Creative Guildのギルド・マーケットでは、仲間たちが生み出した商品やサービスと、その背景にある想いを届けています。今回は、リーダーシップとウェルビーイングを支援するROCKLITの岩渕 ラーナさん（Guild名鑑 No.172）、モニカ・サドキェヴィチさん（Guild名鑑 No.151）、アラマキ ナナコさんが展開する「Daruma Vision™」をご紹介します。日本で生まれ、世界のリーダーに向けて設計された、自分や組織のビジョンを“考える”だけでなく、心と身体を通じて確かめ、次の行動へつなげていく体験型プログラムです。
音浴・予祝・達磨で、ビジョンを体験に変える
Daruma Vision™を構成するのは、「音浴」「予祝」「達磨」という三つの要素です。まず、シンギングボウルの音と振動に身を委ね、日常の緊張や思考のノイズから少し離れます。次に、日本に伝わる知恵である「予祝」を通じて、実現したい未来を“いつか”の話ではなく、すでに始まっている現在形の体験として祝い、仲間と語り合います。そして達磨への目入れによって、その意思を目に見える形として残していきます。
一般的なビジョン策定が、言葉や資料を中心に進められるのに対し、Daruma Vision™は、音、身体感覚、感情、対話、象徴的な儀式を重ねながら、ビジョンを“頭で理解する目標”から“自分たちが生き始める意思”へと変えていきます。
リーダーとしての実体験から生まれたプログラム
このプログラムの背景には、創設者であるラーナさん自身のリーダーとしての経験があります。大きなプレッシャーの中で起きた仕事上の失敗をきっかけに、能力や論理だけでは、難しい局面で自分らしい判断を持続できないことに気づきました。そこから神経科学や感情知性、日本文化に根づく知恵を学び、それらを統合する形でDaruma Vision™を育ててきました。
その体験を支えているのが、異なる経験と強みを持つROCKLITの三人です。ラーナさんが学びと全体のプロセスを設計し、ナナコさんが音と身体感覚を通じて、参加者が静けさや自分の内側とつながる時間をつくります。そしてモニカさんが、文化や立場の違いを越えた“意味あるつながり”と、そこから生まれるパートナーシップを育てています。三人の力が重なることで、個人の内省が、組織の対話や共通の意思へとつながっていきます。
ビジョンを、生きた意思に変えていく
本来、ビジョンとは、資料に書いて終わる言葉ではありません。日々の判断や行動を支え、人と人が同じ方向へ進むための、生きた意思であるはずです。しかし現実には、戦略会議や研修で得た気づきも、職場へ戻れば目の前の忙しさに埋もれ、いつの間にか薄れてしまうことがあります。

Perhaps the future we lose sight of in the rush of everyday life becomes visible again when we allow ourselves to pause and become still.
Guild Market is a Creative Guild initiative that introduces products and services created by members of our community, together with the stories and intentions behind them. This time, we would like to introduce Daruma Vision™, developed by Lana Iwabuchi of ROCKLIT (Guild Directory No.172), Monika M. Sadkiewicz (Guild Directory No.151), and Nanako Aramaki. Born in Japan and designed for leaders around the world, Daruma Vision™ goes beyond simply thinking about a personal or organizational vision. It helps participants experience that vision through both mind and body, clarify what truly matters, and connect that awareness to meaningful action.
Turning Vision into Experience Through Sound Bath, Yoshuku, and Daruma
Daruma Vision™ brings together three distinctive elements: Sound Bath, Yoshuku, and Daruma. Participants first surrender to the sound and vibrations of singing bowls, creating distance from the tension and mental noise of daily life. They then explore Yoshuku, the Japanese wisdom of celebrating a desired future as though it has already begun. By speaking about and celebrating that future together, an abstract aspiration starts to feel immediate and real. Finally, participants fill in the eye of a Daruma doll, giving visible form to the intention they want to carry forward.
While conventional vision work often centers on words, plans, and documents, Daruma Vision™ layers sound, embodied awareness, emotion, dialogue, and symbolic ritual. In doing so, it helps transform vision from an objective understood intellectually into an intention that people begin to live together.
A Program Born from Lived Leadership Experience
The program grew from Lana’s own experience as a leader. Following a professional setback under intense pressure, she realized that knowledge, capability, and logic alone were not always enough to sustain clear and authentic decision-making in difficult moments. She began exploring neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and wisdom rooted in Japanese culture, gradually integrating them into what would become Daruma Vision™.
The experience is supported by the different strengths of ROCKLIT’s three members. Lana designs the learning journey and overall process. Nanako uses sound and embodied awareness to help participants reconnect with stillness and their inner selves. Monika cultivates meaningful connections across cultures, roles, and perspectives, helping those connections grow into lasting partnerships. Together, their work enables individual reflection to develop into organizational dialogue and shared intention.
Turning Vision into a Living Intention
A vision should not be a set of words written in a document and then forgotten. It should be a living source of intention—something that guides everyday decisions and helps people move forward together. Yet insights gained during strategy meetings or leadership programs can easily disappear once people return to the demands of daily work.
ROCKLIT therefore raises an important question: perhaps leaders do not always need more frameworks or more information. Perhaps they first need the space to pause and reconnect with what matters most.
