”ひと”の想いを紡ぐメディア・プログラム　「ギルド名鑑」

「ギルド名鑑」は、Creative Guildでつながった個性豊かな方々を、一人ひとり深くご紹介していくメディア・プログラムです。起業家や経営者、フリーランス、サラリーマン、学生、さらには海外在住の方まで、多種多様なリーダーたちの“想い”や“哲学”、そして“ビジョン”をお届けし、さらにCreative Guildの場を通じて“つなぐ”ための“人物ファイル”としてお楽しみいただけます。

このプログラムでは、一人ひとりの人生観や価値観にじっくりフォーカス。オンライン・オフラインを問わず行われるインタビューの中で、それぞれの活動の背景にある想いや未来への展望を掘り下げていきます。実際、インタビューを受けた方々からは

「自分のビジョンや考えがクリアになった」、「新しいアクションが整理できた」、「自分の想いが言語化できた」などの声が多く、ある種のメンタリング体験にもなっているのが特徴です。

なお、事前打ち合わせはほとんど行わず、リラックスした“楽しい”雰囲気で雑談をするように進めていきます。ときには脱線も交えながら、本音を引き出すことを大事にしているのです。さらに、インタビュー後にはAIを活用した課題の分析や具体的なアクション提案を盛り込んだレポートをプレゼント。より客観的かつ実践的に、自分の強みや可能性を確認できるため、次の一歩を踏み出す後押しにもなっています。

加えて、ギルド名鑑はただのプロフィール紹介では終わりません。掲載された方同士が互いに興味を持ち合い、新しいコラボレーションに発展するケースが多数あります。さらに、名鑑をきっかけにヨリミチ部などのCreative Guildのコミュニティ・プログラムで出会い、プロジェクトやイベントが動き出すことも少なくありません。いわば、Creative Guildが掲げる「“楽しい”から始まる未来づくり」を動かし出す起点にもなっているのです。

なお、基本的にギルド名鑑へのインタビューは、他のプログラムと連動した形でCreative Guild関係者から個別にお声がけさせていただき進めております。一般募集は行っておりませんが、「自分も掲載されたい」という方は、ぜひヨリミチ部などの場でCreative Guild関係者にまずはご相談ください。

“Guild Directory”: A Media Program that Weaves People’s Hearts and Stories

The Guild Directory is a media program designed to highlight the uniquely diverse individuals connected through Creative Guild. From entrepreneurs and business leaders to freelancers, corporate employees, students, and even those living overseas—this “directory of people” introduces each person’s thoughts, philosophies, and visions, while also helping them “connect” through various Creative Guild gatherings and activities.

In this program, we place a deep focus on each individual’s life perspective and values. Conducted either online or offline, our interviews delve into the inspirations behind their work and their hopes for the future. Many interviewees have noted that the process itself helps them clarify their visions or organize concrete actions, making it feel much like a mentoring session.

We keep the atmosphere relaxed and fun, with minimal advance preparation so the conversation can flow naturally—just like chatting with friends. Sometimes, we even go off on interesting tangents along the way! After each interview, we provide a follow-up report enhanced by AI-based analysis, offering insights into the participant’s challenges and recommending practical steps forward. This objective, hands-on approach helps them discover their strengths and potential, making it easier to take the next step in their journey.

What sets the Guild Directory apart is that it goes far beyond a simple profile listing. Those featured often find shared interests among themselves, leading to new collaborations. Some discover each other at other Creative Guild community programs—such as YORIMICHI-Club—where projects and events begin to take shape. In this sense, the Guild Directory often serves as a launchpad for Creative Guild’s core mission: “Everything begin with FUN.”

Please note that we generally conduct interviews for the Guild Directory alongside other Creative Guild programs, and we usually reach out to prospective participants individually. While we do not currently have an open call for interviews, if you are interested in being featured, feel free to speak with a Creative Guild representative at YORIMICHI-Club or any of our other events.
