自己超越型リーダーシップ出版記念 ダイアログ・セッションレポート

2025年10月1日にCreative Guild Booksより出版した書籍『自己超越型リーダーシップ ― 個の内面から引き出す、組織の変革 ―』の著者チームが集まるダイアログ・セッションが開催されました。場所はいつもの港区立産業振興センターから飛び出して、川崎にある富士通のオープン・イノベーション拠点「Uvance Innovation Studio（UIS）」へ。小規模ながらディープな対話が、今回の出版を実践への土台にしてくれました。

当日はご縁あって会場をご提供いただいたUISをまずは見学。そのコンセプトなどをご説明いただきながら、純粋に場からのインスピレーションを参加者全員で受け取ります。そしてダイアログ・セッションへ。著者による書籍制作の裏話や、AIを活用した編集プロセスの共有をきっかけに、参加者全員が輪になって自由に語り合いました。その内容はAIでトラックしてリアルタイムに分析。自分たちの言葉になっていない、より深い気づきを得て、それぞれに次なる具体的なアクションを描いていきました。

著者チームを中心とした10名による小規模なセッションだったからこそ、場の安心感と探求の意欲が自然に高まりました。そこから見えてきたのは、「超地道」に続けることの大切さ。小さくても動き、余白を楽しみながらプロセスを続けていく。その積み重ねこそが、真のアウトプットと変化を生み出す力になるという確信です。

今回のセッションをきっかけに、今後はより開かれた対話の場や、地域・分野を超えた共創の試みへと広がっていく兆しが見え始めています。まずは続けること。そして、そこから自然と生まれる問いや仲間とともに、新たな実践の一歩を踏み出していきます。未来は、そして自己超越のシナリオは、すでに始まっています。Creative Guildは、これからもそのための場を提供し続けます。次はどんな“楽しい”から始まる未来が生まれるのか、ぜひ楽しみにしていてください。

なお、終了後は著者チーム同士でサインを書きあう、ちょっぴり変わった光景が。一連の執筆活動がオンライン（おおむね毎週30分のランチタイムの対話と、オンラインチャットでのやり取り）で行われていたため、実は著者チームが一堂に会するのも１年以上ぶり。創作活動を通じてつながりつづけること、そしてこうやって周りも巻き込んでリコネクト（再結合）すること自体にも価値があることを体感できるセッションとなりました。

Dialogue Session Report — Self-Transcending Leadership Publication Celebration

On October 1, 2025, the author team of Self-Transcending Leadership — Transforming Organizations from Within the Individual, published by Creative Guild Books, gathered for a special dialogue session.This time, the venue moved from our usual Minato Industrial Promotion Center to Fujitsu’s open-innovation hub, Uvance Innovation Studio (UIS) in Kawasaki. Though small in scale, the session offered a deep conversation that firmly grounded the new book in real-world practice.

The day began with a guided tour of UIS, graciously hosted by the local team. Hearing about the concept of the space, participants simply took in inspiration from the environment itself. Then came the dialogue. The authors shared behind-the-scenes stories from the writing process, including how AI supported the editing workflow. Using these reflections as a spark, everyone participated in a roundtable conversation. The discussion was tracked and analyzed in real time by AI, helping participants uncover unspoken insights and shape concrete next steps for action.

Because the session was intimate — just ten people, mostly members of the author team — a natural sense of psychological safety and curiosity emerged. What surfaced from that shared space was the power of steadfast, consistent effort. Keep moving, however small the step; enjoy the open space in between; trust the process. That accumulation, we realized, is what ultimately generates genuine output and lasting change.

The session also hinted at what’s next: expanding into more open, cross-regional, and cross-disciplinary dialogues and co-creation experiments. The first step is simply to keep going — and from that continuity, new questions, partners, and practices will naturally arise. The future — and the scenario of self-transcendence — has already begun. Creative Guild will continue to offer places where such living learning can happen. What kind of joyful future will emerge next? We can’t wait to find out.

At the close of the day, an unusual scene unfolded: the authors signing copies for one another.Because most of the creative process had taken place online — through weekly 30-minute lunchtime dialogues and chat exchanges — this was the first time in over a year that the entire team had met in person. The experience reaffirmed the value of staying connected through creation itself, and of “reconnecting” in ways that naturally draw others in. It was a vivid reminder that community, too, is a living work of art.
