「ゆっくりAI勉強会」は、Creative Guildが提供する、AI初心者から実践者まで、生成AIを無理なく、気軽に、実際に触りながら学べるオンラインAI勉強会です。AIやChatGPTに興味はあるけれど、何から始めたらよいかわからない。仕事や暮らし、地域活動やコミュニティ運営に活用してみたいけれど、なんだか難しそう。そんな方々が、お昼休みやちょっとしたスキマ時間に、カメラをオフにして耳だけでも参加できる“ゆるやかな学び場”として開催しています。

この勉強会を中心になって運営しているのは、Creative Guild理事の長田 淳さんと、デジタル＆ラーニング領域で活動する佐藤 雄大さん、通称ザックさんです。二人が大切にしているのは、詳しい人が一方的に教えることではありません。参加者同士で「AIでそんなこともできるんだ」「これなら自分でも試せそう」と発見を共有しながら、生成AIを少しずつ身近な道具にしていくことです。

AIは、いま急速に進化しています。文章や画像をつくる、情報を検索・整理する、会議の内容を要約する、資料や文書を読み解く、企画のアイデアを広げる、業務を効率化する、人と人とのつながりを支援するなど、活用できる場面は広がり続けています。一方で、ツールや情報が多すぎるからこそ、「結局、どのAIを何に使えばよいの？」「安全に使うために何を知っておくべき？」という戸惑いも生まれます。だからこそ、ゆっくりAI勉強会では、完璧に理解してから使うのではなく、基本的な注意点を確認しながら、まずは小さく触って試してみることを大切にしています。

勉強会では、ChatGPT、NotebookLM、Canva、Notionなどを活用した文章作成、情報整理、資料づくり、学習支援、業務改善のほか、AIを使ったコミュニティづくり、ファシリテーション、対話支援、関係性の可視化など、仕事や日常ですぐに試せる実践的なAI活用テーマを扱います。また、Creative Guildで開発したコミュニティ連携支援ツール「TsunagaLink」を題材に、人と人、知識、活動、機会をつなぐ“コミュニティ・テック”としてAIを活用する実験も進めています。

このAI勉強会の魅力は、何より“ゆっくり”であることです。AIに詳しい人だけが話す場ではありません。まだ生成AIを使ったことがない方、操作に自信がない方、途中から参加する方、カメラやマイクをオフにして聞くだけの方も歓迎しています。小さな疑問、うまくいかなかった経験、ちょっとした驚き、便利だった使い方を持ち寄り、参加者同士で学び合うことで、AIに対する心理的なハードルと不安を少しずつ下げていきます。

AIを学ぶことは、単に新しいツールの操作方法を覚えることだけではありません。自分の仕事や業務プロセスを見直すこと、情報の整理方法を変えること、自分の考えを言葉にすること、相手へ伝わる表現をつくること、コミュニティの中から新しいつながりや可能性を見つけることにもつながります。そうした日々の小さなAI活用が、時間的・心理的な“余白”を生み出し、Creative Guildが掲げる「“楽しい”から始まる未来づくり」へとつながっていきます。

「ちょっと気になる」から「少し触ってみる」へ。そして、「自分の仕事でも試してみたい」「チームや地域活動に活かしたい」「誰かと一緒に新しい使い方を考えたい」へ。ゆっくりAI勉強会は、AI初心者の最初の一歩から、具体的な実践や共創へ進む小さな一歩までを応援する学びのコミュニティです。

AIに詳しい方も、これから初めて生成AIに触れてみたい方も、まずは気軽にのぞいてみてください。わからないことがあっても、途中からでも、聞くだけでも大丈夫です。ゆっくり、でも確実に。AIを人の代わりにするのではなく、人の学び、創造性、対話、つながりを支えるパートナーとして活かす方法を、Creative Guildの仲間たちと一緒に育てていきましょう。

Starting with “I’m Just a Little Curious”
Yukkuri AI Study Group: A Beginner-Friendly Online AI Learning Community

The Yukkuri AI Study Group is a beginner-friendly online AI learning program offered by Creative Guild. It gives people an accessible way to explore generative AI slowly, casually, and through hands-on experience. The program is designed for anyone who is interested in AI or ChatGPT but is unsure where to begin, as well as those who would like to use AI in their work, everyday life, regional activities, or community management but find the technology difficult to approach. Participants can join during a lunch break or a short pocket of free time, even with their camera and microphone turned off.

The program is mainly facilitated by Jun Osada, Director of Creative Guild, and Yuta Sato, also known as Zack, who supports Creative Guild’s digital and learning initiatives. They do not approach the sessions as experts delivering one-way instruction. Instead, they create a relaxed learning environment where participants can discover together: “AI can do that?” and “Maybe I can try this myself.” The goal is to make generative AI gradually feel more familiar, practical, and approachable.

AI is evolving rapidly. It can generate text and images, search for and organize information, summarize meetings, analyze documents, expand ideas, improve workflows, and support connections between people. As the range of AI tools grows, however, many people feel overwhelmed and wonder, “Which tool should I use, and for what purpose?” or “What should I know in order to use AI safely?” That is why the Yukkuri AI Study Group encourages participants not to wait until they understand everything perfectly, but to learn the basic considerations and begin with small, practical experiments.

Sessions explore practical applications of tools such as ChatGPT, NotebookLM, Canva, and Notion for writing, information organization, document creation, learning support, and business process improvement. The group also examines how AI can support community building, facilitation, dialogue, and relationship mapping. Using TsunagaLink, a community connection support tool developed within Creative Guild, participants also explore AI as “community tech”—technology that connects people, knowledge, activities, and opportunities.

The greatest strength of the program is that it is genuinely “yukkuri”—slow, gentle, and accessible. It is not a space only for people who already understand AI. People who have never used generative AI, those who lack confidence with digital tools, participants joining midway, and those who simply want to listen with their camera and microphone off are all welcome. By sharing small questions, unsuccessful attempts, useful discoveries, and moments of surprise, participants gradually reduce the psychological barriers and uncertainty surrounding AI.

Learning about AI is not only about understanding how to operate new tools. It can also help people reconsider how they work, organize information, articulate their ideas, communicate with others, and identify new relationships and possibilities within a community. These small everyday applications can create greater temporal and psychological “white space” and support Creative Guild’s vision of creating a future that begins with fun.

From “I’m curious” to “I’ll try it.” Then from “I’ll try it” to “I want to apply this to my own work,” “I want to use it with my team or community,” or “I want to explore a new application with others.” The Yukkuri AI Study Group is a learning community that supports each step, from a beginner’s first encounter with AI to practical experimentation and co-creation.

Whether you already know a great deal about AI or are preparing to explore generative AI for the first time, you are welcome to join. It is fine not to understand everything, to join midway, or simply to listen. Slowly, but surely, let us learn how to use AI not as a replacement for people, but as a partner that supports human learning, creativity, dialogue, and connection—together with the Creative Guild community.
