港区を起点にいろんなところで働く・暮らす、楽しい時間を創りたい人たちによるコミュニティCreative Guild。このギルド名鑑ではそんなCreative Guildでつながったユニークな方々をご紹介しています。今回ご紹介するのは、Creative Guildのパートナーである一般社団法人 まちはチームだ の仲間であり、Discovery CoworkingでWebマーケッターとして活躍する橋口史菜さん。チームの内外に流れる情報と、そこから生まれる共感を、Webという技術を通じて丁寧に整えていっています。

神奈川県出身の橋口さんは、両親の転勤をきっかけに福岡県へ。西南女学院大学英語学科を卒業後、「自立して働き続けられる力＝手に職をつけたい」という想いからWeb分野に可能性を見出し、IT企業へ就職しました。その後、友人の誘いを受けて、Discovery Coworkingのスタッフとして2023年に参画。現在はWebマーケターとして日々自らの知識・スキルを磨きながら、レンタルオフィス事業を中心にSEOや広告運用、コンテンツ設計を担当しています。

そんな橋口史菜さんが大切にしている価値観を一言で表すなら、「丁寧であること」です。情報を扱う仕事だからこそ、感覚や勢いだけに頼らず、データに落とし込み、仮説を立て、検証しながら一つひとつ積み上げていく。その背景には、自分を大切にしながら周囲も尊重し、“楽しい”と思える心地よい時間を続けていきたいという想いがあります。それは結果として、みんなが“安心”して関われる土台を築く、静かでありながら力強い橋口さんの在り方へとつながっています。

Creative Guild is a community that brings together people who want to create joyful ways of living and working, starting from Minato City and expanding outward. Through the Guild Directory, we introduce unique individuals connected through this community. Today, we feature Fumina Hashiguchi, a partner of Creative Guild, a member of the nonprofit organization Machi wa Team da, and a Web Marketer at Discovery Coworking. Through web technology, she carefully organizes the flow of information within and beyond her team—creating space where empathy can emerge and connections can deepen.

Originally from Kanagawa Prefecture, Fumina moved to Fukuoka due to her parents’ job transfer. After graduating from Seinan Jo Gakuin University with a degree in English, she sought a path that would allow her to work independently and sustainably—something she could truly build as her own skill set. She discovered that possibility in the web field and began her career at an IT company. In 2023, through an introduction from a friend, she joined Discovery Coworking. Today, as a Web Marketer, she works primarily on the rental office business, handling SEO, advertising operations, and content strategy. At the same time, she continues to refine her expertise, steadily building her knowledge and skills day by day.

If we were to capture Fumina’s core value in one word, it would be “thoughtfulness.” Because she works with information, she refuses to rely solely on intuition or momentum. Instead, she translates ideas into data, forms hypotheses, tests them, and builds carefully—step by step. Behind this approach is a deeper intention: to care for herself while also respecting those around her, and to sustain a way of working that feels genuinely enjoyable. That mindset ultimately becomes the foundation that allows others to feel safe engaging with her work. Quiet yet strong, her presence builds stability without demanding attention.

In an era where digitalization enables anyone to broadcast information, a new anxiety has emerged: Is it really being understood? Too often, strategies remain vague and projects are pushed forward by sheer willpower. Teams are overwhelmed by fragmented information, struggling to align. What we truly need today is not flashy tactics, but the ability to thoughtfully organize the flow of information and cultivate shared understanding. Only when that foundation of trust and clarity exists can individuals and organizations perform at their full potential.
