三田企画部 藤田 丸睦さんが取り組む感性と論理の探求

港区を起点にいろんなところで働く・暮らす、楽しい時間を創りたい人たちによるコミュニティCreative Guild。このギルド名鑑ではそんなCreative Guildでつながったユニークな方々をご紹介しています。今回ご紹介するのは、感性と論理を大切にする高校2年生、藤田 丸睦さん。学校の枠にとらわれず、新しい視点や技術に積極的にトライしながら、自由に心を解放できる場づくりに取り組むことで、自分自身の世界を広げています。現在、三田企画部にも参加中です。

藤田さんは文化祭などの学校活動に真摯に取り組む一方、生成AIやAdobeなどのデジタルツールにも強い関心を持ち、スキルとして磨いています。また、多様な背景や価値観を持つ人たちが、立場や世代を超えて素直につながり合える、何にも抑圧されず、自分らしく心を解放できる場づくりも試行錯誤。従来の枠にとらわれない探求を、実践を通じて継続しています。

そんな藤田さんが大切にしているのは“心の豊かさ”。それは単なる感覚ではなく、論理的な整理と腹落ちする納得感に支えられた、確かな価値だと捉えています。だからこそ、多様な人とつながり、互いのありのままの個性を尊重することを重視。そこに存在する違いこそが対話を深め、創造性を育み、関わる一人ひとりの心を解き放ち、想像を超えた価値へと昇華していく。そんなスタイルを、自分の軸に据えています。

現代社会では「個性を大切に」「多様性を尊重する」と繰り返し語られます。しかし実際には、ジェンダーギャップに象徴されるように肩書や属性で人をラベル付けし、同調圧力の中で“空気を読む”ことに終始している人が、世代や立場を問わず少なくありません。その姿勢は問題を先送りするだけであり、どれほど技術が発展しても、むしろ複雑で困難な状況を静かに積み上げてしまいます。

だからこそ藤田さんが挑む、“ありのままの自分”で、何にも抑圧されることなくつながれる“心が解放される場”づくりが、いま必要とされています。対話と実践を繰り返し、感性と論理を行き来しながら、腹落ちするまで探求するための場。それは一見大変そうな体験に見えますが、成果と成長を呼び込む必然のプロセスです。なによりも“楽しい”が詰まっています。つまり、Creative Guildが掲げる“楽しいから始まる未来づくり”の具体像そのもの。となれば、Creative Guildとしても、藤田さんとつながって、この探求を一緒に深めていくしかありませんね。

A Place Where the Heart Can Be Free
Exploring Sensibility and Logic with Marumu Fujita, from Mita Planning Club.

Creative Guild is a community of people who live and work across various places, starting from Minato City, and who share the desire to create joyful experiences. In this Guild Directory, we highlight the unique individuals connected through Creative Guild. This time, we feature Marumu Fujita, a high-school sophomore who values both sensitivity and logic. By actively exploring new perspectives and technologies beyond the boundaries of school, Fujita is creating spaces where people can freely open their hearts—and in doing so, expanding his own world. He is currently a member of the Mita Planning Club.

While fully engaged in school events such as the cultural festival, Fujita is also passionate about digital tools like generative AI and Adobe, developing these as creative skills. At the same time, he experiments with ways to design spaces where people with diverse backgrounds and values can connect honestly—without pressure, labels, or constraints, and simply be themselves. Through continuous practice, he keeps pursuing a kind of inquiry that transcends conventional frameworks.

At the core of his approach lies the idea of “emotional richness.” For him, this is not just a feeling but a solid value grounded in logical understanding and genuine conviction. That’s why he emphasizes connecting with diverse people and respecting each person’s individuality. He believes that differences are what deepen dialogue, nurture creativity, and ultimately liberate each person’s spirit, transforming shared experiences into something greater than imagined. This is the axis of his way of being.

In today’s society, we often hear phrases like “cherish individuality” or “respect diversity.” Yet in reality, many people—across generations and positions—still find themselves boxed in by titles, attributes, and unspoken pressure to conform. This avoidance of conflict only delays real progress, quietly layering complexity even as technology advances.

That’s why Fujita’s challenge—to create spaces where people can connect freely as their authentic selves—is so vital now. Through cycles of dialogue and action, and by moving fluidly between intuition and logic, he continues to explore until things truly make sense from within. It may seem like a demanding process, but it’s precisely what leads to growth, fulfillment, and joy. Above all, it’s fun—the essence of Creative Guild’s vision of “building a future that begins with fun.” Naturally, that means the Guild will keep walking alongside Fujita, deepening this shared journey of exploration together.
