“想い”は、戦略になる。
AIと対話で、その場から動き出す戦略・企画づくり実践レポート

「やりたいことはある。でも、どう形にすればいいのか分からない。」そんな感覚を抱えたまま、日々の業務や選択に追われている人は少なくありません。今回、港区立産業振興センターで2025年12月10日に介されたミニセミナー「自分の”想い”を戦略・企画にしよう ～AI活用でその場で創る戦略・企画策定ワークショップ～」では、講師にフィールド・フロー株式会社 代表取締役でCreative Guildのギルドマスターでもある渋谷が登壇。自分自身の“想い”を出発点に、それをビジネスの戦略・企画という実行可能な形へと落とし込むことを目的に、実践的なワークが行われました。

今回の場は、起業準備中の方や新しい事業・プロジェクトを構想している方を主な対象に開催。その最大の特徴は、完成された答えを学ぶ場ではなく、対話とAIを思考の補助輪として活用しながら、その場で考え、整理し、戦略・企画のたたき台をつくり上げていく点にあります。参加者は、自らの言葉で思考を深め、AIとの対話を通じて構造化し、「動き出すための一歩」を具体化する体験を共有しました。

当日は会場いっぱいの参加者にオンラインも加えた50名以上が参加。サブタイトルに“ワークショップ”とあるように、一方的な講義ではなく参加者同士の対話や意見の入力なども行いながら進行されました。さらにAIを用いてその場で意見を分析・整理。セミナー終了後には一人ひとりの課題整理とアクションプランの案を個別にAIで即時作成して、参加者にフィードバックされました。60分のセッションと、その後の交流や質疑応答の時間も含め、終了時刻まで活発なやり取りとなりました。

参加者からは、「実践的で分かりやすい」「短時間でも多くの気づきがあった」「自分次第だと腹落ちした」といった前向きな声が多く寄せられました。特に、プロンプトの共有やAIを使った思考整理をその場で体験できたことで、「AIの敷居が下がった」「取り組みのハードルが下がった」という評価が目立ちます。また、ラフで参加しやすい雰囲気や、難しい内容を噛み砕いて伝える進行も好評でした。全体として、次のステップにつながる継続的な学びを期待する声が多く、参加者の学習意欲の高さがうかがえる場となりました。
本セミナーは単発の取り組みではなく、2026年に向けて継続的に開催されていく予定です。自分自身の“想い”を起点に、事業やチーム、働き方を少しずつ具体化していくための連続的な学びと実践の場として、今後もテーマを変えながら展開されます。いずれも、講義を聞くだけではなく、対話やAI活用を通じて「自分ごと」として考え、次の一歩を描くワークショップ形式で実施されます。

“Intent” Becomes Strategy.
A Hands-On Report on Designing Strategies and Business Plans That Get Moving on the Spot Through Dialogue with AI

“Many people have something they want to do, yet are unsure how to turn it into something concrete.” There are not a few people who carry this feeling while being caught up in their daily work and constant decision-making. On December 10, 2025, a mini-seminar titled “Turning Your ‘Intent’ into Strategy and Planning: A Workshop for Creating Strategies and Business Plans on the Spot with AI” was held at the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center(https://minato-sansin.com/). The seminar featured Takeshi Shibuya, CEO of Field Flow Inc. and also the Guild Master of Creative Guild, as the lecturer. Starting from each participant’s own personal “intent,” the session was designed as a hands-on workshop aimed at translating that intent into practical and executable business strategies and plans.

This session was primarily held for people preparing to start a business or those envisioning new business initiatives or projects. Its greatest distinguishing feature was that it was not a place to learn completed answers, but rather a space where participants could think, organize, and build draft strategies and plans in real time, using dialogue and AI as supportive tools for thinking. Participants deepened their thinking in their own words, structured their ideas through dialogue with AI, and shared the experience of clarifying a concrete first step toward taking action.

On the day of the seminar, more than 50 participants joined, combining a fully packed in-person venue with online attendees. As indicated by the subtitle “workshop,” the session did not take the form of a one-way lecture, but progressed through participant dialogue and the active input of ideas. AI was further used on the spot to analyze and organize participants’ inputs. After the seminar, individual issue summaries and draft action plans were immediately generated by AI for each participant and provided as feedback. Including the 60-minute core session as well as the subsequent networking and Q&A time, lively exchanges continued until the scheduled end.

Many positive comments were received from participants, such as “practical and easy to understand,” “I gained many insights even in a short time,” and “it really sank in that it’s up to me.” In particular, experiencing the sharing of prompts and AI-assisted thinking on the spot led many to comment that “the psychological barrier to AI felt lower” and “the hurdle to taking action was reduced.” The relaxed and approachable atmosphere, as well as the facilitation that explained difficult concepts in accessible terms, was also well received. Overall, many participants expressed expectations for continued learning that would lead to the next step, making this a session that clearly reflected a high level of learning motivation.

This seminar is not a one-off initiative, but is scheduled to continue on an ongoing basis toward 2026. Starting from each participant’s own “intent,” it will continue to develop under changing themes as a continuous space for learning and practice, supporting the gradual concretization of businesses, teams, and ways of working. Each session will be conducted in a workshop format that emphasizes not merely listening to lectures, but thinking in a “self-owned” way through dialogue and the use of AI, and drawing the next actionable step.

In addition to these seminars, the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center also regularly offers individual mentoring sessions conducted by Takeshi Shibuya(https://coubic.com/campus/4124785). These sessions allow for consultations tailored to each individual’s situation, including organizing business ideas, pressure-testing plans and strategies, and clarifying next actions. Participants are encouraged to make use of these opportunities as a place to connect insights gained from the seminars to real-world practice.
