「資金があれば動けるのに」「まずは融資や助成金を取らなければ」——そんな思いに縛られ、事業の一歩が止まってはいないでしょうか。2026年2月19日、港区立産業振興センターで開催したミニセミナー「“お金”に囚われない事業の回し方」では、“お金”を目的ではなく「価値を動かすための道具」と捉え直し、ひと・ちえ・関係性というリソースから事業を回す視点を共有しました。そこから見えてきたのは、ビジネスの本質はやはり“ひと”にある、という確かな実感です。

今回のミニセミナーは、港区立産業振興センターのメンタープログラムと連動して開催されました。同センターのメンターも務めるCreative Guild ギルドマスター・渋谷が講師を担当。リアル会場とオンラインのハイブリッド形式で40名以上が参加しました。AIも活用しながら、参加者それぞれの“お金”に囚われないビジネスへの向き合い方を掘り下げていきました。

セッションで共有された最大の気づきは、「ビジネスは、結局“ひと”」であるということです。“ひと”がものごとを動かすからこそ、ビジネスは成立します。そしてお金は、その動きを後押しするための道具に過ぎません。だからこそ重要なのは、“ひと”と“ひと”とのつながり、つまり信頼関係です。そこから生まれた知恵が、具体的な価値を形にしていきます。もちろんお金は必要です。しかしそれは本質ではなく、あくまでテクニックとして扱うべきものなのです。

経営者や起業家、フリーランスの方々を中心とした参加者は、それぞれの実践現場をイメージしながら、セッション中の問いに真剣に向き合っていました。そもそものお金の意味を問い直し、ビジネスの根源である“ひと”との関わり方を見つめ直し、さらに具体的なアクションへと落とし込んでいきます。終了後に届けられたAIによる個別フィードバックについても、「非常に実践的だった」という声が多数寄せられました。

今回のセミナーは、資金調達以前に、ビジネスにおける“お金”の意味を捉え直す時間となりました。ビジネスを動かすために必要なのは、まずお金を集めることではなく、人とつながること、つながれる自分であること、そして知恵を紡ぐこと。その積み重ねの中で生まれた価値の一部が、お金という形で現れ、社会を循環していきます。だからこそあらためて、“ひと”を大切にしながら、ビジネスを、そして日々の生活を、楽しく築いていきたいものですね。

On February 19, 2026, a mini-seminar titled “How to Run a Business Without Being Trapped by Money” was held at the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center in Tokyo. During the session, we reframed money not as the goal, but as a tool for moving value. Instead of starting with capital, we explored how businesses can be driven by people, wisdom, and relationships. What became clear through the dialogue was a simple yet powerful realization: in the end, business is about people.

This seminar was organized in collaboration with the Center’s mentor program. The session was led by Takeshi Shibuya, Guild Master of Creative Guild and a mentor at the Center. More than 40 participants joined in a hybrid format, both in person and online. By incorporating AI into the process, participants were able to reflect more deeply on their own approach to business—beyond being constrained by financial concerns.

The central insight shared during the session was this: business ultimately comes down to people. It is people who set things in motion; that is why business exists in the first place. Money merely supports that movement. What truly matters is the connection between people — in other words, trust. From trust, wisdom emerges. And from that wisdom, tangible value is created. Of course, money is necessary. But it is not the essence. It is a technique — a tool to be used strategically, not something to be chased as an end in itself.

Participants — primarily entrepreneurs, business leaders, and freelancers — engaged with the questions in the session while visualizing their own real-world challenges. They revisited the meaning of money, reconsidered how they relate to people — the true foundation of business — and translated those reflections into concrete next steps. Many commented that the personalized AI-generated feedback they received afterward was highly practical and immediately applicable.

This seminar became an opportunity to rethink the meaning of money in business — before jumping to fundraising strategies. To move a business forward, what is needed first is not capital, but connection: the ability to build relationships, to be someone others want to connect with, and to weave wisdom through dialogue and action. A portion of the value created through that process eventually takes the form of money and circulates through society. And that is why, once again, we are reminded to cherish people — and to build our businesses, and our everyday lives, with a sense of joy.
