港区を起点にいろんなところで働く・暮らす、楽しい時間を創りたい人たちによるコミュニティCreative Guild。このギルド名鑑ではそんなCreative Guildでつながったユニークな方々をご紹介しています。今回ご紹介するのは、幸せなリーダーを育むことにコーチングに取り組む有賀 悦江さん。既成概念に囚われることなく選択肢を再定義し、本当に必要な未来へのナビゲーションに注力しています。

長年にわたり福祉・教育・人材支援など「人」に関わる領域で経験を重ねてきた有賀悦江さん。その経験から、リーダー自身の幸福が組織の健全性を左右することを実感し、ビジネス・コーチとして独立。現在は「幸せなリーダーとその仲間を育む」ことをテーマに活動を展開しています。またその活動をドライブするため、2025年度に港区立産業振興センターで開催された「実践型リーダー育成講座」に参画。精力的な姿勢で、分野を超えた仲間とのコミュニティ形成など新たなチャレンジにも積極的に取り組んでいます。

そんな有賀さんが大事にしていることは、「人を大切にする」ということ。自分を大切にし、他者を尊重しながら前を向いて歩んでいく。そんな“当たり前”のことを“当たり前”にできることの大切さを伝えています。けれども人は迷い、不安に囚われることもある。だからこそ安心できる場を創り、過去の囚われを手放し、一度空っぽになってから本当に今必要なことを整える。そのうえで、自分の意志で未来の選択肢を選べるように支援する。その想いは有賀さんの丁寧で温かいコーチングスタイルとしても確実に現れています。

「当たり前のことを当たり前に。」 現代社会において、これは実はとても難しいテーマになっているのかもしれません。当たり前の在り方も変わっていく中で、既存の考え方から抜けられず、目の前の利己的な成果、つまり短期的な収益ばかりを無意識のうちに求めてしまう。その結果、リーダー自身が疲弊し、チームもまた同じように疲弊していく。それは「幸せ」という言葉を空虚なものにし、創造性を奪い、選択肢を狭め、時代の荒波の中で私たちを遭難させるものにもなっていきます。

Yoshie Aruga’s Navigation Toward a Future that Nurtures Happy Leaders.

Creative Guild is a community of people who live and work across various places, starting from Minato City, and who share the desire to create joyful experiences. In this Guild Directory, we highlight the unique individuals connected through Creative Guild. This time, we feature Yoshie Aruga, a business coach dedicated to nurturing happy leaders. With an open and curious mind free from conventional boundaries, she focuses on redefining possibilities and guiding others toward the future they truly need.

For many years, Aruga has worked in fields centered on people—welfare, education, and human resource development. Through these experiences, she came to realize that a leader’s own sense of happiness profoundly influences the overall health of an organization. This insight led her to establish herself as an independent business coach. Today, her work centers on the theme of cultivating happy leaders and their communities. To further this mission, she also took part in the Practical Leadership Development Program held at the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center in 2025. With tireless energy, she continues to take on new challenges, building cross-disciplinary networks and fostering collaborative communities.

At the heart of Aruga’s philosophy is a simple yet powerful belief: “to cherish people.” It begins with valuing oneself, respecting others, and walking forward together with kindness and integrity. She emphasizes the importance of being able to practice these seemingly “ordinary” things that, in fact, are not so easy in today’s world. People inevitably get lost or caught up in fear and anxiety. That is precisely why she creates spaces where others can feel safe, let go of what confines them, clear their minds, and realign with what truly matters now. From there, she supports them in choosing their own future path with confidence and authenticity. This gentle yet deliberate spirit is evident throughout her warm and thoughtful coaching style.

“Doing what’s ordinary, ordinarily.” In our modern society, this has become a surprisingly difficult challenge. As the very meaning of “ordinary” continues to change, we often find ourselves trapped by outdated frameworks—seeking immediate, self-serving gains or short-term profits without realizing it. The result is that leaders burn out, teams follow suit, and the concept of “happiness” becomes hollow. This emptiness drains creativity, narrows our options, and leaves us drifting, directionless, in the rough waves of the times. That is why, in this era of uncertainty, we need navigation that helps us move forward with purpose.
