始まる未来づくりを推進してきたCreative Guild。このたび、高校生を中心とした20歳以下の若者に自己探求とキャリア支援の機会を提供する一般社団法人 高校生みらいラボとパートナーシップを結ぶことになりました。未来の主役である高校生が、自らの探究を通じて社会とつながり、自分らしい未来を描く力を育む新しい”学び”の場を共に創っていきます。

高校生みらいラボは、2020年のコロナ禍に誕生した、神奈川県箱根を拠点とする教育NPOです。代表の喜多恒介氏を中心に、「高校生一人ひとりの意志とつながりから、新しい未来をつくる」ことを理念に掲げています。進路相談や自己探求のオンラインプログラム、探究合宿、奨学金制度などを通じて、高校生が自分の本当の想いに気づき、社会とつながる機会を提供しています。機会や情報が手を伸ばせば届く時代だからこそ、「自分はどうなりたいのか」「社会をどうしていきたいのか」を深く問い、行動へつなげる力を育むことが目的です。高校生みらいラボは、未来の主役たちが一歩ずつ自分の道を歩み出すための伴走者であり、学びと実践の新しいかたちを提示しています。

Creative Guildは、2025年6月に開催したヨリミチ部（テーマ：「ちゃんと学んでる？ 学校では学べないリーダーの“学び方”」）をきっかけに高校生みらいラボとつながりました。中高生向けプログラム「三田企画部」を展開していたこともあり、同年8月の「探究リトリート2025 in 箱根」にギルドマスター渋谷が参加。探究の本質に触れる体験をもとに、書籍『探究を探究する－AI時代を切り拓く人間的な“問い”の力－』をまとめました。その収益や内容は、高校生みらいラボの探究リトリートなどの支援に活かされる予定です。

VUCAという言葉に象徴されるように、現代社会は急速な変化のただ中にあります。少子化による社会構造の変化と、AIをはじめとする技術革新への適応は、いまや避けて通れない課題です。では、教育や学習といった“学び”のあり方は、果たして過去の延長線上のままでよいのでしょうか。これからの社会を創るためには、未来を担う世代にふさわしい“学び”を再設計することが不可欠です。

高校生みらいラボとのパートナーシップは、Creative Guildがその新しい“学び”の創出に取り組む意思の表れです。高校生の今だけでなく、その後の人生に続く“学び”を共にし、世代・領域・地域を超えてつながりを築き、“学び”を実践へと昇華していく。そのプロセスを通じて、“楽しい”から始まる未来づくりは、さらに“楽しい”ものへと進化していくでしょう。高校生みらいラボとCreative Guild、そしてそこに関わる多様な人々が共に描く新しい“学び”のかたちに、ぜひご期待ください。

Let’s Redesign the Learning We Need for the Future
Inquiring the Value of “Inquiry” Through Our Partnership with High School Mirai Lab

Spun off from the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center’s community-building program, Creative Guild has long been promoting “a future that begins with fun.” We are now pleased to announce our partnership with High School Mirai Lab, a nonprofit organization that provides opportunities for self-exploration and career development to young people under 20, centered on high school students. Together, we aim to create new spaces of learning where the next generation—the true protagonists of the future—can discover their own paths, connect with society, and develop the ability to shape their futures.

High School Mirai Lab was founded during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 and is based in Hakone, Kanagawa Prefecture. Led by Kosuke Kita, the organization operates with the philosophy of “building a new future through the will and connections of each high school student.” Through online counseling and self-discovery programs, inquiry retreats, and scholarship initiatives, it helps students recognize their true aspirations and engage with the world. In an age where information and opportunities are always within reach, Mirai Lab encourages young people to ask deeper questions—“Who do I want to become?” “What kind of society do I want to create?”—and to act on their answers. It serves as both a guide and a companion for young people taking their first steps toward self-driven learning and purposeful action.

Creative Guild first connected with High School Mirai Lab through the YORIMICHI Club in June 2025, themed “”Do You Know How to Learn? Rethinking Learning Beyond School” Having already launched our own program for junior-high and high-school students, The Mita Project Department, Guild Master Shibuya joined the Inquiry Retreat 2025 in Hakone that August. The experience inspired him to author the book “Inquiring Inquiry—The Human Power of Questions in the Age of AI”(Only Japanese). The content and proceeds of the book will be used to support Mirai Lab’s future inquiry retreats and related initiatives.

As the term VUCA symbolizes, today’s world is undergoing unprecedented and rapid change. The demographic shifts brought by declining birthrates, coupled with the acceleration of technological innovation such as AI, have adapted an unavoidable challenge. In such times, can education and learning remain on the same trajectory as before? To build the society of tomorrow, we must redesign learning that truly suits the generations who will shape the future.

This partnership with High School Mirai Lab reflects Creative Guild’s commitment to creating new forms of learning. It is not only about supporting students in the present but also about accompanying them through a lifetime of learning—connecting people across generations, disciplines, and regions, and transforming “learning” into “practice.” Through that process, our vision of a fun-driven future will evolve into something even more exciting. We invite you to look forward to the new form of learning that will emerge from the collaboration between High School Mirai Lab, Creative Guild, and the many diverse people connected through this partnership.
