実践型リーダー育成講座2026年度下期　開催レポート
～3か月の対話と実践から見えてきたこと～

2025年10月下旬からスタートした、港区立産業振興センターでの実践型リーダー育成講座。今回も受講者26名それぞれが、自分自身のありたい姿や実現したい未来を見つめ直し、それを仲間との対話を通じて深め、具体的なアクションへとつなげていく機会となりました。不確実性の高い時代だからこそ、知識を得るだけではなく、自分なりの問いを持ち、他者と学び合いながら前に進む力がますます重要になっています。その気づきを共有できる仲間が増えたことは、今回のプログラムにおける大きな財産です。

プログラム全体を通じて印象的だったのは、参加者の姿勢の変化でした。初期段階では、自分の考えを言語化することや、将来のビジョンを明確にすることに難しさを感じる場面も見られました。しかし回を重ねる中で、自分が大切にしたい価値観や、社会に対して生み出したい価値の輪郭が少しずつクリアになっていきました。また、対話の中で他の参加者の視点に触れることで、自分一人では見えていなかった可能性や課題に気づき、視野を広げ、それぞれの実践へと落とし込んでいく様子も多く見られました。

参加者からもっとも多く聞かれたのは、ビジョンに関する気づきです。ビジョンは最初から完成された形で持つものではなく、対話と試行錯誤の中で育っていくものだという実感です。また、挑戦には個人の意思だけでなく、応援し合える仲間や安心して話せる場が大きな支えになることも共有されました。さらに、不確実性やリスクを避けるのではなく、小さく試しながら学び続けることの大切さも、多くの参加者に共通するインサイトとして浮かび上がっています。

こうした学びを経て、参加者それぞれが今後に向けたコミットメントを言葉にしています。自分のテーマをさらに深めたいという思い、新しいプロジェクトを動かしたいという意思、仲間と協働しながら一歩踏み出したいという意欲など、その内容はさまざまです。しかし共通しているのは、「考えるだけで終わらせず、実際に動いてみる」という姿勢でした。つまり、この3か月でたどり着いた場所は研修としてのゴールではなく、未来を創り出していくリーダー、そしてプロフェッショナルとしてのスタートラインだったと言えます。

来年度に向けては、今回得られた学びや参加者の声をもとに、プログラム内容をさらにバージョンアップして展開していく予定です。進化し続けるAIにも柔軟に対応しながら、参加者同士の対話の質をさらに高め、それぞれの実践が加速していくよう、すでにアップデートも始まっています。また、修了後のつながりを一過性のものにせず、修了生同士が継続的に学び合い、挑戦を支え合えるコミュニティプログラムも強化していきます。“楽しい”を始める仲間たちのこれからの活躍に、ぜひご期待ください。そしてもしご関心があれば、ぜひこの仲間の輪を一緒に広げていきましょう。

Practical Leadership Development Program (Fall 2026) – Report
What Emerged from Three Months of Dialogue and Practice

The Practical Leadership Development Program at the Minato City Industrial Promotion Center began in late October 2025. Over the course of three months, 26 participants took part in a learning journey designed to help them reflect on the future they want to create and the kind of leaders they aspire to become. Through ongoing dialogue with peers, they explored their ideas more deeply and began translating those insights into concrete actions.

In today’s increasingly uncertain world, it is no longer enough simply to acquire knowledge. What matters more is the ability to develop one’s own questions, learn together with others, and continue moving forward through exploration and experimentation. One of the greatest outcomes of this program was the creation of a community of people who shared this realization and supported one another in the process.

One of the most striking aspects of the program was the shift in participants’ mindsets. In the early stages, many found it challenging to articulate their thoughts or clearly define their future visions. However, as the sessions progressed, the values they hold dear and the impact they wish to create in society gradually became clearer. Through dialogue with fellow participants, many also encountered perspectives that they had never considered before. This helped them recognize new possibilities and challenges that might not have been visible on their own. As a result, they broadened their perspectives and began integrating these insights into their own real-world initiatives.

Among the many reflections shared during the program, the most common insight was related to the nature of vision itself. Participants came to realize that a vision does not appear fully formed from the beginning. Rather, it develops gradually through dialogue, experimentation, and continuous reflection.

Another important takeaway was the role of community in enabling meaningful challenges. Pursuing new ideas requires not only personal determination but also supportive peers and safe spaces where people can speak openly. Participants also discovered that instead of avoiding uncertainty and risk, it is more effective to learn by taking small steps, testing ideas, and continuing to adapt along the way. Through these experiences, each participant articulated a personal commitment for the future. Some expressed a desire to deepen their own themes or areas of exploration. Others shared plans to launch new projects or collaborate with peers to bring ideas into reality. While the specific commitments varied, one mindset was shared by all: the determination not to stop at thinking, but to take action. In that sense, the destination reached during these three months was not the end of a training program. Rather, it marked the starting line for participants as leaders and professionals who will continue creating the future through their own initiatives.

Looking ahead to next year, the program will continue to evolve based on the insights gained and feedback from participants. As AI technologies rapidly advance, the program will adapt while further enhancing the quality of dialogue among participants and creating environments where practical action can accelerate. Preparations for these updates have already begun. In addition, efforts will be made to strengthen the alumni community so that the connections formed during the program continue beyond the sessions themselves. By creating opportunities for graduates to keep learning together and supporting one another’s challenges, the program aims to build a long-lasting community of practice.
