サッカーは、勝敗を競うスポーツです。では、勝利を追い求めながら、相手や仲間、審判、応援してくれる人への感謝とリスペクトを貫くことはできるのでしょうか。そして、ひとつのサッカークラブが、地域のつながりや教育、新しいビジネス、さらには平和な社会を生み出す起点になることはできるのでしょうか。

Creative Guildの企画　「おもビズ！（おもしろビジネス仕掛け人）」の公開収録を、2026年7月14日（火）に開催します。今回のゲストは、港区からJリーグ入りを目指す社会人サッカークラブFC PHOENIX（FCフェニックス）のオーナーで、株式会社PHOENIX JAPAN代表取締役の田中怜也さんです。パーソナリティの幹てつやさんと、AIパパこと佐藤雄大さん、さらにAIの“天の声”も交えながら、公開収録ならではのライブ感あふれるトークをお届けします。

港区発、「平和サッカー」でJリーグへ

田中さんが2018年に立ち上げたFC PHOENIXが掲げるのは、「平和サッカー」です。ただ勝つことだけを目的にするのではなく、対戦相手、審判、運営スタッフ、仲間、応援してくれる人など、サッカーに関わるすべての人への感謝とリスペクトを大切にしながら、全力で勝利を目指します。その姿勢をチーム文化として実践し、サッカーを通じて一人ひとりの人格形成や自己成長を促し、人々に感動と一歩踏み出す力を届ける。それが、FC PHOENIXが目指している「サッカー×平和」のかたちです。現在、トップチームは東京都社会人サッカーリーグ1部で戦いながら、その先の関東リーグ、そしてJリーグを見据えて挑戦を続けています。トップチームに加えて、U-15やサッカースクールも展開し、スポーツを起点とした地域、教育、コミュニティの新しい可能性を広げています。

公開収録で考える、スポーツ×地域×ビジネスの未来

今回の公開収録では、なぜ競争の激しいサッカーの世界で「平和」を掲げるのか、理念と勝利をどのように両立させるのか、そしてゼロからクラブを立ち上げ、選手、企業、地域、応援する人を巻き込みながら成長させてきた裏側を、楽しく率直に掘り下げていきます。

テーマは、ピッチの中だけにとどまりません。
・サッカークラブは、地域にどのようなつながりを生み出せるのか
・共感を、応援・参加・協業・スポンサーシップへどうつなげるのか
・スポーツと教育、食、キャリア、まちづくりをどう掛け合わせるのか
・理念を大切にしながら、持続可能な事業として成立させるには何が必要か
・港区から、みんなでJリーグクラブをつくるとはどういうことか

田中さんは東京学芸大学を卒業後、IBM Japan、日本サッカー協会での経験を経て、FC PHOENIXの運営に取り組んできました。ビジネスとサッカーの双方を経験してきた田中さんだからこそ語れる、スポーツを起点に人、地域、事業をつなぐリアルな実践知にも注目です。

Can a Soccer Club Help Shape the Future of a City and Society?

Soccer is a competitive sport built around winning and losing. But can a team pursue victory while maintaining gratitude and respect for its opponents, teammates, referees, staff, and supporters? Can one soccer club become a starting point for stronger communities, new forms of education and business, and even a more peaceful society?

Creative Guild will hold a live public recording of OMOBIZ! — Interesting Business Instigators from Minato on Tuesday, July 14, 2026. Our guest is Reiya Tanaka, owner of FC PHOENIX and Representative Director of PHOENIX JAPAN Inc. FC PHOENIX is a community-based soccer club working toward entry into the J.League from Minato City. The hosts will be Tetsuya Miki and Yuta Sato, also known as “AI Papa,” joined by an AI “voice from above.” Together, they will create a lively and spontaneous conversation unique to a public recording.

From Minato to the J.League through “Peace Soccer”

Founded by Reiya Tanaka in 2018, FC PHOENIX is guided by the philosophy of “Peace Soccer.” Rather than focusing solely on winning, the club pursues victory while valuing gratitude and respect for everyone involved in the game, including opponents, referees, staff, teammates, and supporters.

By embedding this philosophy into its team culture, FC PHOENIX aims to support personal growth and character development through soccer, while inspiring people and giving them the courage to take their next step.

The top team currently competes in Division 1 of the Tokyo Metropolitan Social Soccer League while looking toward the Kanto League and, ultimately, the J.League. The club also operates an under-15 team and soccer schools, extending its activities into education and community development.

Exploring the Future of Sports, Community, and Business

During the live recording, we will explore why FC PHOENIX promotes peace in the highly competitive world of soccer, how philosophy and victory can coexist, and what it takes to build a club from zero while involving players, companies, local communities, and supporters.

Topics will include:

• How can a soccer club create stronger connections within a community?
• How can empathy lead to support, participation, collaboration, and sponsorship?
• How can sports connect with education, food, careers, and urban development?
• What is required to build a sustainable business without losing sight of its philosophy?
• What does it mean to create a J.League club together from Minato City?

After graduating from Tokyo Gakugei University, Tanaka worked at IBM Japan and the Japan Football Association before taking on the management of FC PHOENIX. His experience across both business and soccer offers practical insight into how sports can connect people, communities, and new ventures.
