“ひと”でつながるコミュニティ・プログラム　「ヨリミチ部」

「ヨリミチ部」は、港区立産業振興センターで月1回、18:30〜21:00に開催しているコミュニティ・プログラムです。業種・業界、国や地域、文化や年代を超えて新しいつながりをつくることを目的に、バラエティに富んだゲストをお招きし、“いつもとはちょっと違う人たち”と“いつもとはちょっと違う対話”を楽しむ、井戸端会議のような場をお届けしています。

参加は無料で、会場に足を運んでいただくほか、オンラインでも参加可能です。気軽に“ヨリミチ”する感覚で、新しい出会いやアイデアが生まれる瞬間をどなたでも楽しんでいただけます。会場ではドリンクやスナックもご用意（もちろん無料）しており、ネットワーキング・タイム以外でもゲストや参加者同士が自然と“友達”になれるよう、“楽しい”仕掛けを盛りだくさん用意しています。だからこそ、お一人でふらっとお越しいただいても大丈夫です。

これまでにも、DE&I（ダイバーシティ・エクイティ＆インクルージョン）や、シンガポールやインドをテーマにしたグローバル連携、長野や北九州などとの地域連携、地元・三田や田町のトピックなど、多種多様なテーマを扱ってきました。登壇いただいたゲストは、ビジネス界の著名人から芸能人・スポーツ選手、ベンチャー・スタートアップ・中小企業経営者、商店街の方々、中高生、そして海外の方まで、本当にさまざまです。

さらに、「こんなことをやりたい！」というご要望があれば、可能な限りリクエストにお応えしています。なぜなら、みんなで場を創ること自体が“楽しい”から。そして“楽しい”を共有すれば、普段はつながれない人とも仲間になれるからです。ここでの出会いが新規事業につながったり、販路拡大のきっかけになったり、起業や転職といった新しいキャリアに進む後押しになるなど、たくさんのドラマが生まれています。

また、「ヨリミチ部」は適度な“ゆるさ”も大切にしています。変化の激しい時代には、予定をがっちり固めるよりも、場の流れに合わせて柔軟かつ俊敏に進行するほうが、ユニークな価値が生まれるからです。なんと、関係者同士の事前打ち合わせはほとんどなし。ゲストもぶっつけ本番で、その場のノリと勢いで話してくれます。だからこそ本音が聞けて、新しい気づきもたくさん生まれるのです。

A Community Program Connecting People: ‘YORIMICHI Club

YORIMICHI-Club is a community program held at the Minato City’s Industrial Promotion Center once a month, from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Our main goal is to create new connections across industries, nationalities, cultures, and generations by inviting a diverse array of guests. Think of it as a kind of neighborhood gathering, where you can enjoy conversations with “people you don’t usually meet” and share “dialogues you don’t usually have.”

Admission is free, and you can join us in person or online. We want you to feel as if you’re simply dropping by (“Yorimichi” in Japanese) on your way home, so you can discover new encounters and ideas in a relaxed atmosphere. We also provide complimentary drinks and snacks at the venue, along with plenty of fun surprises that help guests and participants naturally become “friends” with each other—even outside of networking time. Don’t worry if you come by yourself; you’ll quickly feel at ease.

In the past, we’ve covered a wide range of themes: everything from DE&I (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) and global collaborations featuring Singapore or India, to regional partnerships with Nagano or Kitakyushu, plus local topics related to Mita and Tamachi. Our guest speakers have included prominent figures from the business world, entertainers, sports personalities, startup founders, small and medium-sized business owners, shopkeepers, high school students, and visitors from overseas—truly a broad spectrum!

We also welcome your ideas for what you’d like to do. After all, creating this space together is part of the fun. And when that sense of fun is shared, people who wouldn’t normally connect can become allies. Many serendipitous moments have happened here—some have started new business ventures, found ways to expand their market, or even taken bold steps in their careers through starting a business or changing jobs.

Another key aspect of YORIMICHI-Club is a certain level of flexibility. In these rapidly changing times, we believe that adapting quickly to the flow of the moment often brings out the most unique value. In fact, we keep pre-event meetings between organizers to a minimum, and let the speakers go unscripted. That spontaneous energy not only draws out their honest insights, but also sparks fresh discoveries.
