ソーシャルフィクサー 志田 健一さんが巻き込む価値観のアップデート

港区を起点にいろんなところで働く・暮らす、楽しい時間を創りたい人たちによるコミュニティCreative Guild。このギルド名鑑ではそんなCreative Guildでつながったユニークな方々をご紹介しています。今回ご紹介するのは、平日の昼間は会社員、それ以外の時間は多面的に社会活動に関わるソーシャルフィクサーの志田 健一さん。「社会を遊びで実験する」をコンセプトに分野や世代、地域を超えたつながりから、価値観のアップデートを生み出し、たくさんに方々を前向きに巻き込んでいます。

志田さんの社会活動は非常に多岐にわたります。まず、港区では、港区芝地区総合支所、慶應義塾大学グローバルリサーチインスティテュートが主催する、「ご近所イノベータ養成講座」の事務局を務めています。また、NASA主催の世界同時開催ハッカソン「NASA Space Apps Challenge」の東京会場のリードも担当。そのほか、NPO法人まちづくりエージェントSIDE BEACH CITY.を創立し副理事長を務めるほか、Code for Hodogayaの代表なども務めています。またオープンデータやAIなどにも精通。既成概念に囚われることなく、まさに社会を遊んで、いろいろな実験を通じ、新しい価値観をカタチにしています。

そんな志田さんの大切にしていることは、“面白そう”という感覚。最初は小さくとも意味のある“面白そう”なつながりを見つけ、ゆるく、広く深く、そして中途半端にせずやり切ることで新しい可能性の扉を開き続けています。つまり“面白そう”という遊び心は、志田さんのエネルギーの源。そしてこの義務感のない”面白そう“のエネルギーは、周りの人をひきつける引力に変わり、志田さんと仲間たちの新たな創造力と実践力を育み、共有することを可能にしています。

現代社会では、個人も組織も、そして社会全体も「正解」を求めすぎるあまり、挑戦や実験を避け、閉塞感に陥りがちです。多様性が叫ばれる一方で、実際には自分たちの枠組みに閉じこもり、過去の延長にすがることもしばしば。結果として、つながるはずのものがつながらず、社会のあちこちにほころびが生まれています。このもったいない状態をどう変えるか。その答えのひとつが、志田さんの「社会を遊びで実験する」というアプローチなのです。

How Social Fixer Kenichi Shida Sparks a Shift in Values

Based in Minato City, Creative Guild is a community of people who want to create fun and meaningful moments in their work and daily lives. In this Guild Directory, we introduce unique members who are connected through Creative Guild. This time, we feature Kenichi Shida, a “social fixer” who works as a company employee by day and engages in a wide range of social activities in his other hours. With the concept of “experimenting with society through play,” he creates opportunities for fresh connections across fields, generations, and communities—sparking value shifts and positively drawing people into the process.

Shida’s social activities are remarkably diverse. In Minato City, he manages the Neighborhood Innovator Training Program organized by the Shiba District Office and Keio University’s Global Research Institute. He also leads the Tokyo venue of NASA’s global hackathon, the NASA Space Apps Challenge. In addition, he co-founded the NPO Machizukuri Agent SIDE BEACH CITY. and served as Vice Director, and he leads Code for Hodogaya. Well-versed in open data and AI, Shida keeps shaping new values by playfully experimenting with society—free from fixed ideas and conventions.

What drives him most is a sense of “that looks fun.” He values finding small but meaningful sparks of curiosity, and by pursuing them—loosely yet deeply, and always following through—he continues to open new doors of possibility. That playful “fun energy” is his true source of power. And because it comes without obligation, it turns into an attractive pull that brings people together, nurturing shared creativity and practical action with his peers.

In today’s society, both individuals and organizations often seek the “right answer” so much that they avoid challenges or experiments, falling into a sense of stagnation. Diversity is emphasized in words, but in practice, many remain locked in their own frameworks, clinging to the past. As a result, connections that should be made are often left undone, leaving gaps throughout society. One way to break free from this wasteful state is precisely Shida’s approach of “experimenting with society through play.”

His practice begins with small sparks of fun, experimenting playfully with society to trigger value shifts that ripple outward. The key is not to act alone, but to connect, involve, and be involved—creating a wave that updates society’s values as a whole. That is exactly the spirit of Creative Guild’s mission: “building a future that starts with fun.”
