錣山部屋で乾杯！　ART WITH MEと上ノ国ワイナリーのコラボが発展中

Creative Guildがパートナーシップを結ぶ ART WITH ME。そのコラボレーションが着実に広がりを見せています。2025年5月に発売を開始した、ART WITH MEと上ノ国ワイナリーのコラボレーション・ワインが、この秋、大相撲・秋場所の錣山部屋のパーティを彩りました。アートが福祉や地域、そして文化の枠を超えてつながる“共創の輪”は、今、さらに広がり続けています。

この取り組みのきっかけは、アートを通じて“誰もが楽しめる社会”を実現しようとする ART WITH ME の理念に共鳴し、地域資源を生かした循環型の仕組みづくりを進めていた 上ノ国ワイナリー との出会いでした。そしてわずか1か月、障がいのあるアーティストがデザインを手がける特別ラベルのコラボレーション・ワインが誕生します。

しかも単にラベルを採用するだけではなく、そこには明確なサスティナビリティの意図がありました。酸味がやや高いなどの理由で市場に出せなかった“規格外のぶどう”を再利用し、本来は廃棄されるはずだった果実を新しい価値へと転換。現在、このコラボレーション・ワインは 北海道檜山郡上ノ国町の“ふるさと納税”返礼品としても扱われ、注目を集めています。また、売上の一部は ART WITH ME の活動に還元され、アートと地域、そして福祉をつなぐ連携促進に活用されています。

こうした取り組みを背景に、ART WITH ME の活動は海を越えて世界にも広がりを見せています。2025年5月、ART WITH MEの関係者がドバイを訪問。障がいのある人々を People of Determination（決意ある人々） と呼ぶこの地で、ART WITH MEと上ノ国ワイナリーの取り組みを、ドバイ経済観光庁の自閉症認定チームに紹介しました。すべての人が国籍や障がいの有無を超えて社会に関わり、旅を楽しめる未来に向けて想いを共有。アートを通じた“包摂の循環”が、いま国境を越えて広がり始めています。

こうした経緯を踏まえ、錣山部屋がART WITH MEの理念と上ノ国ワイナリーの想いに共感して、コラボレーション・ワインを楽しんでくれたことは、障がい者がアートによって社会とつながる大きな一歩となりました。今後は、こうした“晴れの日”の場を通じて、アートによる障がい者の社会参画の可能性をさらに探究していきます。まさにそれは、ART WITH MEが掲げる“楽しいから始まる未来づくり”。今後は、医療・福祉・教育・地域・文化など多分野の方々との新たなコラボレーションも予定されています。その広がりが、誰もが楽しみ、支え合い、輝ける社会へとつながっていく――。今後の展開が、ますます楽しみです。

The Collaboration Between ART WITH ME and Kaminokuni Winery Keeps Growing

Creative Guild’s partner ART WITH ME continues to expand its collaborations that bridge art, welfare, and regional development. In May 2025, ART WITH ME and Kaminokuni Winery launched their first collaborative wine, which this autumn was featured at the party of the Shikoroyama Sumo Stable during the Grand Autumn Tournament. The circle of “co-creation” — connecting art with welfare, local communities, and culture — continues to spread and evolve.

This initiative began when ART WITH ME, which aims to build a society where everyone can find joy through art, met Kaminokuni Winery, a producer devoted to circular and sustainable local practices. Within just one month, their partnership led to the creation of a special-edition wine featuring labels designed by artists with disabilities.

But the collaboration goes beyond design. It carries a strong sustainability mission — using “imperfect” grapes that would otherwise be discarded due to higher acidity or cosmetic variations. By transforming these grapes into new value, the project turns potential waste into opportunity. Today, this collaboration wine is also offered as a Furusato Nozei (hometown tax donation) gift from Kaminokuni Town in Hiyama, Hokkaido, attracting national attention. A portion of the proceeds supports ART WITH ME’s ongoing activities to connect art, local communities, and welfare initiatives.

Building on these efforts, ART WITH ME has begun expanding its activities globally.
In May 2025, representatives visited Dubai, where people with disabilities are respectfully known as People of Determination. During their visit, they introduced the ART WITH ME and Kaminokuni Winery collaboration to the Autism Certification Team of the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism. The meeting was an opportunity to exchange ideas on creating a world where everyone — regardless of nationality or disability — can participate in society and enjoy travel. Through these encounters, a new cycle of inclusion through art is beginning to cross borders.

Inspired by these experiences, Shikoroyama Stable embraced the philosophy of ART WITH ME and Kaminokuni Winery, serving their collaborative wine at the celebration party. It became a meaningful step forward — a toast that symbolized how art can connect people and open doors for artists with disabilities to engage with society.

Moving forward, ART WITH ME will continue to explore how art can create opportunities for social participation, using moments of celebration to build bridges between art, welfare, and regional sustainability. This approach embodies the spirit of “creating a joyful future,” the core vision of ART WITH ME. New collaborations are already being planned across welfare, education, regional development, and culture.

As these partnerships expand, they will continue to shape a world where everyone can enjoy, support, and shine together. We can’t wait to see where this journey goes next.
