Creative Guildの仲間たちがお届けする「おもビズ！（おもしろビジネス仕掛け人）」では、さまざまな分野で活躍する“面白い人”をゲストに迎え、その人ならではの視点や思考から、これからの社会やビジネスのヒントを探っていきます。

パーソナリティを務めるのは、人やビジネスの“面白さ”を独自の角度から引き出す幹てつやさん。そして、AIやデジタルを身近な学びとして届ける“AIパパ”ことザックさん（佐藤雄大さん）です。二人の軽快な掛け合いとAIによる分析を交えながら、ゲストの人生、事業、失敗、哲学、未来への挑戦を楽しく深掘りしていきます。

2026年7月14日、「おもビズ！公開収録：港区発！『平和サッカー』でJリーグへ。」を開催しました。今回のゲストは、港区からJリーグ入りを目指す社会人サッカークラブFC PHOENIXのオーナーであり、株式会社PHOENIX JAPAN代表取締役の田中怜也さんです。

田中さんが掲げるのは、対戦相手、審判、仲間をリスペクトしながら、本気で勝利を目指す「平和サッカー」。単に仲良く、優しくプレーするという意味ではありません。勝つことと、相手を尊重することは、本当に両立できるのか。今回の公開収録では、サッカーから社会の「勝ち方」まで考える、熱くて“おもろい”対話が繰り広げられました。

収録では、小学1年生からサッカーを始めた田中さんが、身体能力だけでは上に行けないと感じた経験から、相手や状況を読み、勝つ方法を考える「頭を使うサッカー」に面白さを見いだした歩みを紹介。その一方で、勝つために相手を欺いたり、仲間を蹴落としたりする競争への違和感が、どのように平和サッカーの理念へつながっていったのかも伺いました。

さらに、理念に共感する選手の集め方、選手同士の長時間の対話から生まれた行動原則、仕事と競技を両立する選手の環境づくりなど、チーム文化を育てるための具体的な実践も話題になりました。選手の働く場所をつくるために取り組んできた事業、スポンサー集め、運営資金、外部の指導者との価値観の違いなど、理想だけでは進められないサッカークラブ経営のリアルについても、率直に語っていただきました。

AIによる人物分析や戦略コメントでは、FC PHOENIXが育んできた人材や組織文化を、企業研修、倫理的リーダーシップ、チームビルディング、組織開発へ広げる可能性にも注目。選手が競技者にとどまらず、教育者、ファシリテーター、広報者として活躍することで、選手のキャリア形成と、スポンサーだけに依存しない新しい収益モデルを同時につくれるのではないか。そんなFC PHOENIXの次の成長シナリオについても、会場を交えて考えました。

田中さんが語った未来は、トップチームの昇格だけではありません。小学生、中学生、高校生、トップチーム、さらにシニア世代まで、平和サッカーを軸につながる生涯型のクラブをつくること。小・中・高で育った選手がトップチームへ進み、競技を終えた後も指導者や地域の担い手として関わり続ける。そして、10年後のJ1昇格、その先のアジアと世界へと挑戦を広げていく構想です。

J1昇格はゴールではなく、平和サッカーが本当に通用することを、より大きな舞台で示すための一歩。FC PHOENIXが目指しているのは、強いサッカークラブであると同時に、人と組織、地域、そして社会の「勝ち方」を変えていくモデルなのかもしれません。

OMOBIZ! — Interesting Business Instigators from Minato, brought to you by members of Creative Guild, welcomes fascinating people from a wide range of fields and explores ideas for the future of society and business through their unique perspectives and ways of thinking.

The program is hosted by Tetsuya Miki, who brings out the “interesting” side of people and business from his own distinctive angle, and Zack, also known as AI Papa Yuta Sato, who makes AI and digital technology feel accessible as tools for learning. Through their lively exchanges and AI-generated analysis, the program explores each guest’s life, business, failures, philosophy, and future challenges.

On July 14, 2026, Creative Guild hosted the public recording “OMOBIZ! From Minato City to the J.League through Peace Football.” The guest was Reiya Tanaka, owner of FC PHOENIX and CEO of PHOENIX JAPAN Inc.

At the heart of FC PHOENIX is the philosophy of “Peace Football”: competing seriously for victory while maintaining respect for teammates, opponents, referees, and everyone involved in the game. It does not simply mean playing gently or avoiding competition. The recording explored a deeper question: can winning and respecting one’s opponents truly coexist? From football, the conversation expanded into how society itself defines success.

Tanaka reflected on beginning football in the first grade and later realizing that physical ability alone would not take him to the highest level. That experience led him to discover the excitement of thinking strategically—reading situations, understanding opponents, and finding a different path to victory. The discussion also explored how his discomfort with deception, excessive aggression, and internal rivalry eventually developed into the philosophy of Peace Football.

The conversation revealed the practical realities of building such a club: selecting players who can engage with its values, developing behavioral principles through extensive dialogue, and supporting athletes who must balance football with employment. Tanaka also spoke openly about creating work opportunities for players, attracting sponsors, securing operating funds, and dealing with differences in values between the club and external coaching professionals.

AI-generated analysis and strategic commentary highlighted another possibility: translating the human and organizational value created through Peace Football into corporate leadership development, ethical decision-making, team building, and organizational development. Could players become not only athletes, but also educators, facilitators, communicators, and mentors? The session explored how FC PHOENIX might create new careers for players while developing revenue models that do not depend solely on sponsorship.

Tanaka’s future vision extends well beyond promotion for the senior team. He hopes to build a lifelong football community connecting children, junior-youth players, high-school-age players, the senior team, and older generations. Players developed through the academy could advance to the first team, while former players could remain involved as coaches, educators, and contributors to the local community.

The ten-year ambition is promotion to J1, followed by challenges in Asia and the wider world. Reaching J1 would not be the final destination. It would be a major stage on which FC PHOENIX could demonstrate that Peace Football can succeed at the highest levels of competition.
