世界につながる共創のMINATO！
港区立産業振興センターとのパートナーシップで築くボーダレスな可能性

港区立産業振興センターのコミュニティ形成プログラムから派生した、“楽しい”から始まる未来づくりを目指すCreative Guild。私たちの活動拠点であり、業種・年代・規模・地域を問わず多様なひとや企業のつながりの場となっている、港区立産業振興センターと、共創パートナーシップを結びました。世界につながるMINATOとして、未来志向でボーダレスな可能性を生み出すための施策をボーダレスに展開してまいります。

三田駅・田町駅から徒歩4分、札の辻スクエアの9F・10F・11Fに港区立産業振興センターはあります。2022年4月に「未来発展型の産業振興拠点」として開設されて以来、スタートアップ支援やオープンイノベーションの促進などに取り組んできました。テレワークや会議などに使えるコワーキングスペース、3Dプリンターやレーザー加工機といった最新設備を備えたビジネスサポートファクトリー、大小ホールや会議室などの貸出施設も充実。さらに起業・創業や事業成長を促進する数多くのプログラムやイベントを展開しています。

実はCreative Guildはこの港区立産業振興センターとのコミュニティ形成プログラムから誕生しました。新幹線や飛行機へのアクセスが良いため、地域や国などを超えてひとや企業がつながりあい、新しい未来への挑戦が生まれる場になることが期待されていました。そこで多様なひとにまずは「ヨリミチしてもらう」ことをコンセプトに「ヨリミチ部」をスタート。実際に多くのつながりがうまれ、事業などに発展しています。

今後、働き方は多様化し、いろいろなひとや企業が、業種・業界・地域・文化・年代などを超えてつながっていくことが不可欠になります。しかしながらそれらが点在していたのでは、十分に可能性を活かしきれません。だからこそ社会のハブが必要になります。地理的にもハードウェア的にも優れている港区立産業振興センターには、イベントやプログラムなどのソフトの面でも非常にユニークで魅力的な施策がたくさん。Creative Guildもその一端としてヨリミチ部を軸に、“コミュニティ”の観点から貢献して参ります。

ちなみにCreative Guildが唱えている「“楽しい”」という概念には、挑戦すること・成長すること・成し遂げること、といった意味が含まれています。単に楽（らく）をするのではなく、新たな価値を生み出すからこそ、本当の“楽しい”が生まれ、未来づくりが可能になるのです。それは港区立産業振興センターが掲げる未来発展というコンセプトを、ちょっとカジュアルに言い換えたものでしかありません。ぜひ港区立産業振興センターを起点に、多様な国や地域も巻き込んで、いろんな壁を乗り越えて、本当の“楽しい”から始まる未来づくり、みんなで進めていきましょう！

Connecting the World Through Co-Creation in MINATO!
Building Borderless Possibilities with the Minato City’s Industrial Promotion Center

Spun off from the community-building programs at the Minato City’s Industrial Promotion Center, Creative Guild is devoted to creating a future where Everything begins with “fun.” We are proud to have formed a co-creative partnership with the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center—our home base and a vibrant hub that brings together people and businesses of all kinds, regardless of industry, generation, scale, or region. Embracing the vision of “MINATO connecting to the world,” we will continue rolling out forward-thinking, borderless initiatives that unlock new possibilities.

Located on the 9th to 11th floors of the “Sanno-tsuji Square” building—just a four-minute walk from Mita and Tamachi Stations—the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center has been recognized as a “next-generation hub for industrial development” since its opening in April 2022. Here, you’ll find coworking spaces suitable for telework or meetings, a Business Support Factory equipped with cutting-edge devices like 3D printers and laser cutters, as well as an array of rental facilities ranging from large halls to conference rooms. The center also hosts numerous programs and events designed to spur entrepreneurship and business growth.

In fact, Creative Guild was born out of these community-building programs at the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center. Thanks to its excellent access to bullet trains and airports, the center was envisioned as a place where people and companies could connect across regions and countries—sparking new challenges for the future. That’s why we launched the YORIMICHI-Club with the concept of encouraging diverse individuals to simply “drop by.” This has led to countless meaningful encounters and has evolved into various collaborative projects and businesses.

As work styles continue to diversify, it will become ever more crucial for people and businesses of different industries, cultures, and generations to connect. However, if each group remains isolated, it’s impossible to fully realize the potential that comes from collaboration. That’s why a hub is so essential. Alongside its prime location and state-of-the-art facilities, the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center hosts a wide array of unique and engaging “software” programs—events, initiatives, and more. As part of these efforts, Creative Guild will continue to contribute from a “community” perspective, centering on the YORIMICHI-Club.

At Creative Guild, the idea of “FUN” inherently includes challenge, growth, and achievement. True “FUN” arises not by taking it easy, but by generating new value—this is what makes creating the future possible. In a way, it’s just a casual rephrasing of the “future development” concept advocated by the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center. So join us at this launchpad in Minato City, and let’s bring in people from around the world, break down barriers, and build a future where Everything begins with ‘fun—together!
