2025年6月のヨリミチ部開催レポート

言葉と文化の壁を超えた“学び”は“楽しい”から始まる！
– ヨリミチ部6月のレポート –

「ちゃんと学んでる？ 学校では学べないリーダーの 学び方」をテーマに、多様な文化や立場を越えてつながった今回のヨリミチ部（2025年6月19日開催@港区立産業振興センター）。登壇者と参加者が語り合ったのは、「楽しい」を原点とする自律的な学びのあり方でした。今回もまた、新たなつながりから、新しい未来が動き出しています。

今回もカジュアルに、ちょっといい飲み物で喉を潤しながらスタート。軽いアイスブレイクやこの1ヶ月間の取り組みなどを共有して、新しいチャレンジを応援するオープン・ピッチへ。今回はこの取り組みの仕掛けを改めて説明しました。3分間のプレゼンに対して、当日会場にいるみなさんから本気のフィードバックを送り、AIでレポートにまとめていきます。ヨリミチ部に一度でも参加していれば、誰でもLINEグループからエントリー可能。ご興味のある方は、ぜひ一度会場にお越しください。

そしてお待ちかねのゲストセッション。今回は、ビジネスリーダーのためのマインドセットや異文化コミュニケーションを支援しているリー・ジーンさん（オムニ・イングリッシュ ファウンダー）、高校生向けの探究学習の場を提供する小林拓真さん（高校生みらいラボ  理事）、インターナショナル・プリスクール「Pikkas」を運営する中川早智子さん（サステナブルエデュケーション代表取締役）の3名をお迎えし、これからの時代に必要な「学び方」の本質に迫りました。

会場には約40名、オンラインにも15名が参加し、初参加者も多く見られました。英語と日本語によるバイリンガルセッションでしたが、AIの翻訳ツールも活用したことで言葉の壁も越え、話題は非常に深いものに。参加者同士の新しいつながりもたくさん生まれていきました。ちなみに、SHIBAURA HOUSE での二次会も含めて、言葉の壁を越えて“楽しい”時間を、みんなでたっぷり過ごすことができました。

今回の場を通じて得られたのは、「学び」は情報のインプットではなく、自分自身を知り、他者と関わる手段であるという再認識です。とくに「好奇心を大事にする」「問いから始める」ことの重要性が、教育・ビジネス・地域の現場で共通して示されました。そしてAIは、学びを後押しし、可能性を拡大し、成果へと加速するためのエネーブルメント・ツールであることも、体感的に共有することができました。

そして何より、学びは継続していくことが重要です。そのカギは、学びを“楽しい”と感じられる環境を創っていくこと。失敗を恐れるのではなく、新しい体験を“楽しい”と純粋に感じ、試行錯誤を重ねていくことが求められます。しかも、言葉や文化の壁を超えて。今回のヨリミチ部では、そんな新しい流れが確かに生まれていました。あとはこの流れを育てていくことが大切。というわけで、今後も“楽しい”を大事に、未来づくりをみんなで進めていきましょう。次回もお楽しみに！

Learning Beyond Language and Cultural Barriers Begins with “Fun”!
– YORIMICHI-Club June Report –

YORIMICHI Club’s June session, held on June 19, 2025 at the Minato City’s Industry Promotion Center, brought together people from diverse cultures and backgrounds around the theme of ”Do You Know How to Learn? Rethinking Learning Beyond School”, The key message shared by speakers and participants alike was that true learning starts with fun and leads to autonomous growth. Once again, new connections sparked fresh visions of the future.

The event began casually, with participants enjoying quality drinks while warming up through light icebreakers and sharing their recent initiatives over the past month. This led into our signature “Open Pitch” session, where participants presented 3-minute ideas, received genuine feedback from attendees, and had their insights compiled by AI into reports. Anyone who has joined YORIMICHI-Club even once can sign up through the LINE group—come join us in person sometime!

Our much-anticipated guest session featured three inspiring speakers:

• Lee Jean, founder of Omni English, who supports mindset development and intercultural communication for business professionals.
• Takuma Kobayashi, board member of High School Mirai Lab, who designs inquiry-based learning environments for high school students.
• Sachiko Nakagawa, CEO of Sustainable Education Inc., which operates the international preschool “Pikkas.”

Around 40 participants joined in person, with 15 more online. Although the session was bilingual (English and Japanese), the use of AI translation tools helped bridge language gaps, enabling deep conversations. Many new relationships also blossomed among attendees. The afterparty at SHIBAURA HOUSE further enriched the experience, with everyone enjoying a truly “fun” and borderless evening.

One of the key takeaways from this event was a renewed understanding that learning isn’t just about taking in information—it’s a means of knowing oneself and connecting with others. The importance of curiosity and starting from personal questions was echoed across education, business, and community sectors. Participants also experienced firsthand how AI can be a powerful enabler, enhancing and accelerating learning.

Above all, sustaining the learning journey is what matters most. The key lies in creating environments where learning feels genuinely fun. Rather than fearing failure, we should embrace new experiences and enjoy the trial-and-error process. And we can do this across languages and cultures. YORIMICHI-Club has clearly sparked this new flow. Now it’s time to nurture it—together, let’s keep building a joyful future of learning. See you at the next session!
