“美味しい”インドと”楽しい”から始まる未来づくり！2025年5月のヨリミチ部開催レポート

2025年5月、港区・札の辻スクエアにて開催された「ヨリミチ部」5月部会。今回のテーマは、「おいしいインド！食でつながる世界と”わたし”の未来」。食を通じて日本とインドの文化やビジネスをつなぎ、世代も分野も超えて出会いと対話が広がりました。会場いっぱいの参加者を巻き込んだ、インドとの”楽しい”から始まる未来づくりが動き出しています。

当日はお酒やスナックを楽しみながら、カジュアルな雰囲気でスタート。日本語がわからなくても、英語に自信がなくても心配ご無用。ボディランゲージとハート、そしてAIと少しの通訳があれば、言葉や文化の壁を超え、リアル会場の約50名とオンライン約30名の皆さんが自然につながっていきました。

そしてメインのゲストセッションでは、プラシャント・ゴドガテさん（JIIPA 　代表理事）、影山 恭英さん（ChefooDo 理事）、中 麻優子さん（堺市東京事務所）が登場。「食」を起点にした文化交流、地域連携、国際ビジネスの可能性をゆるく楽しく、深めていきました。参加者からも意見をもらいながら、AIも活用して気づきを整理。そこからは、今後のインドと日本の“おいしい”関係性をしっかりと感じ取ることができました。

今回の最大の成果は、改めて“食”は単に美味しく楽しむだけのものではなく、宗教や文化の違いなどを超えて互いを理解し、関係性を築く最良のツールであることを共有できたこと。とくに国際連携では、何気ない”食”が接点となり、基軸となり、経済や環境、技術などの視点を多面的に取り入れ、新しいアイディアを創発していくことが可能になります。まさに”楽しい”から始まる未来づくりの起点になり得るのです。

今回は、インドと日本を“食”で結び、その可能性を描く場となりました。同じような場を、他の国々や国内の各地域でも広げていければ、“楽しい”から始まる未来づくりは、もっと大きく広がっていきそうです。何より、美味しいのがいいですよね。これからも、そんな“食”をきっかけに未来を描く機会を、みんなで広げていきましょう。

“Delicious” India and Creating a Future That Begins With “Fun”!
A Report on the May 2025 YORIMICHI-Club

In May 2025, the “Yorimichi-bu” May session was held at Sado-Tsuji Square in Minato Ward. The theme this time was “Delicious India! – Food Makes Greate Friendships!”

 Through food, this event connected Japanese and Indian culture and business, bringing together people from different generations and fields for new encounters and dialogue. The session was filled with participants eager to start envisioning a future with India that begins with “fun.”

The day started with the usual icebreaker, enjoyed with drinks and Indian snacks in hand, followed by the latest updates from the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center and Creative Guild. During the subsequent Open Pitch, Mr. Yuto Nakagami of SenseDrive Inc. presented on their initiative, “Work Experiences That Help You Discover What You Want to Do.” Feedback and support poured in from the entire audience, resulting in a short but deeply insightful session.

Next came the main guest session, featuring Mr. Prashant Godgate (Representative Director of JIIPA: https://www.npo-jiipa.org/), Mr. Takahide Kageyama (https://creativeguild.jp/archives/4186, Board Member of ChefooDo: https://www.chefoodo.jp/), and Ms. Mayuko Naka (https://creativeguild.jp/archives/3942, Sakai City Tokyo Office). They delved into the possibilities of cultural exchange, regional collaboration, and international business—all sparked by “food”—in a relaxed, fun, yet in-depth conversation. Participants contributed their ideas, and these insights were organized with the help of AI, allowing everyone to genuinely feel the potential of a “delicious” relationship between India and Japan.

The greatest takeaway was reaffirming that “food” is not only something to simply enjoy for its flavor; it’s also the best tool to transcend religious and cultural differences, fostering understanding and building relationships. Especially in international collaboration, these casual moments shared over “food” become the point of contact and a central pillar that can integrate perspectives on economics, the environment, and technology in a multifaceted way—thus igniting new ideas. Indeed, “fun” can be the very starting point for creating our future.
