“楽しい”から始まる未来づくりのコミュニティ、Creative Guild。これまで数多くの場づくりに取り組んできたノウハウをもとに、運営側にとっても、参加者にとっても、“楽しい”から新しい可能性が生まれるイベントやワークショップのデザインをサポートするのが、このプログラムです。対話とAIを活かして、企画構想から運営・ファシリテーション、記録レポートや発信、アフターフォローまでを一貫して支援。単なるイベント運営ではなく、“想い”と“行動”をつなぐ体験の設計を通じて、学びと共創が循環する“場”を共に創り出していきます。

■プログラム背景

現代社会は多様であり、複雑です。だからこそ、さまざまな視点からの意見や想いをつなぎ合わせ、そこから新たな気づきを生み出していくことが、課題解決と価値創出には不可欠です。

Creative Guildではこれまで、港区立産業振興センターの「ヨリミチ部」をはじめ、地域・世代・分野を超えて共感しあえる“場づくり”を探究してきました。また、リアルな会場だけでなく、デジタルをいかに組み合わせ、より多くの人が気軽に参加できる仕組みをどう整えるか、さらにAIを活用してその場から生まれる気づきの質をいかに高められるかも、重要なテーマとして追求してきました。

こうした実践の中で私たちが見出したのは、“場づくり”は単なるイベント運営ではなく、学びと変化のプロセスであるということ。「誰が、どんな想いで集まり、何を共有し、どんな未来につなげたいのか」——。この問いを出発点に、対話とAIなどのデジタルツールを組み合わせて共創的にデザインすることで、一過性ではなく、“楽しい”が始まり続ける場を実現できるようになりました。本プログラムは、そうした探究と実践から生まれたノウハウの結晶としてお届けします。

■ プログラムの構成

このプログラムは、イベントやワークショップの企画から運営・発信までを一貫して支援します。これは単なる実施支援ではなく、「気づきが生まれ、つながりが続く仕組み」をデザイン。主催者・参加者・運営者が一体となる、“楽しい”から始まる共感と行動の連鎖を共創していきます。

① コンセプト設計

まず、イベントやワークショップの目的・テーマ・対象を整理し、「何を伝えたいか」「どんな変化を起こしたいか」「誰とつながりたいか」を明確にします。AIを活用したリサーチやヒアリングによって参加者ニーズを可視化し、主催者と参加者が共有できるストーリーラインを設計します。

② コンテンツデザイン

企画の方向性をもとに、講演・対話・ワークショップなどの構成をデザインします。テーマに沿ったファシリテーション手法や演出を提案し、参加者が主体的に考え、語り合い、気づきを得られる体験を設計します。必要に応じて、講師・ゲストのアレンジも行います。

③ 運営とファシリテーション

当日の運営全般をサポートし、場の流れと雰囲気をデザインします。Creative Guildのファシリテーターが中心となり、対話や体験を通じて参加者一人ひとりの想いを引き出しながら、共感と創造の連鎖を生み出します。AIを活用したリアルタイムの意見集約や可視化も可能です。

④ 記録・レポート制作（Documentation & Insight Report）

イベントで生まれた対話・アイデア・学びを丁寧に記録し、AI分析によって洞察を抽出。グラフィックやレポート、動画などの形で可視化します。その内容は次の活動やプロジェクトへの“知の資産”として活用できます。

⑤ 発信とアフターフォロー（Communication & Follow-up）

WebサイトやSNSでの情報発信、記事化・映像編集などを通じて、イベントの成果を広く共有します。また、参加者同士のつながりを継続するコミュニティ形成や、次回開催に向けたフィードバックセッションも支援します。

⑥ 共催・連携オプション（Co-creation & Collaboration）

コンセプトが合致する場合、Creative Guildとの共催形式にも対応します。Guildの各プログラムと連動し、“楽しい”が広がり続ける共創の循環をつくります。

Creative Guild’s Event & Workshop Design Program

Creative Guild is a community devoted to “creating a future that begins with fun.” Building on years of experience designing spaces for collaboration and learning, this program helps both organizers and participants design events and workshops where new possibilities emerge from a shared sense of joy. Using dialogue and AI, we provide end-to-end support—from concept planning and facilitation to documentation, communication, and follow-up.More than event management, it’s about designing experiences that connect intention with action, and creating spaces where learning and co-creation continue to evolve.

■ Program Background

Today’s society is diverse and complex. That’s why connecting multiple perspectives and ideas—and transforming them into new insights— is essential for solving problems and creating value. Creative Guild has long explored how to design such spaces for empathy and connection, including the YORIMICHI Club at the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center, which brings together people across regions, generations, and fields. We have also pursued how digital tools can make participation easier for more people, and how AI can enhance the quality of insight emerging from these experiences.

Through these explorations, we realized that “creating a space” is not about running an event— it’s a process of learning and change. By starting from questions such as Who gathers here? With what intention? What do we share? What kind of future do we want to create together? and combining dialogue with AI and other digital tools, we can design co-creative spaces where “fun” continuously generates new beginnings. This program is the culmination of that ongoing research and hands-on practice.

■ Program Structure

This program provides comprehensive support—from planning to facilitation and communication— to help you design events and workshops where joy sparks collective action. It is not merely operational support; it is a framework for designing systems that generate insight and sustain connection, bringing organizers, participants, and facilitators together to co-create a continuous chain of empathy and action that begins with fun.

① Concept Design

We begin by clarifying the event’s purpose, theme, and audience— what you want to convey, what change you wish to spark, and who you want to connect with. Through AI-supported research and interviews, we visualize participant needs and design a storyline that both organizers and participants can share.

② Content Design

Based on that direction, we design the overall structure—talks, dialogues, or workshops.
We propose facilitation methods and experiences that encourage participants to think, speak, and discover for themselves, and arrange guest speakers as needed.

③ Facilitation & Operation

We support all aspects of on-site operations and flow. Creative Guild facilitators lead the process, drawing out each participant’s ideas and creating a chain reaction of empathy and creativity. Real-time AI tools can also be used to gather and visualize insights.

④ Documentation & Insight Report

We carefully record the dialogue, ideas, and learning generated in the session. Using AI analysis, we extract key insights and visualize them through graphics, reports, or video, turning them into knowledge assets that inform future activities and projects.

⑤ Communication & Follow-up

We help share outcomes through websites, social media, articles, and videos, and support follow-up activities such as community building and feedback sessions for the next iteration.

⑥ Co-creation & Collaboration Option

When concepts align, the program can be co-hosted with Creative Guild. By linking with other Guild programs, it fosters an expanding cycle of co-creation where “fun” continues to grow.
