対話から華開く創造性
ウタリトリとデザインする一人一人の“楽しい”の在り方

港区立産業振興センターのコミュニティ形成プログラムから派生し、“楽しい”から始まる未来づくりを推進してきたCreative Guild。このたび、その共創活動をより明示的に推進していくため、改めてクリエイターチーム ウタリトリとパートナーシップを結ぶこととなりました。アートとデザイン、そして人へのまなざしを大切にするウタリトリとともに、「一人ひとりの“楽しい”」を丁寧に形にする社会づくりを進めていきます。

ウタリトリは「対話×クリエイトであなたの想いをカタチにする」を理念に活動する、クリエイターチームです。Web制作、グラフィックデザイン、紙媒体やイベントづくりなど、領域を越えて活動を展開。対話を重ねながら“言葉にならない想い”を引き出し、クライアントとともに創り上げるスタイルが特徴です。メンバーは、教育・デザイン・エンジニアリングなど異なる背景を持ち寄り、それぞれの専門性を掛け合わせて「人と場をつなぐデザイン」を実践しています。

Creative Guildのシンボルである◯△□のロゴは、アーティストi21さんの作品とともに、ウタリトリの丁寧なデザインワークと対話のプロセスから生まれました。多様性や明るさ、そして少しの違和感が新たな気づきを生み出し、図形の間にある“余白”が未来の可能性を象徴しています。単なるビジュアル制作ではなく、「どんな思いを込めたいか」「この場がどんな関係を育てるのか」といった問いを交わす時間が、ロゴそのものを“生きた対話の結晶”に変えていきました。その経験は、Creative Guildにとって「対話が創造を育む」ことの象徴でもあります。

ウタリトリの活動が示すのは、デザインとは単なる装飾ではなく、「一人ひとりの想いを社会に翻訳する行為」であるということです。一つのロゴ、一枚のポスター、ひとつの言葉のデザインには、その人の“らしさ”や願いが込められています。そうした小さな表現を丁寧に紡ぎ合わせることで、私たちはより健やかで多様な社会システムを描くことができます。この“創造性の価値を社会に還元する”という姿勢は、Creative Guildの「楽しいから始まる未来づくり」を体現するアプローチにほかなりません。

今後、Creative Guildとウタリトリは、社会活動から一歩踏み込み、地域や中小企業・小規模事業者の現場で新しいチャレンジを共に支援していきます。デザインを「経営や地域づくりのトリガー」として活かし、想いを形にするプロセスを通じて、人と地域の“楽しい”を育む仕組みを共創します。一人ひとりの想いを丁寧にデザインすること。その積み重ねが、社会を優しく動かす力になると信じて。Creative Guildとウタリトリは、これからも“対話から華開く創造性”を軸に、共に未来をデザインしていきます。その先に広がる“楽しい”の可能性に、どうぞご期待ください。

Blossoming Creativity Through Dialogue
Co-Designing the Joy of Every Individual with Utaritori

Creative Guild has long been promoting a future that begins with fun, expanding co-creation with diverse partners who share that vision. Among those collaborations, our partnership with the creative team Utaritori—born through deep dialogue in the process of designing the Creative Guild logo—has been especially meaningful. Today, we are pleased to formalize this partnership further, continuing to work together to shape a society where each individual’s sense of joy can be thoughtfully expressed through art and design.

Utaritori is a creative team guided by the philosophy “Transforming your thoughts into form through dialogue and creation.” Their work spans web design, graphic and print media, and event planning—always rooted in dialogue. By carefully listening to unspoken feelings, they co-create designs that genuinely reflect the essence of each client. With backgrounds in education, design, and engineering, the members combine their expertise to realize designs that connect people and places.

The Creative Guild symbol—featuring the circle, triangle, and square—was born through Utaritori’s design process and close collaboration with artist i21. The shapes express diversity, brightness, and the small sense of “pleasant strangeness” that sparks new awareness, while the spaces between them represent the potential of the future. Beyond visual design, the process was filled with shared questions such as: “What meaning should this symbol carry?” and “What kind of relationships will it nurture?” Through this exchange, the logo became a living embodiment of dialogue itself—an experience that continues to symbolize how dialogue cultivates creativity within Creative Guild.

Utaritori’s work reminds us that design is not mere decoration—it is the act of translating human intention into society. Every logo, every poster, every word they craft carries someone’s individuality and hope. When these small expressions are carefully woven together, they form a more inclusive and life-affirming social fabric. This commitment to returning the value of creativity to society perfectly embodies Creative Guild’s philosophy of creating a future that begins with fun.

Together, Creative Guild and Utaritori will move beyond creative collaboration and begin supporting new challenges in local communities and small-to-medium-sized enterprises. By using design as a trigger for business and regional revitalization, we will co-create systems that nurture joy through the process of bringing ideas to life. Designing each person’s story with care—this quiet accumulation of creativity has the power to gently move society forward. Rooted in the spirit of “Blossoming Creativity Through Dialogue,” Creative Guild and Utaritori will continue to design the future together.
