「ゆっくりAI勉強会」は、Creative Guildが提供する、AIを無理なく、気軽に、実際に触りながら学んでいくためのオンライン勉強会です。AIに興味はあるけれど、どう始めたらいいかわからない。仕事や暮らしに使ってみたいけれど、なんだか難しそう。そんな方々が、お昼休みやちょっとしたスキマ時間に、耳だけでも参加できる“ゆるやかな学び場”として開催しています。

この勉強会を中心になって運営してくれているのは、Creative Guild理事の長田 淳さんと、デジタル＆ラーニング領域で活動する佐藤 雄大さん、通称ザックさん。二人が大切にしているのは、一方的に教えることではなく、参加者同士で「へえ、そんなことできるんだ」「これなら自分でも試せそう」と感じながら、AIを少しずつ身近なものにしていくことです。

AIは、いま急速に進化しています。文章をつくる、画像をつくる、情報を整理する、会議の内容をまとめる、資料を読み解く、人と人をつなぐ。できることはどんどん増えています。一方で、情報が多すぎるからこそ、「結局、何から始めたらいいの？」という戸惑いも生まれています。だからこそ、ゆっくりAI勉強会では、完璧に理解してから使うのではなく、まずは触ってみることを大切にしています。

具体的には、ChatGPTやNotebookLM、Canva、Notionなどを活用した情報整理や、AIを使ったコミュニティづくり、ファシリテーション、つながりの可視化など、実践的なテーマを扱っていきます。また、Creative Guildで開発した「TsunagaLink」を題材に、“コミュニティ・テック”としてAIを活用する実験も進めていきます。

このプログラムの魅力は、何より“ゆっくり”であることです。詳しい人だけが話す場ではありません。まだAIを使ったことがない方、途中から参加する方、カメラやマイクをオフにして聞くだけの方も大歓迎です。小さな疑問やちょっとした驚きを持ち寄りながら、参加者同士で学び合うことで、AIへの心理的なハードルが少しずつ下がっていきます。

そして、AIを学ぶことは、単に新しいツールを覚えることにとどまりません。自分の仕事を見直すこと、情報の整理の仕方を変えること、誰かに伝える言葉を整えること、コミュニティの中で新しいつながりを見つけること。そうした日々の小さな実践が、“余白”を生み出し、「“楽しい”から始まる未来づくり」につながっていきます。

「ちょっと気になる」から始めて、「少し触ってみる」へ。そして、「自分のテーマでも試してみたい」「誰かと一緒に使ってみたい」へ。ゆっくりAI勉強会は、そんな小さな一歩を応援する場です。

AIに詳しい方も、これから初めて触れてみたい方も、まずは気軽にのぞいてみてください。ゆっくり、でも確実に。AIとの楽しい付き合い方を、Creative Guildの仲間たちと一緒に育てていきましょう。

A learning space for building a joyful relationship with AI and people

The Yukkuri AI Study Group is an online learning program offered by Creative Guild for anyone who wants to explore AI slowly, casually, and through hands-on experience. It is designed for people who are interested in AI but are not sure where to begin, or who feel that AI might be useful for work and everyday life but also somewhat difficult to approach. Participants can join during lunch breaks or short pockets of time, even just by listening in.

The program is mainly operated by Jun Osada, Director of Creative Guild, and Yuta Sato, also known as Zack, who supports Creative Guild’s digital and learning initiatives. What they value is not one-way teaching, but creating a relaxed space where participants can discover together: “Oh, AI can do that?” or “Maybe I can try this too.”

AI is evolving rapidly. It can generate text and images, organize information, summarize meetings, understand documents, and even support connections between people. Yet as AI becomes more capable, many people also feel unsure about where to start. That is why this study group emphasizes trying things first, rather than waiting until everything is perfectly understood.

Topics include practical uses of tools such as ChatGPT, NotebookLM, Canva, and Notion for organizing information, facilitating communities, supporting dialogue, and visualizing connections between people. The group also explores “community tech” experiments using TsunagaLink, an AI-powered community support tool developed within Creative Guild.

The greatest strength of this program is that it is truly “yukkuri”—slow, gentle, and accessible. It is not a space only for experts. People who have never used AI before, people joining midway, and people who simply want to listen with their camera and microphone off are all welcome. By sharing small questions and small discoveries, participants gradually lower the psychological barriers around AI.

Learning AI is not only about learning new tools. It is also about rethinking how we work, how we organize information, how we communicate, and how we connect with others. These small everyday practices create more “white space” in our lives and connect directly to Creative Guild’s vision of creating a future that begins with “fun.”

From “I’m curious,” to “I’ll try it,” to “I want to use this for my own theme,” the Yukkuri AI Study Group supports each small step forward.
