多様性は可能性！
ひと×場×未来が信頼でつながるヨリミチ部 10月のレポート

2025年9月10日、港区立産業振興センターにて、ヨリミチ部と東京都済生会中央病院とののコラボ企画第2弾。「ひと×場×未来のつながり方・つなげ方」をテーマに、医療・社会活動・企業の実践者を中心に、フランクだけれどもディープな対話の場が広がりました。オンライン参加者も含め、全員で共有したのは「多様性は可能性」であり、そのための「信頼は創れる」という確信でした。

冒頭では、いつものアイスブレイクからスタート。その後、港区立産業振興センターとCreative Guildからの活動紹介に続き、橋枝サリーさんによるオープンピッチが行われ、笑いと呼吸を使ったメンタルウェルネスの実践を体験しました（オープンピッチ インサイトレポートはこちらから）。ゲストセッションでは、東京都済生会中央病院の関口さん、ソーシャルフィクサーの志田さん、企業で社内コミュニケーションを担う薗田さんが登壇。「つながり」を多様な視点から、台本なしの率直な言葉で語り合い、参加者の意見もWebツールを通じてリアルタイムに共有されました。

会場にはおよそ60名、オンラインでも20名以上が参加し、世代も職業も国籍も超えた多様な顔ぶれが集まりました。笑いと真剣さが交錯する場は終始和やかで、初対面同士でも自然に打ち解け、深い話題も前向きに共有される雰囲気に包まれていました。医療現場や福祉現場のディープな問題についての対話も真摯に受け止めながら、その先にある可能性を探っていく懐の深さがあり、リアルとデジタルが一体となった温かな共創の瞬間が生まれました。

今回の対話を通じて共有されたのは、「つながり」とは人と人の人間的な信頼であり、社会の安心であり、新たな価値を築くための重要な資産であるということ。それは、立場や価値観の違いを越えて耳を傾け合うことで、意図して築くことができるということでした。とくに多様性の中で生まれる「つながり」は、未来の新しい可能性へと確実につながっているという実感。つながることが社会を動かす第一歩である――そんな気づきを改めて深く共有する時間となりました。

今回のヨリミチ部で芽生えたつながりは、すでに港区立産業振興センターを起点に、医療・地域・企業・教育など多様な分野へと広がり始めています。地道な継続が信頼を育て、新たなアクションを生み出していく。その一歩一歩の積み重ねこそが、社会を変える確かな力になる。だからこそ、ヨリミチ部の場で、Creative Guildのつながりのなかで、多様性をさらなる可能性に昇華していけるように。これからも「超地道に、友達最強で」、それぞれの“楽しい”から始まる未来づくりに、みんなで磨きをかけていきましょう！

Diversity is Possibility!
Connecting People, Places, and the Future through Trust
— Yorimichi Club October Report

On October 9, 2025, the Yorimichi Club collaborated with Tokyo Saiseikai Central Hospital at the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center. Under the theme “How to Connect People, Places, and the Future,” the evening brought together practitioners from the fields of healthcare, community development, and business for an open yet deeply thoughtful dialogue. Including online participants, everyone shared a common realization: diversity is a possibility, and trust can be built to make it real.

The event began, as always, with a lighthearted icebreaker. After brief updates from the Industrial Promotion Center and the Creative Guild, participant Sally Hashieda led an Open Pitch session, guiding everyone through a hands-on experience in mental wellness using laughter and mindful breathing(Here is an insight report of the open pitch *Japanese). In the main Guest Session, three speakers took the stage: Mr. Sekiguchi from Saiseikai Central Hospital, Mr. Shida, a “social fixer” engaged in civic innovation, and Ms. Sonoda, who fosters internal communication in the corporate sector. Together, they spoke candidly—without scripts—about the meaning of “connection” from their unique perspectives, while participants shared their own thoughts in real time via online tools.

Around sixty people joined in person, and more than twenty participated online, representing a truly diverse mix of generations, professions, and nationalities. The atmosphere was warm and vibrant throughout—filled with both laughter and sincerity. Even those meeting for the first time quickly found common ground, and participants openly shared their personal insights and professional experiences. Conversations touched on complex issues in healthcare and social welfare, yet the mood remained hopeful, exploring possibilities beyond challenges. It became a heartfelt moment of co-creation, where real and digital spaces blended seamlessly into one inclusive community.

Through these conversations, one key message resonated across the room: “Connection” is built on human trust. It is a foundation of social well-being and a vital asset for creating new value.
Such trust can be intentionally cultivated—by listening across differences in role, background, and perspective. Connections formed within diversity, participants felt, are what lead to new possibilities for the future. It was a shared realization that connecting with others is not just a social act—it is the first step toward moving society forward.

The connections sparked at this Yorimichi Club are already expanding outward—from the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center to new collaborations across healthcare, business, education, and community sectors. Steady, consistent effort nurtures trust and gives rise to new action. Each small step builds momentum, becoming a true force for social change. That is why, within the Yorimichi Club and through the Creative Guild community, we aim to keep transforming diversity into new potential—steadily, together, and with joy. With our motto “Super Steady, Friends Are Power,” we’ll continue polishing the future that begins with each person’s sense of FUN.
